The development of increasingly sophisticated and rapid technology has made people's lifestyles to change, one of the most striking things is the tendency to do activities in cyberspace, such as purchasing tickets online. Online hotel ticket purchases can be made through the E-Commerce site on the hotel's official website or through third party websites. E-Commerce is known as an Online Travel Agent, with the existence of an Online Travel Agent, prospective guests have a very diverse choice of hotels according to their wants and needs. Prospective guests can directly book hotel rooms and change their bookings easily. The aim of the author is to examine changes in guest behavior, especially guests who previously directly booked a room directly to the hotel, switch to using an Online Travel Agent and find out what promotional strategies hotels should do to increase the number of room bookings through Online Travel Agents. Promotion strategy analysis using SWOT analysis such as SWOT Matrix, IFAS, EFAS, Cartesian Diagram, Internal and External Matrix. The results of the analysis of internal factors and external factors show that the Hyatt Regency Yogyakarta hotel has a strong market competitive position in competition with other five star hotels. This shows that the hotel must continue to make efforts to improve product quality, facilities and services as well as maximize product sales.

This research aims to analyze the appropriate promotional strategies in increasing the occupancy of the Zodiak Kebon Kawung Hotel Bandung. 15 respondents were taken as a sample of research using purposive sampling from employees of executive sales and executive e-commerce at Zodiak Kebon Kawung Hotel. The analysis used is a SWOT analysis consisting of internal factor analysis factor (IFAS) matrix, external factor analysis summary (EFAS) matrix, external-internal matrix (IE), cartesian diagram and SWOT matrix. These are the position of growth strategy with IFAS score = 2.21, EFAS = 2.50, dan SWOT Matrix; 1) SO strategy ie accessibility of adequate means of transportation, modern hotels; 2) ST strategy that is not expensive and supported by security; 3) WO Strategy that is to improve human resources, facilities and infrastructure of water and sewage treatment, improvement of in-room facilities; 4) WT strategy is to avoid the transfer of educated and experienced personnel.

The development of increasingly advanced technology has an important influence in the tourism service industry, namely the utilization of internet technology in the process of booking tour and travels through online travel agents. Conventional travel agents are increasingly being abandoned as travelers turn to online travel agents. Under these conditions conventional travel agents need to make a number of efforts to keep customers in order to survive. This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality on satisfaction, trust and loyalty of travel agent customers in Badung regency.Research respondents are domestic and foreign customers who use travel agent services in Badung regency, as many as 70 respondents. Data collection was done through survey using questionnaire. Testing research hypothesis using Partial Least Square (PLS).The result of the research shows that 1) the quality of service has positive and significant effect to customer satisfaction, trust and loyalty, 2) customer satisfaction has positive and insignificant effect to customer loyalty, 3) customer trust has negative and insignificant effect to customer loyalty, 4) satisfaction and customer trust does not mediate the influence of service quality on customer loyalty.Travel agent in Badung regency should improve and pay attention to the indicators supporting the satisfaction, trust and customer loyalty so that customers are not easy to switch to competitors.

Technological developments and can change the mind and desires of guests in booking hotel rooms. Online travel agents are one of the most advanced products that are currently booming, and also for changes room reservation to be direct or go shows switching to using online travel agents. The purpose of this study was to know information why the guest booking room directly going to online travel agents, in order to improve the e-commerce effort of services to maintain guests while still choosing Mutiara Malioboro Hotel Yogyakarta as a place to stay. Research is an online travel agent that can increase hotel occupancy rates because they are accessible, efficient and effective at competitive prices, as well as hotel costs with sales costs, fees and employee usage fees. Management support in OTA is also needed in an effort to increase the number of orders through OTA.

The purposes of this research are to describe, analyze, and determine the online marketing strategy of domestic travel agent at Bandung Tour Expert. In this case, the authors focused on SWOT analysis to find out the right marketing strategy for the tour packaging. In this research, the data was collected using the observation method, meanwhile the data analysis method used were descriptive qualitative and SWOT analysis. Internet users number are increasing, especially adults with high mobility. For them who often travel outside the city, internet is crucial because it connects them with the travel agent. Nowadays, the convenient use of Internet technology is used to market products and services offered by travel agents, so that it provides many benefits for business travel agents with minimum marketing costs. The results of this study were the use of internet and online marketing had impacts on the increasing profits of the travel agents. The conclusion of this research is Bandung Tour Expert as a company need to improve their variant of tour package to make tourist more interest to visit the company website.

Nowadays, shopping for travel products through online travel agent has become very popular. This study aims to explain the effects of perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, and trust on attitudes and intentions to reuse online travel agents. The population of this research is the users of the online travel agent Traveloka application in the city of Denpasar. The sample in this study was taken using a non-probability sampling method with a total of 200 respondents. Data collection was carried out using survey methods. The data obtained were then processed using SEM-PLS analysis tools. This study found that perceived ease of use had a positive and significant effect on perceived usefulness and attitude toward using from the Traveloka website. Perceived usefulness had a positive and significant effect on attitude toward using the Traveloka.com website. Trust had a positive and significant effect on perceived usefulness and attitude toward using from the Traveloka website. Attitude toward using had a positive and significant effect on the intention to reuse the Traveloka.com website. This research also proves that attitude toward use of online facilities mediates the influence of perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness and trust on the intention to reuse the Traveloka.com website.

This study aimed to analyze the development strategy of business and goat milk processing in the Goatzilla Farm, Lumajang, East Java. This research was descriptive. Methods of data by surveys using questionnaires. Data were analyzed by SWOT matrix to find out opportunities and threats in Goatzilla Farm. The results of the study used SWOT analysis. Alternative strategies recommendated in the Goatzilla Farm were SO strategies (Strength Opportunities), namely comparative strategy primacy, efficiency and internal development, and information technology to improve product quality. The results of the study showed to need cooperation with the government, farmers, and distribution networks to provide raw materials and increased product sales. The threat of Goatzilla Farm needed to watch out for was licensing which was processed immediately to support a bargaining position. There was no sufficient licensing, it could threat the sustainability of the business.

Community-based tourism is one type of tourism that involves community participation to achieve the goal of sustainable tourism development. The purpose of this study is to determine the tourism potential to be managed by the community based on people's perceptions of the existing tourism potential, as well as identifying people's perceptions of national, regional, and also traditional policies in tourism. This research was divided into several data collection, internal-external factor analysis, data analysis and development strategy analysis using the SWOT matrix. The conclusions of this study are (1) Natural resources in Labuan Bajo which can be used as tourist attractions that have not been managed and developed properly. Those are Ara Mountain, Ina Mountain, Namong Island, Kelaki Island, Kima Island, Komodo, wild horses and buffalo, savannah, Rangka Cave, Gosong, Pasir Timbul, Mangrove and several underwater object such as Manta and coral reefs. (2) Based on a quantitative strategy, the development strategy that is suitable to be carried out in Labuan Bajo is the S-O Strategy which is carried out by utilizing the strength needed to achieve the opportunities that exist. (3) Based on a qualitative strategy, a suitable strategy to be carried out in Labuan Bajo is related to the improvement of public facilities, partnerships with universities, improvement of the people's economy, and the improvement of regional and group economies.  The research enlightens the contribution of online and offline travel agent in increasing room occupancy at a 5-star hotel located in the southern part of Bali, and determining the most suitable strategy dealing with agent based on the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) matrix. This research aimed at analyzing the contribution of online and offline travel agent in increasing the room occupancy. Data collection techniques used were observations, interviews, documentation and literature studies. The analysis techniques used were descriptive statistics of mean, frequinsing supported by qualitative analysis: (BCG). The results of the research reveal that the contribution of online and offline travel agent for three years has fluctuated. The average contribution of online travel agent in 2016-2018 is 37.73%, while the average contribution of offline travel agent reservation of the period is 52.02%. There are 5 highest reservation contributions sourced from the offline travel agent which included Corona, Maestro, Go Vacation, Jason Travel, and Windys. In addition, there are 5 highest reservation contributions sourced from online travel agents which included Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda, Hotelbeds FIT, and Ctrip.com. Based on BCG matrix to determine the relative market share, it is concluded that the relative market share of the hotel in 2018 is 1.02 times > 1 which means that the hotel has the highest market share among the hotel used as comparison in this reserach. In addition, based on the position of the hotelin BCG matrix in 2018 is at star position which indicates that the hotel’s position is on high growth and high market share, it is because the market share of the hotel has a relative market share value over than one (>1).

<p><em>The increasing number of illegal online travel agencies recently has become a hot issue that being discussed by the entrepreneurs of tourism business service in Bali. This kind of business has triggered tariff competition, which is unhealthy and has negative impact on the existence of travel agency business in Bali. Therefore, this phenomenon becomes an interesting issue to be investigated. Aims of the investigation were to know the growth of illegal online travel agent business, its impacts and to formulate policies for controlling it that are more relevant to present condition, creating conducive, harmonious, an</em><em>d</em><em> balanced tourism business in Bali. The impacts of illegal online travel agents were classified into economic, social, culture, and impacts on images. Dealing with illegal online travel agent business, it was observed that there was no negative impacts of tourist. The tourist stated that they were remain satisfied to the services given by illegal online travel agents. The effort made by the governments was still limited on providing suggestion, because there has not been a strong punishment for the offender. Thus, it is recommended that there is a need to set up a policy to control illegal online travel agent in Bali. The local government should formulate more effective and efficient policies, to restore the harmony and balanced conditions of tourism business in Bali. In addition, for the travel agency management, they should obey the law and regulations in running the business. </em></p>
