The Purpose of this study was to determine the effect of customer service and company facilities on customer satisfaction at PT Avant Guard Indonesia and to determine the variables that have a greater influence between customer services and company facilities on customer satisfaction at PT Avant Guard Indonesia. Based on testing with Chi square (X²), it is found that there is a significant relationship between customer service and customer satisfaction, or the better the service provided, the better customer satisfiction, For the relationship between company facilities and customer satisfiction, it is found that there is a significant relationship between company facilities and customer satisfaction, or the better the company facilities provided, the better customer satisfaction. From the calculation, it is also known that service has a greater influence, so that that the second Hypothesis can be accepted.

Automated teller machines have altered the relationship between banks and their customers and competitive relationships among banks. ATMs are self-service vendor machine it permits customers to do anywhere, anytime banking both the bank and customers stand to gain in several ways. In contrast, ATMs bring down the cost per transaction, increase efficiency by reducing the workload of staff, they help to increase accuracy, speed, save time, money and effort of customers. Thus ATM impacts customer services and leads to better customer satisfaction. They enable the bank to transact more business by offering various services in a cost-effective way on one side and to get more customer satisfaction on the other. To analyze the relationship between demographic variables and preferences to use ATM, a structured questionnaire was used to collect the data from a random sample of 50 customers from a syndicate bank in Bhadravati, percentage analysis and chi-square test are applied for data analysis and interpretation. Finally, it attempts to offer suitable suggestions and conclusions to enhance the awareness of ATMs and other related modern services provided by the banks.

Though a lot of studies have been done to conclude customer loyalty as dependent variable but still there is a vast margin of researches to be conducted in future in different spheres of this construct. On the other hand the truth of the importance of customer loyalty as an enduring asset cannot be falsified. It is fundamental for organizations to build up long term and mutual beneficial associations with the customers. The purpose of this research paper is to show the inter relationship of reputation, customer satisfaction and trust on customer loyalty. According to the observations reputation is the major independent variable that has significant relationship with customer satisfaction, customer loyalty, and trust. Data for this research study was taken from the Islamia University, Quaid-e-Azam Medical College, and different banks located at various geographic locations of Bahawalpur region of Pakistan. Data was collected through self administered questionnaire and analyzed by using regression through SPSS. The results have been drawn from 150 users of NISHAT LINEN and it was found that there is positive and significant relationship among reputation, customer satisfaction, trust and customer loyalty. Hence the studies give the positive sign that with the increment of reputation, customer satisfaction and trust the customer loyalty enhances.

This study focusing on physician-patient interactions aimed to find out whetherphysicians’ gender and experience influence Persian doctor-patient interactions. Sopower strategies in physician-patient interactions were extracted and categorized toexplore the relationship between physicians’ gender and experience and power strategies.Fieldwork was conducted in clinics and hospitals of Rafsanjan city in Iran. One hundredphysician-patient consultations were audiotaped and transcribed during 2011-2012.Woods’ (2006) view was used to examine four strategies of power and knowledge ontheir talk. The findings pointed out the importance of investigating discourse of medicinein order to improve medical consultations, especially physician-patient interactions.Our study confirmed some previous assertions that physician-patient interactionswere asymmetrical. Physicians controlled and dominated the medical consultations byquestioning, interruptions, directive statements and tag questions. The analysis of the datarevealed that all power strategies were applied in Iranian physician-patient interactions.The results of Chi-Square tests indicated that there was a significant relationship betweenpower strategies and physicians’ experience and gender. It was concluded that the femaleand inexperienced physicians tended to control consultations by questioning, interruption,directives and tag questions more than the male and experienced physicians.

This study aimed to examine the extent to which the relationship variables (gender, age, level of education and class) to the discipline of civil servants in the General Section of the Regional Secretariat Bengkayang, to analyze the factors that have a positive and significant relationship with the discipline in General District Secretariat Office Bengkayang. The sample in this study population using all Civil Servants in the General Section Regional Secretariat Bengkayang of 60 people (saturated sampling technique). The analytical method used was a bivariate analysis with chi square test (χ2) and the hypothesis testing. Based on the analysis results of the chi square test showed that four factors have a positive and significant relationship with the discipline of civil servants, namely Gender, the value of χ2 count = 6173> Asymp. sig. (1-sided) = 0.013. Age to calculate χ2 = 23.741> Asymp.Sig. (1-sided) = 0.000. Education level with χ2 count = 11 507> Asymp.Sig. (1-sided) = 0.009. and a group with a value of χ2 count = 10 446> Asymp. sig. (1-sided) = 0.005.

<p>Internal Marketing, a long-debated concept amongst academics and practitioners, is suggested to be a competitive advantage to organisations that utilise its practices. Often dismissed as merely selling the marketing of a product or service to employees within an organisation, Internal Marketing encompasses a combination of the key elements of communication, training, and feedback in order to create motivated, customer-orientated employees. Through employees and managers working together towards a well communicated organisational cause of Internal Marketing, internal procedures can evolve to better service and satisfy customers.  Organisational restructures are an ongoing concern as technological advances, value-adding business process, and globalisation change the way that businesses run and operate. In order to save on costs of operations, employment, and office rental space, downsizing an organisation may initially present itself as a cost-saving practice. Often unconsidered are the front-line customer-facing employees and customers of an organisation. Employees may feel distraught and concerned about losing their job, or having to find a new job, which may affect customer service, and subsequently customers may face the brunt of the domino effect, either intentionally or unintentionally, due to employees’ emotional disconnection from the organisation.  This research is an exploratory study into Internal Marketing, specifically around an organisational restructure, to better understand its impact on employees and customers through different stages of a restructure. Through the use of online surveys, participants were asked to recall an organisational restructure they were involved in within the last five years. They were asked to report their perceptions of Internal Marketing, their own satisfaction with their job at the time, and their perceptions of Customer Satisfaction throughout different stages of the organisational restructure.  The analysis found that Internal Marketing does have a significant positive relationship with Employee Satisfaction both during and after an organisational restructure. Although no significant relationship was found between Employee Satisfaction and Customer Satisfaction at any stage of the restructure, there is a trend within the data suggesting that the relationship may be stronger before and after an organisational restructure.  Benefits and contribution of this research for academics include development of a conceptual model, as well as the benefits and effects of Internal Marketing, and extending the existing literature. For practitioners, benefits include insights into better understanding of the role of Internal Marketing. Specifically, the differences in perception of the practice between employees and managers, and why it is important to understand and address Employee Satisfaction and Customer Satisfaction during an organisational restructure.</p>

One of negative behavior that is mostly done by adolescents is bullying, this behavior is prevalent in the school enviroment. Generally, the factor that influence bullying behavior are family factors, shool factor, peer factor. The focus was on the influence of parenting style because it has a correlation between parenting on an aggressive behavior. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of parenting to bullying behavior in Bolangitan 1 N Senior High study approach. The total population was 48 respondents. The result of study by using the Chi Square statistical tes tah there is a significant relationship between parenting of bullying behavior in Bolangitan N 1 School with a value (p value: 0,000). It can concluded there is a significant relationship between parenting style towards bullying behavior in Bolangitan 1 Senior High School. It suggest that counseling can be held about bullying behavior and its response to adolescents.

Abstrak.Kopi adalah salah satu jenis tanaman perkebunan yang sudah lama dibudidayakan dan memiliki nilai ekonomi yang dapat menghasilkan keuntungan. Kopi tubruk merupakan kopi tradisional yang umumnya lebih keras karena bubuk kopi murni yang langsung diseduh dengan air  mendidih, teksturnya lebih kasar, lebih banyak mengandung ampas, aroma kopi yang lebih menyengat, serta tingkat kekentalan yang bisa disesuaikan dengan lidah penikmatnya. Loyalitas konsumen pada umumnya merupakan suatu sikap konsumen yang loyal terhadap pilihan dan penggunaan produk dalam waktu yang lama dan untuk masa yang akan datang, Sedangkan kepuasan konsumen ialah perasaan senang atau kecewa seseorang yang berasal dari perbandingan antara kesannya terhadap kinerja (hasil) sesuatu produk dengan harapannya. Pada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi loyalitas konsumen terhadap minuman kopi tubruk di Meulaboh, Mengetahui hubungan antara tingkat kepuasan konsumen dengan loyalitas konsumen terhadap konsumsi kopi tubruk di Meulaboh.Adapun metode yang digunakan adalah Uji Validitas dan Reliabilitas,Regresi Logistik Biner dan Chi Square.Hasil Regresi Biner Logistik menunjukkan bahwa citarasa, harga, kualitas pelayanan dan lokasi merupakan faktor yang mempengaruhi loyalitas konsumen terhadap minuman kopi tubruk.Hasil Uji Chi-Square menunjukkan bahwa adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara kepuasan konsumen dengan loyalitas konsumen terhadap minuman kopi tubruk di Meulaboh.Consumer Loyality To The Consumption Of Coffee Brewed In MeulabohAbstract.Coffee is one of the plantation species has long been cultivated and have a mutually beneficial economic value.The brewed coffee is a traditional coffee are generally harder for pure coffee powder that instantly brewed with boiling water, rough texture, contains more dregs, pungent coffee aroma, as well as the level of consistency that can be adapted to the tongue of the audience.Consumer loyalty is generally a loyal consumer attitudes towards choice and use of the product for a long time and for the future.While customer satisfaction is feeling happy or disappointed someone who comes from a comparison between her impression of the performance (yield) of a product with expectations.In this study aims to determine the factors that influence consumer loyalty to the coffee beverage brewed in Meulaboh.Determine the relationship between the level of customer satisfaction and customer loyalty towards the consumption of instant coffee in Meulaboh.The methods used are validity and reliability, Binary Logistic Regression and Chi Square.Binary logistic regression results show that the simultaneous testing of the factors that influence loyalty is taste, price, service quality, and location. While testing only partially furnished variables that influence loyalty.Chi-Square test results indicate that there is a significant relationship between customer satisfaction and customer loyalty so that customer satisfaction is influenced flavors that suit the tastes of consumers.

ABSTRAK   Kontrasepsi Hormonal sebagai salah satu alat Kontrasepsi meningkat dan tajam. Menurut World Health Organization (WHO) 2014, Pengguna alat kontrasepsi suntik yaitu 35,3%, pil yaitu 30,5%, IUD yaitu 15,2%, Implant 7,3%, dan 11,7% Kontrasepsi lainnya. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apakah ada hubungan peningkatan berat badan dan ketidakteraturan siklus haid dengan KB suntik pada akseptor KB di Puskesmas Pembina Palembang Tahun 2018.Rumusan masalah penelitian ini adalah hubungan antara umur dan pengetahuan akseptor tentang KB Suntik di Puskesmas Pembina Palembang Tahun 2018.Penelitian ini menggunakan survey analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional yang dilakukan dengan kuesioner.Uji Statistic yang dipakai adalah Uji Chi-Square. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 62 orang dan seluruh Populasi dijadikan sampel. Dari hasil analisa univariat responden yang memakai KB Suntik lebih besar yaitu sebanyak 36 orang (58,1%), dan 26 orang (41,9%) yang tidak memakai KB Suntik. Responden yang berat badannya meningkat memakai kontrasepsi sebanyak 33 orang (53,2%), sedangkan responden yang berat badannya tidak meningkat sebanyak 29 orang (46,8%) dibandingkan dengan responden yang siklus haidnya tidak teratur adalah sebanyak 32 orang (51,6%). Hasil analisa statistik dengan menggunakan Uji Chi-Square dengan df = 1 ada hubungan yang bermakna peningkatan berat badan dengan KB Suntik pada akseptor KB diperoleh p value (0.006) lebih kecil dari (0,05) dan ada hubungan yang bermakna ketidakteraturan siklus haid dengan KB suntik pada akseptor KB diperoleh p value (0,011) lebih kecil dari (0,05). Saran agar petugas kesehatan meningkatkan kinerja dan sistem informasi mengenai masalah yang berhubungan dengan pemakaian KB Suntik.       ABSTRACT   The hormonal contraception as becoming on of the contraceptions tools which is increasing sharply. The purpose of this research is for knowing wheter there is the increasing of weight and the irregular of monthly period with injected contraception for the acceptor at Puskesmas Pembina Palembang in 2014. The main case of this research is the relationship between the increasing of the weight and the irregular monthly period at Puskesmas Pembina Palembang in 2014. This research using analytic survey with cross sectional closing yhat was done by using questioner, the statistic test which take is Chi-Square test. The population in this reseacrh are 62 peoples, and all off them as becoming the sample from the result of respondent univariat analyze whom using the injected contraception in bigger that is exactly 36 people (58,1%) and 26 people (41,9%) whom do not using it. The respondent with their weight is increasing because of using contraception is 33 people (53,2%), while the respondent whom the weight do not increasing is 29 people (46,8%), when we compare with the respondent whom the monthly period is irregular are 32 people (51,6%). The result for statistic analyze by using the Chi-Square test with the df = 1 says that there is a significant relationship between the weight increasing with the injected contraception for the acceptor we get p value (0,006) is smaller than (0,05) and there is significant relationship between the injected contraception for the acceptor we get p value (0,011) with is smaller than (0,05). ABSTRACT: THE CORRELATIONS OF AGE AND HYPERTENSION WITH THE OCCURRENCE OF BPH IN THE SURGICAL WARD AT RSUD DR.H.ABDUL MOELOEK IN 2020Introduction: Lower Urinary Tractus Symptoms (LUTS) is a problem that is experienced by men around the world and one that often occurs is Benign prostate hyperplasia (BPH). BPH is a histological disorder characterized by the proliferation of prostate cells. It is estimated that 50% of men show BPH histopathology at the age of 60 years old and an increase of 90% at the age of 80 years old. Hypertension is also known to have a role in increasing prostate volume, in a cohort study it was found that hypertension resulted in an increased risk of 1.5 times to cause LUTS/BPH.Objective: To determine the relationship between age and hypertension on the incidence of BPH in Dr. H. Abdul Moeloek in 2020.Methods: This study is quantitative research, an observative analytic study design with a cross-sectional approach was carried out at RSUD Dr. H. Abdul Moeloek which was taken on October 16, 2020. The population was all patients in the Surgical Ward with total sampling. Data collection was obtained from secondary data from medical records. Data analysis was performed Univariate analysis (frequency distribution) and bivariate analysis with chi-square.Results: Respondents with BPH aged >50 years old were 32 respondents (97%) and respondents with BPH and hypertension were 20 respondents (60.6%). The results of the bivariate analysis using chi-square showed a significant relationship between BPH and age p value=0.000 (P<0.05) and the relationship between BPH and hypertension with p value=0.000 (p<0.05).Conclusion: There is a significant relationship between BPH with age and hypertension with the occurrence of BPH in the Surgical polyclinic at RSUD Dr.H.Abdul Moeloek in 2020. Keywords: BPH, Age, Hypertension  INTISARI: HUBUNGAN USIA DAN HIPERTENSI TERHADAP KEJADIAN BPH DI RSUD Dr.H.ABDUL MOELOEK Pendahuluan: Lower Urinary Tractus Symptoms (LUTS) adalah masalah yang banyak dialami oleh laki-laki di seluruh dunia dan salah satu yang sering terjadi adalah Benigna Prostat Hyperplasia (BPH). BPH adalah kelainan histologis yang khas di tandai dengan proliferasi sel-sel prostat. Diperkirakan 50% laki-laki menunjukan histopatologi BPH pada umur 60 tahun dan meningkat 90% pada umur 80 tahun  Hipertensi juga diketahui memiliki peranan dalam peningkatan volume prostat yakni pada suatu penelitian cohort diketahui adanya hipertensi mengakibatkan peningkatan resiko sebanyak 1,5 kali untuk menimbulkan gejala LUTS/BPH.Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui adanya hubungan usia dan hipertensi terhadap kejadian BPH di RSUD Dr. H. Abdul Moeloek Tahun 2020Metode: Jenis penelitian kuantitatif, rancangan penelitian analitik observatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional telah dilakukan di RSUD Dr.H.Abdul Moeloek Provinsi Lampung yang berlangsung pada 16 Oktober 2020. Populasi adalah seluruh pasien di Poli Bedah dengan pengambilan sampel secara total sampling. Pengumpulan data diperoleh dari data sekunder yang diperoleh dari rekam medis. Analisis data secara univariat (distribusi frekuensi) dan uji bivariat mengunakan chi squareHasil: Responden dengan BPH yang berusia >50 tahun sebanyak 32 responden (97%) dan responden dengan BPH dengan hipertensi sebanyak 20 responden (60,6%). Hasil Uji bivariat menggunakan chi square menunjukkan adanya hubungan signifikan antara BPH dengan usia diperoleh nilai p=0,000 (P<0,05) dan hubungan BPH dengan hipertensi nilai p=0,000 (p<0,05).Kesimpulan: Terdapat hubungan signifikan antara BPH dengan usia dan terdapat hubungan sgnifikan antara BPH dengan hipertensi di poli klinik bedah RSUD Dr.H.Abdul Moeloek tahun 2020.Kata kunci: BPH, Usia, Hipertensi

Abstract: Nicotine stomatitis could be found among heavy smokers. This study was aimed to determine the relationship between smoking habits and the incidence of lesions suspected as nicotine stomatitis among villagers of Ongkaw Dua. This was an analytical study with a cross sectional design. Population consisted of 183 smokers aged >15 years at Desa Ongkaw Dua and the subjects were 65 smokers. The chi-square showed a p-value of 0.592 for the relationship between the duration of smoking and the occurence of lesion supspected as nicotine stomatitis. Moreover, the chi-square showed a p-value of 0.005 for the relationship between the number of cigarettes consumed per day and the occurence of lesion suspected as nicotine stomatitis. In conclusion, there was no relationship between the duration of smoking and the occurence of lesion suspected as nicotine stomatitis, but there was a significant relationship between the number of cigarettes consumed per day and the occurence of lesion suspected as nicotine stomatitis.Keywords: smoking habit, nicotine stomatitis Abstrak: Stomatitis nikotina dapat dijumpai pada perokok berat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kebiasaan merokok dengan angka kejadian lesi yang diduga stomatitis nikotina pada masyarakat desa Ongkaw Dua. Jenis penelitian ialah analitik observasional dengan desain potong lintang. Populasi penelitian ini yaitu 183 perokok berusia >15 tahun di Desa Ongkaw Dua dan yang menjadi subyek penelitian berjumlah 65 orang. Hasil uji chi-square terhadap hubungan lama merokok dengan angka kejadian lesi yang diduga stomatitis nikotina mendapatkan p=0,592. Hasil uji chi-square terhadap hubungan antara jumlah rokok yang dihisap setiap hari dengan angka kejadian lesi yang diduga stomatitis nikotina mendapatkan p=0,005. Simpulan penelitian ini ialah tidak terdapat hubungan antara lamanya merokok dengan angka kejadian lesi yang diduga stomatitis nikotina, tetapi terdapat hubungan bermakna antara jumlah rokok yang dihisap setiap hari dengan angka kejadian lesi yang diduga stomatitis nikotina.Kata kunci: kebiasaan merokok, stomatitis nikotina
