The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze how much influence partially murabahah financing has on profits, how much influence partially mudharabah financing has on profits, and also to find out how much influence murabahah and mudharabah financing have on profits simultaneously. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method with multiple linear regression analysis tools. Based on the results of the tests carried out, it shows that the murabahah financing variable has a partially significant effect on profits, the mudharabah financing variable does not have a partial effect on profits, the murabahah and mudharabah financing variables have a simultaneous effect on profits at PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri period 2012-2020. This study was conducted to find out factors affecting and level of mussel production, level of efficiency of using the tools and materials in cultivation process and whether the cultivation of mussels in Pasaran. This study was analyzed using Cobb-Douglass. The study were analyzed in quantitative descriptive, multiple linear regression analysis, and analysis of efficiency. The dependent variable (Y) is the result of production of green mussels cultivation and free variables are the number of bamboos (X 1), the amount of strap (X2), grouper (X3) and labor (X4). Mussel fisherman in Pasaran NPM with Px calculated to obtain the level of efficiency of each factors of production in messels cultivation. Studies show that the most influential factors production are variable bamboo, rope and labor. While the results of analysis the level of efficiency of using tools and materials is not efficient. The number of bamboo and labor should be reduced, because it tends to be a waste and not profitable either technically or economically. The value of the return to scale of 1.22 showed cultivation mussels are on increasing return to scale.

ABSTRACT This study aims to support leadership, work environment and work discipline on the performance of employees of the Muhari Motor 651 Karanganyar Showroom. This research uses quantitative descriptive. The population in this study were all 116 participants and the sample used was 90 respondents by distributing questionnaires. Data were analyzed using SPSS version 21, hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis. With the approved questionnaire questions declared valid and reliable. In the classical research assumptions test produces normal data, there is no multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity does not occur. From the results of the F test stated that the variables of leadership, work environment and work coordination determine simultaneous and significant impact on employee performance at the Muhari Motor 651 Karanganyar Showroom with a Fcount of 126.690> Ftable 3.101 and a significant value of 0.000 ttable 1.988 significant value 0.000 t table1.988 and a significant value of 0.000

The research aims to determine relationship marketing which consists of trust, communication, competence commitment and cooperation to customer loyalty IM3 Ooredoo (Study on Students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Trunojoyo Madura) from 2017 to 2020. Sampling in this study used purposive sampling and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that relationship marketing which consists of trust, communication, competence, commitment and cooperation has a simultaneous effect on customer loyalty, and the variables trust, communication, competence, commitment and cooperation have a partially significant effect on customer loyalty.

This research is aim to know the influence of objectivity and integrity of internal auditors towards the audit quality partially and simultaneously, whether it significantly affects or not towards the audit quality on Inspektorat Daerah of Kota Bandung, Kota Cimahi, Kabupaten Bandung, and Kabupaten Bandung Barat. The method used for this research is the descriptive method, and the analysis used is the multiple linear regression analysis. The sampling technique for this research is saturated sampling. The result of the research with 5% signification level shows that objectivity and integrity of internal auditors simultaneously influences the audit quality where the value F (91,837) > the table F (3,232), and objectivity of auditor partially influences significantly the audti quality where the value T (4,914) > the table T (2,021) as well as the integrity of auditor influences significantly the audit quality where the value T (10,721) is bigger than the table T (2,021).

This study aims to determine the effect of location and price on consumer satisfaction with lifestyle as an intervening variable by taking a research location at Waroeng Steak and Shake Branch Jalan Colombo No 22 - Yogyakarta. Lifestyle is focused on the lifestyle of students who are consumers of the Colombo branch of Waroeng Steak and Shake Yogyakarta. This research belongs to the quantitative descriptive category by using multiple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression. While the sampling method was carried out with a purposive sampling technique for 100 consumers who visited the Colombo branch of Waroeng Steak and Shake. From the results of the analysis it was found that location variables influence consumer satisfaction, price variables influence consumer satisfaction, location variables influence lifestyle, price variables affect lifestyle, lifestyle variables affect consumer satisfaction, location variables influence consumer satisfaction with lifestyle as an intervening variable, and the price variable influences consumer satisfaction with lifestyle as an intervening variable.

This study aims to analyze the influence of the application of work culture (corporate culture)  on employee performance at PT Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Puskopat Palembang. The processed  data is the result of a questionnaire from 32 respondents. The analytical method applied in this  research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study prove that work culture  (X) has a simultaneous effect on employee performance (Y). This research is expected to  provide benefits to PT Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Puskopat Palembang to improve employee  performance.    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh penerapan budaya kerja (corporate  culture) terhadap kinerja pegawai pada PT Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Puskopat Palembang.  Data yang diolah merupakan hasil kuesioner dari 32 responden. Metode analisis yang  diterapkan pada penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian  membuktikan bahwa budaya kerja (X) berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kinerja pegawai  (Y). Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan manfaat pada PT Bank Perkreditan Rakyat  Puskopat Palembang untuk meningkatkan kinerja pegawainya.

This study aims to analyze the level of murabahah financing that influences by the inflation rate and BI rate at sharia banks in Indonesia in 2013-2016. This research is a quantitative descriptive study. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that, partially, inflation has a positive significant effect murabahah financing. However, the BI rate has no significant effect on murabahah financing in sharia banks in Indonesia in 2013-2016. Simultaneously, inflation and BI rate had a significant effect on murabahahfinancing in sharia banks in Indonesia in 2013-2016. Therefore, the management of sharia banks in Indonesia should be more active in introducing sharia funding to society.

This research was conducted to determine workers' perceptions about the laws and regulations in the work environment, the existence of trade unions and the harmonization of relations between workers and employers. The researcher carried out several stages, the first that was carried out was to measure the influence of understanding of regulations in the field of manpower, second to measure workers 'perceptions of work welfare, third to measure the effect of workers' perceptions on the existence of workers, and fourth to measure the harmonization between workers and employers using alpha values cronbach of 0.6. The research used multiple linear regression analysis tools and classical assumption test. The results of this study indicate a positive and significant influence among workers' perceptions of the invitational regulations in the labor sector. Prosperity of the workforce and harmonization of relations between workers and employers simultaneously.

This study aims to analyze the effect of the distribution funds of Zakat Infaq Shadaqah (ZIS), social assistance expenditure and subsidy expenditure on poverty in Indonesia 2013-2017 period. The sample from this study consisted of ZIS data obtained at the National Alms Agency (known as BAZNAS). Then social assistance expenditure and subsidy expenditure and the latest poverty data obtained at the Central Statistics Agency (BPS). In this research, the method used multiple linear regression analysis by testing classical assumptions. The results of this study are according to the results of the F test that the three independent variables (ZIS, social assistance expenditure and subsidy expenditure) have a simultaneous effect on the dependent variable (poverty) by having a significance value of 0,000, which means less than 0.05.Furthermore, it is supported by the results of the T-test that the three independent variables partially have a significant effect on the dependent variable, with a significance value in the ZIS variable was 0,000. Then, social assistance expenditure was 0.025.  The last, subsidy expenditure was 0,000. It means lower than 0.05

This study aims to determine the effect of Inflation, Exchange Rate and Composite Stock Price Index (IHSG) to Return of PT Nikko Securities Indonesia Stock Fund period 2014-2017. The study used secondary data obtained through documentation in the form of PT Nikko Securities Indonesia Monthly Net Asset (NAB) report. Data analysis is used with quantitative analysis, multiple linear regression analysis using eviews 9. Population and sample in this research are PT Nikko Securities Indonesia. The result of multiple linear regression analysis was the coefficient of determination (R2) showed the result of 0.123819 or 12%. This means that the Inflation, Exchange Rate and Composite Stock Price Index (IHSG) variables can influence the return of PT Nikko Securities Indonesia's equity fund of 12% and 88% is influenced by other variables. Based on the result of the research, the variables of inflation and exchange rate have a negative and significant effect toward the return of PT Nikko Securities Indonesia's equity fund. While the variable of Composite Stock Price Index (IHSG) has a negative but not significant effect toward Return of Equity Fund of PT Nikko Securities Indonesia
