A FEW WORDS ABOUT FAMILY PENSION, FAMILY EMOLUMENT AND PROPORTIONALITY OF THE BENEFIT

Family pension entitlement applies to children up to the age of 25. If the subject has reached this age in the last year of studies in a higher school, family pension entitlement extends until the end of studies. The problem is the interpretation of the phrase ‘in the last year of studies in a higher school’. It is unknown whether its meaning is limited only to the higher education (up to master’s degree) or whether it covers all forms of studies conducted by a higher school. Extending the meaning of this phrase shall cause the category of children entitled to the family pension to enlarge significantly, because entitled shall be those children who are students as well as those who take up postgraduate or doctoral studies. Such an interpretation seems to go too far. The conditions for acquiring the right to a family emolument after the deceased performing the profession of the judge also need to be specified.

Higher education has changed a lot during the past 25 years in Finland. The universities of applied sciences (UAS) were established in the 1990s when the former college system became higher education. At the moment there are 22 universities of applied sciences and 14 universities. Universities and universities of applied sciences have their own profile and legislation as well. About 23 000 bachelor-level students and 2200 master-level students graduate from the UASs annually. It is quite normal that in universities all students will complete the master’s degree with about 15 000 students getting their master’s degree and 1821 getting their doctoral degree annually. In UASs it is not possible to complete doctoral studies.

The article identifies one of the components of professional competence, social and communicative competence - the quality of a trainers of higher education, which is defined as complex integrative professionalpersonal formation, which determines the electiveness of interpersonal and professional interaction, allows a specialist to orient in any professional and social situation, to evaluate it adequately, to make the right decisions and achieve set goals and provides a pedagogue with personal comfort, professional electiveness and social demand in all spheres of life. The following structural components of socio-communicative competence of higher education establishment teachers are identified: motivation-valuable, cognitive, operational-active, personal, as well as a set of criteria and their indicators: motivational (presence of motivation to achieve, determination to interact, necessity in communication, self-actualization); cognitive (completeness and strength of assimilation of socio-communicative knowledge); active the level of mastery of skills (speech, nonverbal, interactive, social, information and communication); personal (social intellect, ability to empathize and reflexivity), which correlate with specified components of socio-communicative competence of higher education establishment trainers. The dissertation defined the levels of development of investigated competence (low, acceptable and high) and revealed their content. Despite the variety of solutions for its development, the higher education system needs to find new ways in this direction. The complex of education-methodological materials for HEE trainers were developed in regard to the development of the future trainers of higher education establishment in the process of Master's degree acquiring, which contains the bank of theoretical and practical lessons, educational cases, projects, exercises, trainings, role and business games; selected and adapted package of diagnostic materials for defining the level of development of socio-communicative competence of future trainers of HEE; and developed the special course program, “Socio-communicative competence of a trainer of higher education establishment”. The article presents the results of an experimental study of the level of formation of social and communicative competence of trainers of higher education establishment.

The paper deals with the problem of network dependence of Russian news magazines and the actual dictates of international network structures (Scopus, WOS, etc.) that set their own requirements for their content and quality. The latter influence not only the scientific rating of journals, but also the publishing policy of their publications. The situation is further complicated by the fact that the rules of the game imposed by them have been adopted by the country's state authorities and, first of all, by the Ministry of science and higher education of the Russian Federation, which has tightened the requirements for reports of scientific and educational institutions, as well as researchers and teachers, including mandatory publications in Scopus and other international databases. Despite the efforts made by the Presidium of the Russian Academy of Sciences and the leadership of higher education institutions, Russian science was dependent on these structures, which began to determine the directions and priorities of its development, including selecting the subject and language of journal publications. The scientific community of Russia is faced with the task of protecting the interests of journal editors and protecting the right of authors to Express their own scientific position and the ability to present publications in their native language.

Nafkah merupakan salah satu daripada hak isteri yang perlu ditunaikan. Hukum ini telah termaktub di dalam Al-Quran dan sebagaimana yang diketahui oleh semua muslim, salah satu kewajiban seorang suami itu adalah menyediakan nafkah buat isterinya baik dalam  tempoh  perkawinan  maupun  pasca perceraian.  Namun,  mutakhir  ini,  banyak kasus yang melibatkan perilaku suami yang mengabaikan nafkah isteri pasca perceraian. Bahagian Sokongan Keluarga (BSK) merupakan pihak berwenang yang mampu mengatasi dengan sebaik mungkin segala permasalahan berkaitan dengan pemberian nafkah. BSK memberi peluang kepada mantan isteri untuk membuat tuntutan nafkah jika suami gagal atau enggan membayar nafkah sekaligus mengembalikan hak isteri. Pertanyaan yang diajukan dalam permasalahan ini adalah bagaimana peran BSK dalam menjamin terpenuhinya  nafkah isteri pasca perceraian dan bagaimana efektifitasnya (BSK) terhadap masalah penegakan nafkah isteri pasca perceraian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tentang peran (BSK) dalam masalah pemenuhan nafkah isteri pasca perceraian. Penelitian dalam skripsi ini adalah yuridis empiris yaitu kajian lapangan (field research) dan yuridis normatif yaitu kajian kepustakaan (library research). Adapun Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan penulis dalam skripsi ini adalah observasi, wawancara dan telaah dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh, bahwa peran BSK dalam masalah pemenuhan nafkah isteri pasca perceraian berjalan secara efektif karena BSK memantau dan menangani masalah ketidakpatuhan mantan suami terhadap perintah nafkah Mahkamah Syariah melalui pembentukan Unit Khidmat Nasehat dan Perundangan, Unit Penguatkuasaan dan Pelaksanaan Perintah dan Unit Pengurusan Dana. Keberadaan BSK telah menjadi tempat rujukan dan   memberikan bantuan kepada mantan isteri. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, dapat difahami bahwa pokok permasalahan dalam penyelesaian masalah pengabaian nafkah apabila mantan suami memahami  hal  berkaitan  agama  Islam  serta  mengetahui  hak  dan  tanggung  jawab terhadap isteri pasca perceraian.Kata Kunci: Bahagian Sokongan Keluarga (BSK) dan Nafkah Isteri Pasca Penceraian Living in one of the rights of wives that need to be shown. This law has been contained in the Koran and as it is known by all Muslims, one of the obligations of a husband is to provide a living for his wife both in the period of marriage or post-divorce. However, these cutting-edge, many cases involve the behavior of husbands who neglect the living wives post-divorce. The Family Support Division (BSK) is the authority who can cope with the best possible problems relating to the provision of the living. BSK allows the former wife to make a living claim if the husband fails or refuses to pay the living while returning the right of the wife. The question posed in this issue was the role of BSK in guaranteeing the fulfillment of the postpartum wife and how effectiveness (BSK) has been to the problem of establishing a divorce post. The study aims to find out about the role (BSK) in the issue of fulfilling wives after divorce. The research in this thesis was empirical, i.e. field research and normative juridical (library research) study. The methods of data collection used by the authors in this thesis are observations, interviews and documentation study. The results of the research obtained, that the role of BSK in the problem of fulfillment of wives post-divorce runs effectively because BSK monitors and addresses the problem of non-compliance of ex-husband against the order of Sharia court The establishment of the Advisory and Legal Unit, enforcement Unit and the execution of the Order and fund Management unit. The existence of BSK has been a referral place and provides relief to the former wife. Based on this, it can be understood that the subject matter in solving the issue of living if the former husband understands the matter related to Islam and knows the rights and responsibilities of the post-divorce wife.

Purpose – The purpose of this paper is to explore the dilemmas that challenge reputation management in the context of higher education (HE). Design/methodology/approach – The paper introduces one Finnish multidisciplinary master's degree programme as a case in point. The empirical data comprises a student survey and semi-structured interviews with internal and external stakeholders whose work relates to the master's degree programme in question. Findings – The findings identify different types of dilemmas arising from collaboration between stakeholders of HE. Practical implications – The paper demonstrates how the dilemma-reconciliation method can be used to enhance reputation management in HE. Originality/value – The novelty of the paper is in applying dilemma theory (Hampden-Turner and Trompenaars, 2000) in parallel with reputation theories. Dilemma theory attributes reputation risks to conflicting aims.

The literature highlights the present-day problem of misalignment between skills possessed by graduates and employer expectations. This has been shown to considerably affect the length of time spent by graduates on job seeking and – consequently – their earnings. It is particularly interesting to compare the situation of graduates of various levels and fields of study in Poland among those surveyed by the MNiSW (Ministry of Science and Higher Education) – 2016. The study provides interesting conclusions confirming the thesis that an increase in the education level leads to increased income. Thus, those graduating with a Master’s degree find work more easily and earn higher salaries. The article analyses the MNiSW, OECD, EU, GUS databases. The work is analytical and descriptive.

Analisar o conhecimento dos preceptores na utilização de metodologias ativas durante estágio supervisionado. Estudo descritivo com abordagem quantitativa. A pesquisa foi realizada através de questionário contendo questões sociodemográficas e objetivas sobre o tema. Participaram preceptores do curso de graduação em enfermagem de uma universidade particular. A amostra do estudo foi composta por 10 preceptores, todos do sexo feminino. 9 preceptores possuem especialização em áreas distintas e 1 possui título de mestre. Apenas 5 preceptores foram capacitados para atuar na preceptoria. Todos utilizam metodologias ativas no campo de estágio e apenas 6 receberam treinamento. Evidenciou-se que o enfermeiro preceptor tem um papel importante na formação de futuros profissionais, encarando o discente como protagonista do aprendizado. O uso das metodologias ativas nos estágios é relevante, pois envolve os desafios existentes na profissão, desde os estruturais até os pedagógicos.Descritores: Preceptor, Estágio Supervisionado, Metodologias Ativas. Nursing preceptorship: use of active methodologies during supervised internshipAbstract: To analyze the knowledge of preceptors in the use of active methodologies during supervised internship. Descriptive study with quantitative approach. The research was conducted through a questionnaire containing sociodemographic and objective questions on the subject. The participants of the undergraduate nursing course at a private university participated. The study sample consisted of 10 preceptors, all female. 9 preceptors have specialization in different areas and 1 has a master's degree. Only 5 preceptors were trained to act in preceptorship. It all uses active methodologies in the internship field and only 6 received training. It was evidenced that the preceptor nurse has an important role in the training of future professionals, facing the student as the protagonist of their learning. Nueve participantes tienen especialización en diferentes áreas y 1 tiene título de máster. Sólo 5 participantes fueron entrenados para actuar en la preceptoría. Todos utilizan metodologías activas en el campo de las prácticas y sólo 6 recibieron capacitación. Se evidó que el enfermero preceptor tiene un papel importante en la formación de futuros profesionales, enfrentando al estudiante como protagonista del aprendizaje.
