Thanking to the application of digital technology in education, students are obtaining outstanding benefits such as diverse learning resources, more learning flexibility in both time and place. However, besides these advantages, students must wisely avoid inappropriate information sources and trends by selecting and following the right way to receive, learn and process information. In the competence-development-learning model, students become the center being proactive in selecting information, analyzing and proposing solutions for problems with support from lecturers and reference resources. Many questions exist and require educational institution and faculty to answers such as how to assess students' understanding and if it is in the right direction; how to see students’ progress to assist students positive change; how to conduct formative assessment throughout the entire student progress instead only summative ones (in final exam, final product). This paper reflects the practical results to answer these above questions when applying ePortfolio in assessing students’ performance in the blended learning environment at Lac Hong University. The research is conducted as a part of EMVITET Erasmus+ project.

The recent study intends to describe the roles and the principles of integrating digital technology in education at the 4th Industrial Era. The integrartion is studied from mathematics education perspective. It is concluded that the basic principle of integrating digital technology in mathematics education is that the technology does not diminish students’ conceptual understanding or replace students’ intuitions in doing mathematics. Conversely, the technology is utilized to boost students’ conceptual understanding and maximize the development of students’ intuition in doing mathematics. It is identified that there are three didactical functions of digital technology in mathematics education, such as: (1) Technology for doing mathematics,  that is the technology is incorporated as alternative learning media in doing mathematical activities; (2) Technology for practicing skills, that is the technology is utilized as a learning environment to master particular mathematical skills; (3) Technology for developing conceptual understanding, that is the technology is integrated as a learning environment to develop students’ conceptual understanding of specific mathematical concepts. This last didactical function is the most expected of integrating digital technology in mathematics education.

The quality of an educational institution depends on the principal as an educational leader. The principal has a very important role in advancing the institution he leads, so the madrasa principal serves as a supervisor, supervisor in everything that happens at school. All problems that occur in the madrasa must get the right solution from the head of the madrasa. The problem of student delinquency is no exception, in this case the head of the madrasa must make every effort to suppress student delinquency cases in order to create a conducive learning environment so that educational goals can be achieved. This study aims to: 1) describe the forms of delinquency committed by students of MTs Al Imam Cumedak, 2) describe the factors that cause student delinquency, 3). Describes the efforts and impacts of the madrasa principal in tackling student delinquency at MTs Al Imam Cumedak. And this type of research is descriptive qualitative. From the results of the research that has been carried out, it can be concluded that in general the forms of student delinquency at MTs Al Imam Cumedak, Sumberjambe sub-district, Jember Regency are classified as mild delinquency not breaking the law such as truancy, crowded in class, not wearing uniforms and others. The causes of student delinquency at MTs Al Imam are family and school factors. Meanwhile, what is done by the principal in tackling student delinquency is to increase exemplary behavior and instill the noble values of the teachings of ahlusunnah waljamaah so that students can get used to having akhlaqul karimah wherever they are.

SummaryFor assessment of differential renal function (PF) by means of static renal scintigraphy with Tc-99m-dimer-captosuccinic acid (DMSA) the calculation of the geometric mean of counts from the anterior and posterior view is recommended. Aim of this retrospective study was to find out, if the anterior view is necessary to receive an accurate differential renal function by calculating the geometric mean compared to calculating PF using the counts of the posterior view only. Methods: 164 DMSA-scans of 151 children (86 f, 65 m) aged 16 d to 16 a (4.7 ± 3.9 a) were reviewed. The scans were performed using a dual head gamma camera (Picker Prism 2000 XP, low energy ultra high resolution collimator, matrix 256 x 256,300 kcts/view, Zoom: 1.6-2.0). Background corrected values from both kidneys anterior and posterior were obtained. Using region of interest technique PF was calculated using the counts of the dorsal view and compared with the calculated geometric mean [SQR(Ctsdors x Ctsventr]. Results: The differential function of the right kidney was significantly less when compared to the calculation of the geometric mean (p<0.01). The mean difference between the PFgeom and the PFdors was 1.5 ± 1.4%. A difference > 5% (5.0-9.5%) was obtained in only 6/164 scans (3.7%). Three of 6 patients presented with an underestimated PFdors due to dystopic kidneys on the left side in 2 patients and on the right side in one patient. The other 3 patients with a difference >5% did not show any renal abnormality. Conclusion: The calculation of the PF from the posterior view only will give an underestimated value of the right kidney compared to the calculation of the geometric mean. This effect is not relevant for the calculation of the differntial renal function in orthotopic kidneys, so that in these cases the anterior view is not necesssary. However, geometric mean calculation to obtain reliable values for differential renal function should be applied in cases with an obvious anatomical abnormality.

Lesson study is a systematic, collaborative, and sustainable method of improving the quality of learning. Lesson study emphasizes the exploration of students’ learning needs; teacher openness towards learning difficulties encountered; the willingness of teachers to receive and provide advice and solutions to the difficulties encountered; and the consistency of the various parties to follow up the suggestions and solutions. Implementation of lesson study involving teachers, principals, and experts in the field of education. Kurikulum tingkat satuan pendidikan or abbreviated KTSP is operational curriculum formulated and implemented by each educational unit. KTSP has the characteristics, namely: giving broad autonomy to the educational unit, involving the community and parent participation, involving the democratic leadership of the principal, and require the support of a working team that is synergistic and transparent. KTSP based on the learning process, needs to be supported by a conducive learning environment and fun to be created by teachers.Teachers and principals in a professional, systematic and collaborative create an atmosphere that fosters independence, tenacity, entrepreneurial spirit, adaptive and proactive nature of the learning process. Thus, the learning needs of students who fulfilled optimally and professional ability of teacher who have increased on an ongoing basis, may usher in success – based learning KTSP. It means that the lesson study provides positive implications for the KTSP – based learning.

This article attempts to investigate certain problematic aspects of the institution of the victim in the Russian criminal process. For this purpose, analyzed the individual norms governing his procedural status. Separate gaps of the criminal procedure legislation in the sphere of protection of the legal rights and interests of the victim are disclosed. The author emphasizes that the improvement of the criminal procedure legislation in terms of the extension of the victim’s authority to defend his rights violated by the crime should be continued. On the basis of the study of the current legislation regarding the regulation of the rights of the victim of a crime, it is proposed to expand the list of decisions received by him, referred to in paragraph 13, part 2 of article 42 Code of Criminal Procedure. The author proposes to include in the list of the indicated legislative norm the right to receive the victim a copy of the decision on the selection of a specific type of preventive measure, selected in relation to the suspect (accused). To create an effective mechanism for protecting the interests of legal entities victims of a crime, we offer part 9 of art. 42 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of the Russian Federation shall be reworded as follows: «if a legal entity is recognized as a victim, his procedural right in criminal proceedings is exercised by the professional lawyer representing him».

For centuries the sea has absorbed a variety of inputs from rivers, streams, salt marshes and the atmosphere. It is generally accepted that additional limited inputs by man are unlikely to have a significant effect on the marine environment. Various control systems have been constructed to provide a framework within which the regulation of anthropogenic inputs can be achieved. These are briefly reviewed. With care, and in the light of past experience in both freshwater and marine environments, reasonable assumptions or estimations can be applied where uncertainties exist; safe limits can therefore be set for discharges. Case histories are used to illustrate the contention that it is possible to assess the assimilative capacity of a marine area to receive wastes. There is a major distinction to be drawn between contamination and pollution of the marine environment. Moreover, acknowledgement of the assimilative capacity concept in the marine environment does not automatically provide dischargers with the right to utilise that capacity either in part or to the upper limit. What it does is indicate the upper limit which must not be exceeded if pollution is to be avoided, and provide an indication to the control authority of the safety margin involved in the discharge limits they set accordingly.
