This study aims to see the effect of work safety on employee performance at the Lahat district BPBD office, indicators for the influence of health on employee performance at the Lahat district BPBD office, and the effect of safety and occupational health simultaneously on employee performance at the Lahat district BPBD office. The approach in this research uses descriptive research with a quantitative approach. Using a quantitative approach because the data obtained uses numbers and the analysis uses statistics, the quantitative approach used for research is the population or sample. In determining the sample, the authors took data from the questionnaire results of the Lahat Regency BPBD office employees.The value of safety thit (X1) is 2.037 with a significant level of 0.047 (0.05), rejects H0 and receives H1. This shows that there is a significant influence between Safety (X1) on Employee Performance (Y) at the Lahat Regency BPBD Office. And the Health Value (X2) of 4.567 with a significant level of 0.000 (0.05), rejecting H0 and accepting H1. This shows that there is a significant influence between Occupational Health (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) at the Lahat Regency BPBD Office. The results of the F test were obtained 22,175 by taking a significant level of 5% with a significance level of 0.001 (P-Value <0.05), then H0 was rejected and H1 was accepted. This means that it can be revealed that there is a significant influence between Safety (X1) and Health (X2) together on Employee Performance at the Lahat Regency BPBD Office.

This research aim to analyze the effect of Motivation, Occupational Health, and Safety (OHS) on Employee Performance.The amount of population are 70 employee in PT X  and 59 people were sampled by Morgan & Krecjie table.Based on research resultsindicates that: Partially show that motivation has a positive and significant influence amounted to 78,9% of employee Performance. In the second Partial results showed that Occupational Health has no positive and significant impact on employee performance by 19%. In the third Partial results showed that Safety has an inverse and significant impact by 60,1% on Employee Performance. The independent variables Motivation, Occupational Health, and Safety are jointly tested by F test proved positive and significant influence on Employee Performance and the magnitude of the effect seen from coefficient of Determination (R2) is 35,4%.

Financing as an important element in the bank. Based on data from Bank Indonesia, the loan product most in demand is Murabaha, which is financed with the principle of buying and selling. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect or not the financing Murabaha, Ijarah partially and simultaneously to profit BCA Syariah years 2012-2015.This type of research correlation with a quantitative approach.. The data source of monthly financial reports from January 2012 to December of 2015.  The analysis of the data by t-test  indicates that the variable Murabaha financing with significant influence on profits of less than 5% is equal to 0.000 and for Ijarah variable has no effect on earnings by more than 5% significance that is equal to 0.374. Based on the test results F it can be concluded that the financing Murabaha and Ijarah effect on profits, it is based on the calculation of the value of the F test of significance smaller than the significance level of 5% IE 0,000. The ability to predict the independent variable on the dependent variable is equal to 59.1% is indicated by the Adjusted R Square of 59.1%, while the remaining 40.9% is influenced by other variables.Keywords: Earnings, Murabahah, Ijarah

Background: One of problems in an organization or company is poor performance of employees. For instance, they do not complete tasks or finish their job responsibilities on time. The preliminary data taken from one of companies in Surabaya showed that 184 employees did not come to work without any explanations, and 288 employees worked late.Aim: This study analyzed the relationships between discipline and emotional intelligence towards employee performance at the company.Method: The design of this research was analytical using a cross sectional approach. The population of this study was employees at Production and Maintenance Section of one company in Surabaya comprising of 155 people. Out of 155 employees, 89 respondents were taken as samples using a stratified random sampling technique. Then, the data were collected through a questionnaire and analyzed using Spearman’s rank correlation test with a significance level of α 0.05.Results: This study showed that most of the respondents were very highly disciplined (94.4%) and had a highly emotional intelligence (74.2%). Lastly, most of them perform satisfyingly (50.6%). The results of the analysis test with Spearman’s rank correlation yielded p-value of 0.002 <α 0.05. It means there was a correlation between  discipline attitude and employee performance. The p-value 0.001 which was less than α-value of 0.05 showed that there was a correlation between emotional intelligence and employee performance.Conclusion: Discipline and emotional intelligence are prominent to determine employee performance at PT X. In order to improve the discipline and intelligence in the performance of the employees, the company should provide rewards based on employee’s achievements in the workplace. Key words: Emotional intelligence, Employee performance, Discipline.

Formulation of the problem in the research is how much influence leadership and motivation jointly have on employee performance at the Directorate of Local Economic Development Ministry of Village, Development of Disadvantaged Regions and Transmigration. The research method uses surveys with a correlational quantitative approach. The sampling technique used is based on a table developed by Isaac and Michael. In this study, the number of samples was 32 respondents. Based on the results of the research that has been done, it can be concluded that the hypothesis test of the multiple correlations of leadership variables and motivation together on the performance of employees in the Directorate of Local Economic Development Ministry of Village Development of Disadvantaged Regions and Transmigration, turns out to have a strong and significant positive effect with coefficient values correlation of 0.738 with a calculated F test of 17.376> of F-table of 3.33. While the determination coefficient r2 = 0.545, this means that together the employee performance of 54.5% is determined by leadership and motivation, the remaining 45.5% is determined by other factors.  Abstrak Perumusan masalah dalam penelitian yaitu seberapa besar pengaruh kepemimpinan dan motivasi secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Direktorat Pengembangan Ekonomi Lokal Kementerian Desa, Pembangunan Daerah Tertinggal dan Transmigrasi. Metode penelitian menggunakan survei dengan pendekatan kuantitatif yang bersifat korelasional. Teknik penarikan sampel yang digunakan berdasarkan tabel yang dikembangkan oleh Isaac dan Michael. Dalam penelitian ini jumlah sampel sebanyak 32 responden. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa uji hipotesis korelasi ganda variabel kepemimpinan dan motivasi secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Direktorat Pengembangan Ekonomi Lokal Kementerian Desa Pembangunan Daerah Tertinggal dan Transmigrasi, ternyata memiliki pengaruh yang positif kuat dan signifikan dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,738 dengan uji Fhitung sebesar 17,376 > dari Ftabel sebesar 3,33. Sedang koefisien determinasinya r2 = 0,545, hal ini berarti secara bersama-sama kinerja pegawai sebesar 54,5% ditentukan oleh kepemimpinan dan motivasi, sisanya 45,5% ditentukan oleh faktor lain.  Kata Kunci : Kepemimpinan, Motivasi, Kinerja Pegawai

This study aims to analyze the Influence of Organizational Culture and Compensation Against Employee Performance Company Regional Transportation Services Bogor City. This research is descriptive research with quantitative approach with data collection technique through library data and field study conducted with questionnaire. The sampling technique used in this research is 60 rich people. Data analysis method used is product moment correlation coefficient, partial correlation, multiple, and multiple regression by using computer application to know whether or not strong relationship between variables is organizational culture and compensation on employee performance. Based on the result of research indicate that there is significant influence between work culture to employee performance as evidenced by result t arithmetic = 3,485&gt; t table = 2,002 and big influence given by organizational culture equal to 20,3%, and significant influence between compensation to employee performance evidenced by the results t arithmetic = 3.042&gt; t table = 2,002 and the magnitude of the effect given by the compensation of 12.3%, and there is a significant influence between organizational culture and compensation on employee performance as evidenced by the test results F arithmetic = 11.408&gt; F table = 3.159 and the magnitude of the influence given by organizational culture and compensation of 14.4%. Based on the results of existing research suggested the company should improve the quality of work and to evaluate the compensation for employees in the company, so that employees are expected to further improve in efforts to achieve performance.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of competence and motivation on employee performance. This research uses a quantitative approach with a simple linear regression method. Data collection techniques consist of observation, questionnaire and interview. This study aims to determine the influence of work stress and work conflict on employee performance in The Environmental Office of Palu City. Method of study is descriptive. Yype of data is qualitative and quantitative data from primary and secondary data. Data analysis technique is multiple linear regression analysis. The result of hypothesis analysis and testing conclude that: (1) regression test shows sig. f equals to 0.003<0.05, which can be interpreted that work stress and work conflict simultaneously have positive and significant influence on employee performance; (2) regression test shows that job stress has significance level t sig. of (0.029) <α (0.05), and work conflict has significance level t sig. of (0.007) <α (0.05), which means that work stress and work conflict partially have positive and significant influence on employee performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Stres Kerja dan Konflik Kerja terhadap  Kinerja Pegawai di Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kota Palu. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data kualitatif dan kuantitatif sedangkan sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda. Hasil analisis dan pengujian hipotesis dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1) berdasarhan hasil uji regresi diperoleh Sig.F sebesar 0,003 < 0,05, yang dapat diartikan bahwa variabel stres kerja dan konflik kerja secara serempak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja pegawai. (2) berdasarkan hasil uji regresi diperoleh variabel stres kerja memiliki tingkat signifikansi t sig. (0,029) < α (0,05) dan variabel konflik kerja memiliki tingkat signifikansi t sig. (0.007) < α (0,05), sehingga variabel stres kerja dan konflik kerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai.

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of direct com- pensation variable and indirect compensation variable on motivation variable, to determine the effect of direct compensation variable and indirect compen- sation variable on employee performance variable, and to determine the effect of direct compensation and indirect compensation variable on employee per- formance variable with motivation as intervening variable This kind of re- search is explanatory research with quantitative approach by using question- naire. Research sample are 55 employee of PT. Citra Buana Prakarsa. This re- search use descriptive analysis method, path analysis, partially and simul- taneity trial. Statistical calculations show that direct compensation  signify- cantly contributing to work motivation with value 0.347, and indirect compen- sation significantly contributing the work motivation with value 0.379. Direct compensation significantly contributing to employee performance with value0.590. Indirect compensation significantly contributing to employee perfor- mance with value 0.529. The results of this study are direct compensation, indi- rect compensation, and work motivation have a significant influence on em- ployyee performance. Keyword : Compensation, Employee Performance, Motivation

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of Empowering Leadership on the performance Employees of District X Maybrat Regency. The study used Partial Least Squares (PLS) with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) techniques to analyze 45 employees. The results showed there was a positive and significant influence between Empowering Leadership on employee performance with a value TStatistic greater than Tsabel (Tstatistic 31,692 1,679 Ttabel) at a significance level of 5% (0.05). The results of this study indicate that the higher Empowering Leadership that the organization has, the more it will improve the performance of Employees in District X Maybrat regency of West Papua
