 Family support is a process of relationship between the family and its social environment that is accessible to families that can be supportive and provide help to family members Anxiety (Ansiety) is a feeling of fear that is not clear and is not supported by the situation. Pregnancy is an event that occurs in a woman from the process of fertilization (conception) to the birth of a baby. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of family support with anxiety in third trimester pregnant women in the Kalijaga Health Center, Cirebon City. This research method uses quantitative descriptive correlational research, with cross sectional method carried out on 30 respondents at Kalijaga Health Center in Cirebon City with independent variables of family support and anxiety dependent variables in trimester III pregnant women by using questionnaire sheet measurement tools. Data analysis used the Spearman rank test. The research place was at the Kalijaga Public Health Center, Cirebon City. The results showed that the P value is smaller than alpha, which means that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, so it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between family support and anxiety in third trimester pregnant women at the Kalijaga Health Center in Cirebon City, P value 0.017 is smaller than alpha 0, 05. Nurses are expected to be able to perform their roles optimally as providers of nursing care, advocates, educators, coordinators, and collaborators in providing family support to pregnant women who experience anxiety.

Exclusive breast milk is the main food for infants aged 0-6 months. Malang City is one of the cities in East Java which still has less than optimal coverage of exclusive breastfeeding than the set target. One of the factors that cause mothers not to give exclusive breastfeeding is because the working mother. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of breastfeeding management training on understanding of exclusive breastfeeding in third trimester pregnant women. The design of the study used a quasi-experimental using one group pre-test – post-test design. The sample was third trimester pregnant women who work and get health services in Pandanwangi Public Health Center Malang which met the inclusion criteria of 35 people by total sampling technique. Breastfeeding Management Training was conducted in three meetings. Most of the pretest results (60%) were in the sufficient category, and almost all of the posttest results (97%) were good. The results of hypothesis testing with the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test, the Z value obtained -5.166 with a p value (Asymp. Sig 2 tailed) of 0.000 (<0.05), proving that there was an effect of breastfeeding management training on understanding of exclusive breastfeeding in third trimester pregnant women at Pandanwangi Public Health Center, Malang City.

Pregnancy is a natural event experienced by a mother. During pregnancy, the mother will experience physical and mental changes. Changes that occur even provide discomfort for the mother such as back pain, aches in the legs, anxiety, and so forth. Pregnant women are in need of a healthy and fit body, and a relaxed mind, where this condition can be obtained by seeking a regular diet, adequate rest and exercise. To maintain the health of pregnant women pregnancy care needs to be done. One of the treatments for pregnancy is to practice yoga exercises.This study aims to determine the relationship of prenatal yoga knowledge level with the interest of pregnant women in taking prenatal yoga classes. This study uses a cross sectional research design that aims to determine the relationship of the level of prenatal yoga knowledge with the interest of pregnant women in taking prenatal yoga classes at the Puskesmas Putri Ayu in Jambi City. The study population was pregnant women who came to the Puskesmas Putri Ayu Kota Jambi. The sample in this study was taken using accidental sampling techniques as many as 32 people. This research was conducted from January-August 2019 at the Putri Ayu Public Health Center in Jambi City.The results showed that more than half of respondents had good knowledge about yoga (56.3%) and more than half of respondents had a high interest in taking prenatal yoga classes (59.4%) .There was a significant relationship between the level of prenatal yoga knowledge with interest mothers in taking prenatal yoga classes (p = 0.006).It is expected that the Putri Ayu Public Health Center can improve health programs, especially programs for increasing the knowledge of pregnant women about the benefits of prenatal yoga in pregnancy.

Background: Preliminary studies conducted by researchers on December 2015 at Public Health Center Mijen, Semarang get a yield of 7 people in the category of obesity, be found 2 people have a varicose veins in the legs and 5 other people not have varicose veins in the legs. Aim: Analyzing correlation between the level of obesity with events varicose vein on adult patients aged 26-45 years old in Public Health Center Mijen, Semarang. Methods: The research design was cross sectional. Samples were taken from adult obese patients who come to the Public Health Center Mijen Semarang as much as 42 respondents, selected by accidental sampling technique. Data were gathered using observation sheets, then analyzed using Spearman rank test. Results: The p-value of the Spearman rank test was 0.003, with the correlation coefficient of 0.443. Conclusion: There is a correlation between the level of obesity with the incidence of varicose veins on adult patients in Public Health Center Mijen Semarang. Suggestion: Recommended for respondent to control weight and attention intake foods consumed. Keywords: Obesity; varicose vein, adult

Class of pregnant women is a study group of pregnant women with gestational age between 20 weeks to 36 weeks (before delivery) with a maximum number of participants of 10 people. This study aims to study the relationship between knowledge and attitudes of mothers with the participation of classes of pregnant women in the Sidodadi Public Health Center Working Area in Central Bengkulu Regency. This study used a cross sectional design. The population in this study were third trimester pregnant women who lived in the Sidodadi Public Health Center Working Area in June 2018 as many as 58 pregnant women. Taking sample cases using the Total Sampling technique is that all pregnant women in the third trimester who live in the Sidodadi Public Health Center Working Area as many as 58 pregnant women are sampled. The results were obtained: (1) there were 24 with a percentage of 41.4% who did not take classes in pregnant women and 34 people with a percentage of 58.6% who attended classes in pregnant women; (2) there are 19 pregnant women with a percentage of 32.8% who lack knowledge, there are 22 pregnant women with a percentage of 37.9% who have sufficient knowledge and there are 17 pregnant women with a percentage of 29.3% who are well-informed; (3) there are 26 pregnant women with a percentage of 44.8% who do not support, and there are 32 pregnant women with a percentage of 55.2% who support; (4) There was a significant relationship between knowledge with the participation of pregnant women with a moderate relationship category; (5) There was a significant relationship between the attitude of mothers and the participation of classes of pregnant women with the category of moderate relationships. It was recommended to Sidodadi Public Health Center to further improve health services, provide health related information during pregnancy and encourage pregnant women to take part in pregnancy exercises.] Keywords: class of pregnant women, knowledge, mother's attitude

Basic emergency obstetric and newborn care (BEmONC) is an inpatient Publlich Health Center that is able to provide obstetric and neonatal emergency/ basic complications services 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. In Public Health Center the referral service ideally is no more than 15%, the high number of maternal referrals in BEMONC Pantai Cermin Langkat District exceeds the Standard (> 15%). The number of maternal referrals in pregnant women starting from 1 May 2018 to 31 October 2018 was 104 people. Factors related to maternal referral to pregnant women in Pantai Cermin BEmONC, Langkat district are maternal knowledge, and support of health workers. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of maternal knowledge, and support of he alth workers with the maternal referral process in pregnant women. This study used a cross sectional design, with 104 pregnant women being referred at Pantai Cermin BEmONC, Langkat district by method of total sampling. Data collection methods consist of primary data and secondary data. Based on the results of the study note that out of 104 respondents there were 54 (51.9%) maternal referral processes in incompatible pregnant women and 50 (48.1%) maternal referral processes in pregnant women in accordance with the reference standard. Variables related to the maternal referral process in pregnant women were family income (p = 0.049), and family support (p = 0.028).There is a relationship between family income and family support with the maternal referral process for pregnant women at the BEMONC Public Health Center Pantai Cermin Langkat Regency.

Abstract Objective: to investigate the relationship between education level and occupation of pregnant women with MCH handbook utilization at the Pekauman Public Health Center of Banjarmasin in July–August 2018. Methods: the method that was used is analytical observational research with cross-sectional design. The number of research sample is 50 people with systematic random sampling techniques, and data were analyzed by chi-square statistical tests. Results: the majority of respondents were34 pregnant women (68%) with low education level, and36 pregnant women (72%) were unemployed. There were 36 pregnant women (72%) with ineffective MCH handbook utilization. The statistical result between education level of pregnant women with MCH handbook utilization is p-value = 0.005 (p < 0.05) and between occupation of pregnant woman with MCHhandbook utilization is  p-value =  0.001 (p <0.05). Conclusion: there a significant relationship of education leveland occupation of pregnant women with MCH handbook utilization at the Pekauman Public Health Center of Banjarmasin in July-August 2018. Keywords: level ofeducation, occupation, MCH handbook   Abstrak Tujuan: untuk mengetahui hubungan tingkat pendidikan dan pekerjaan Ibu hamil dengan pemanfaatan buku KIA di Puskesmas Pekauman Banjarmasin Periode Juli–Agustus 2018 Metode: metode yang digunakan adalah observasional analitik dengan desain cross sectional. Besar sampel penelitian adalah 50 orang dengan teknik pengambilan systematic random sampling dan datadianalisis dengan uji statistik chi square Hasil: sebagian besar responden adalah 34 ibu hamil (68%) dengan tingkat pendidikan rendah dan 36 ibu hamil (72%) yang tidak bekerja. Terdapat 36 ibu hamil (72%) dengan pemanfaatan buku KIA yang tidak efektif. Hasil uji statistik antara tingkat pendidikan ibu hamil dengan penggunaan buku KIA adalah p value = 0.005 (p < 0.05) dan antara pekerjaan ibu hamil dengan pemanfaatan buku KIA adalah p value = 0.001 (p < 0.05). Kesimpulan: terdapat hubungan yang bermakana tingkat pendidikan dan pekerjaan ibu hamil dengan pemanfaatan buku KIA di Puskesmas Pekauman Banjarmasin periode Juli–Agustus 2018 Kata kunci: tingkatpendidikan, pekerjaan, buku KIA

The KIA Handbook is a simple but effective means of communicating and recording the health of pregnant women as an information, education, and communication. According to data from Lawe Sumur Aceh Tenggara Public Health Center, there were 118 pregnant women where they had received the KIA book. The purpose of this study is to determine how they use the KIA books for the pregnant women at Lawe Sumur Public Public Health Center, Lawe Sumur Sub District, Aceh Tenggara District. This type of research is an analytic survey with a cross sectional design. Research location at Public Public Health Center Lawe Sumur. This study was held on October 2020. The research population is all of the pregnant woman reach 118 woman in Lawe Sumur Public Health Center territory. The sampling technique with cluster sampling for 54 people. The Data Analysis by using univariat, bivariat using chu-square test, and multivariate using multiple logistic regression test. The results of the research with logistic regression showed the p-value for the knowledge variable (p = 0.008) with the Exp (B) = 9,100, the attitude (p = 0.021) with the Exp (B) value = 0.021 and the action (p = 0.187) with the Exp (B) = 2.979. The conclusion of this study is that there is a significant effect of knowledge and attitudes on the use of the KIA handbook and there is no significant effect on the use of the KIA handbook. It is advisable for pregnant women to comply with ANC visits and to use the KIA handbook.

Nationally, MR immunization is 51.05% as of September 30, 2018. MR immunization coverage in South Kalimantan Province until October 31, 2018, is 56.58%. The lowest achievement is Banjar Regency, with 36.46%. The study aimed to determine the relationship between perception and family support (husband) with MR immunization. The study design used a cross-sectional study. The study population was mothers who had children aged nine months to 15 years in the working area of the Beruntung Baru Public Health Center, totaling 6,379 people. The sample size was 377 people. This study used accidental sampling. Univariate data analysis and bivariate analysis with Chi-Square statistical test. The results of the study showed a relationship between perceptions (p-value=0,001; OR=24,7) and and family support (p-value=0,001; OR=9,3) with giving MR immunization. This study suggests the Beruntung Baru public health center to improve health promotion on MR immunization by holding counseling so that the public could better understand MR immunization.

There are about 2.8 million incident of perineal rupture in maternal physiological labor. In 2050,it is estimated that the incidence of perineal rupture can be 6.3 million if it is not accompanied by a good midwifery care. In 2016, in Trawas, there was (89%) perineal rupture in primiparas and (57%) perineal rupture in multiparas. Perineal rupture incidences due to parity were still very high. This study aims to analyze the relationship between parity and the incidence of perineal rupture . It is quantitative studyusing a cross sectional approach, by using analysis of physiological maternity women  medical record data from January to April 2017 of 130 peoplein Trawas Public Health Center, Mojokerto Regency.The dataanalysis used was Chi - Square , indicated by p value = 0,000 with ɑ = 0,05. It means that the value of p <ɑ, so H1 is accepted. It can be concluded that there is a relationship between parity and the incidence of perineal rupture on physiological maternity women in Trawas Public Health Center,Mojokerto Regency. Midwives can apply collaboration with patients and their families to have physical and psychologicalpreparation with an alternative of hypnobirthing methods.
