This paper uses a descriptive approach to investigate the implementation of 21st-century classroom learning at the tertiary level. The action research observed the use of digital technology in a university’s “Week Without Walls” initiative. The purpose was to find out what activities were carried out in the “Week Without Walls” and how they were implemented in relation to 21st-century education learning. A total number of 17 lecturers’ teaching and learning activities were observed during a one-week university initiative of out-of-classroom “Week Without Walls” implementation. Lecturers were given directions to prepare their activities outside the classroom walls in any form or manner of their choice. The results showed that the majority of lecturers used digital technologies to carry out their activities during the week with the highest application being online learning and WhatsApp mobile sharing. This provided a strong indication that the possibilities of the use of digital technologies for teaching and learning are tremendous and highly recommended for the implementation of 21st-century classroom learning.

The emergence of covid-19 has a significant impact on the world of education, especially in the teaching and learning process. The government through the Minister of Education appealed for the implementation of the teaching and learning process to be carried out with Online learning. Based on the appeal, SDN 2 Kalijaga until now is still carried out learning activities through online, Then teaching and learning activities are carried out with digital devices such as smartphones and laptops. However, based on observations on the ground digital devices such as smartphones are not used wisely, smartphones are used for online games and tiktok. This is due to students' lack of digital literacy about utilization, use, and impact. Therefore, devotional activities focused on cultivating digital literacy in elementary school children in Kalijaga village with socialization and mentoring methods to students of SDN 2 Kalijaga. The results of the devotion showed that the role of teachers and parents is very important to direct and control the use of smartphones. Special service administration is an effort that is not directly related to the teaching and learning process in the classroom, but specifically given by the school to the students so that they are more optimal in carrying out the learning process. The purpose of special service management is to provide these facilities to facilitate or facilitate learning, and to meet the special needs of students at school. Thus, special service management is a process of providing service needs to students to support learning activities so that the objectives of Education can be achieved effectively and efficiently. Special services provided by schools to students, between schools with other schools are generally the same, but the management and utilization processes are different. Some of the special services available at other schools are libraries, laboratories, UKS, cafeterias, religious facilities, dormitories, cooperatives, and transportation. The role of the teacher in this particular service for example in the library is to promote the library both for use and guidance.

Drawing continues to be relevant despite the ongoing developments in digital image-making technologies, artificial intelligence and virtual reality. The reasons for this relevance are related to the potential of drawing for promoting the learning process as well as the development of creativity in different disciplines. In the light of this relevance, several studies have investigated the role of drawing in the learning process. These studies identified a range of learning mechanisms, abilities and skills that the drawing process can enhance, such as visual thinking, connecting ideas, intuition, focus, embodiment, translating experience, perceiving and ideation. These studies also provide a previous contribution for understanding the potential of the drawing process; however, these studies focus on isolated learning mechanisms, and a comprehensive theoretical framework characterizing the relative role of the different mechanisms is currently missing. In the light of this gap, this article reviews the literature on the learning mechanisms promoted by drawing. The identified learning mechanisms are summarized in a theoretical framework that describes the three main steps of the drawing process: perception, elaboration and production. Academics can use this theoretical framework for the design of teaching and learning activities, while practitioners can use the framework to be aware of the intellectual work involved in each step of their artistic production.

Learning Design has the potential to revolutionize e-learning by capturing the process of education, rather than simply content. By describing sequences of collaborative learning activities, Learning Design offers a new approach to re-use in e-learning. E-learning has a well developed approach to the creation and sequencing of content-based, single learner, self-paced learning objects. While definitions of Learning Design vary, the main elements tend to include greater focus on context dimensions of e-learning, a more activity based view of e-learning, and greater recognition of the role of multi-learner environments. While Learning Design does not exclude single learner, self-paced modes of elearning, it draws attention to a wider range of collaborative e-learning approaches in addition to single learner approaches. This paper shows an example, which is applied to speciality of economic and rural development agricultural engineer at University of Debrecen and its implementation in the Learning Activity Management System. We created a learning design was implemented at this speciality with LAMS, which is a learning design editing and play back tool that puts the learning process, rather than collections of content, at the heart of e-learning.

In the last few decades, Information Technology has transformed the entire world into a village, known as Global Village, as proposed by Marshal McLuhan. ICT has increased its influence in every field like the education sector, defense sector, technology etc. In the 21st century, information and communication technology (ICT) has become an important and integral part of most educational organizations throughout the world.. The use of ICT in classroom teaching and learning processes has become indispensable as it gives teachers and learners the opportunity to operate, store, control and retrieve data in addition to promoting self-regulated and active learning. (Ali, Haolader & Muhammad, 2013) Today we are dependent on technology and the role of ICT is increasing day by day and is believed to be a new normal. Keeping that in view, the present paper attempts to examine the relationship between information and communication technologies (ICT) and student learning. This conceptual paper  is based on secondary information collected from different sources such as books, journal articles, newspapers, reports of various government organizations, non-governmental organizations and soon.
