Capital flight and calculation methods are one of concepts that could not been arrived at a consensus in economics literature. Capital flight is defined generally as transferring resident assets of countries to abroad. In addition, political and economic uncertainty and including all capital outflows done with speculative aims in this scope is more acceptable and appropriate approach. Definitional-level differences are the fundamental reasons of measuring methods and their results. When examining in terms of developing countries, it has been seen that regarding capital flights which fall in importance and amount relatively between second half of 1990s and 2000s have extended fast from current years. This situation is not different for economies in transition. Currently the analyses regarding capital flights draw attention with its results that support concerns about transition countries. In this context, calculation methods and the results obtained constituted a different research subject for transition economies. Our study has aimed to analyze of capital flight for 1995-2015 period in the context of selected economies in transition. In analyses, World Bank (WDR 1985) calculation method of capital flight was used. The results have differentiated according to calculation methods, also draw attention to significant increases especially in current years and support concerns regarding increase of capital flight. While our study makes political suggestions directed at decreasing capital flights of relevant countries, redraw attention to discussion in this context.

The article describes the features of state influence in the export of coffee from Africa, affecting the international trade in raw materials. The example of coffee market is analyzed in the article. The world experience of regulating the flow of goods from a country with a transition economy is analyzed and its adaptation to developing countries is evaluated. The problem of this industry is expressed in the fact that after centuries, African countries have not been able to develop an optimal model for regulating coffee exports in the context of the formation of raw material prices on international exchanges. The purpose of the study is to assess the possibility of adapting on the African continent the Russian model of state support for exports, which is a system of a number of institutions focused on the implementation of subsidy programs through administrative and tax measures. The scientific novelty is that, for the first time, two models of state regulation of developing countries and countries with economies in transition are correlated in order to modernize the African export support system.

Indonesia as a developing country that embraces foreign policy that is free and active, participates in the development of other developing countries in South-South Cooperation. This participation is also stated in the mandate for the Preamble to the 1945 Constitution to enhance Indonesia's role in international development cooperation. Indonesia's contribution is an interesting thing to discuss because Indonesia as one of the developing countries contributes quite significantly to other countries. In this journal, it uses qualitative research methods which are sourced from existing literature and data. The results of this discussion can be seen that the assistance that Indonesia provides is more in the form of services and in the form of seminar programs. This discussion focuses on the assistance that Indonesia provided during the period of President Joko Widodo, especially in 2016-2018. The focus of the assistance that Indonesia provides is Asian countries, especially the South Pacific region. This is because there is an interest that Indonesia carries in carrying out SSC assistance for the region.

Shaykh al-Albani is the first contemporary scholar to popularise the concept of tasfiah (purification) in da'wah. According to him, tasfiah is one of the methods that should be used as a religious basis by all Muslims in order to bring them back to the true teachings of Islam in line with what was taught by the Prophet Muhammad SAW. This article discusses his concept of tasfiah based upon its historical point of view in Islam, past and present. Through qualitative research methods and document analysis approach, this study shows that the concept of tasfiah is closely related to the history of the development of Islam. This research focuses on its historical development in the three main fields of Islam which is creed, hadith and jurisprudence, and the role played by scholars in dealing with deviations in faith, preserving the authenticity of the hadiths of the Prophet PBUH and explaining the Islamic laws and methods of worship in accordance with the Sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad SAW. The results show that the concept of tasfiah expressed by Shaykh al-Albani is not something new because scholars throughout Islamic history had emphasized on this concept. This study also addresses the necessity of emphasizing the concept of tasfiah in da’wah among Muslim scholars, in the hope that they might fortify Islam from any deviation.

In Israel, like the rest of Western society, women are still largely responsible for childcare and housework. In homeschooling families, this division is even more prominent. This article explores homeschooling mothers’ perspective on role division. Using the auto-ethnographic-phenomenological approach to qualitative research of individual perceptions and experiences, I recruited a purpose-focused sample of 27 homeschooling mothers. Using interviews and personal logs (or diaries), I obtained data that underwent thematic analysis. The study findings indicate that mothers like being with their kids and that most of them would not want to change places with their partner, but the question arises as to whether there is a real possibility of choosing.

Ocular tuberculosis (TB) is an extrapulmonary tuberculous condition and has variable manifestations. The incidence of TB is still high in developing countries, and a steady increase in new cases has been observed in industrial countries as a result of the growing number of immunodeficient patients and migration from developing countries. Choroidal granuloma is a rare and atypical location of TB. We present a case of a presumptive choroidal granuloma. This case exposes that diagnosis can be remarkably challenging when there is no history of pulmonary TB. The recognition of clinical signs of ocular TB is extremely important since it provides a clinical pathway toward tailored investigations and decision making for initiating anti-TB therapy and to ensure a close follow-up to detect the development of any complication.
