This paper looks at the challenges, opportunities and strategies involved in building a global biotechnology company. There is no single global strategy that will answer all companies' needs; instead strategies will be dictated by the individual business development plans of a company, its products and its values.

Violations of business ethics that occur at this time, become a problem in itself. One of the factors supporting the occurrence of these violations is due to lack of basic knowledge about business ethics and the freedom of business people in carrying out economic activities, as a result many business people are competing in improving market mechanisms, Business should be assessed from a moral standpoint, just like all other human activities also seen from a moral standpoint. Because when not looking at the moral aspect of doing business, business people only think about how to increase sales turnover, and not only increase turnover, but also do things that are not ethical, such as: bribery, corruption, collusion and nepotism, it makes people uneasy . Adverse effects that will occur if a company is immoral and enforces the norms that apply in business ethics then it can have an impact on consumers' distrust of their products and can complicate business development again. The subject of research in this paper is the planning of urban mobility development in the narrow part of Sarajevo using a model based on the growth matrix. The hypothesis of this research is: Based on the analysis of supply and demand of the city traffic system, good practices in sustainable urban mobility and existing strategies and development plans, a model for managing the whole planning process of sustainable urban mobility of the city traffic system in Sarajevo by 2026 can be proposed.In accordance with the experience of Europe’s main urban mobility observatory (Eltis) and sustainable urban mobility plans (SUMPs), the key elements are defined. The next step, after defining the elements of urban mobility, is to carry out the quantification of elements for 2016. Thereafter, there is a concise explanation of the growth matrix and model of managing the urban mobility planning process is created. In the research results, direct and indirect growth rates were elaborated and analyzed, i.e. the individual and synergic effects of the model. Finally, the synthesis of the research results was presented.

Reference material concerning sustainable development has increased dramatically over the last decades, with more and more countries, agencies and businesses following the sustainable development ideals and principles. However, one of the most basic of human institutions has not contributed, and perhaps not allowed to contribute, to the debate. Religion and faith systems have a great potential in influencing not only the definitions of sustainable development but also concepts of human sustainable practices to achieve sustainable development goals. The main obstacle to the fulfillment of this potential appears to be the lack of outreach and acceptance of the scientific community to the religious and faith system institutions and individuals. In this paper, a review of the literature is carried out to shed light on the root of this schism between science and belief systems. In addition, the paper will highlight how the majority of the literature deals with process rather than the individual human being and how to make him/her a better practitioner of sustainability. It is also aimed that the paper shed some light on how religious and faith system ideals can be incorporated into sustainable development plans and systems. The main focus of the paper is to cast light on the religion of Islam and some of the Islamic teachings and Ideals and how they can be incorporated in delivering the message of sustainable development since the religion of Islam is forecast to be the largest faith on the planet in the not too distant future. In conclusion, a discussion on how the various religious networks can deliver the message of sustainability will be discussed.

Due to the pandemic caused by Covid-19, daily life has changed significantly. For this reason, biosecurity measures have been implemented to prevent the spread of the virus as an effective way to reactivate economic activities. In this sense, the present paper focuses on real-time face detection as a measure of control at the entrance to an entity, thus avoiding the spread of the virus while recognizing the identity of workers despite the use of masks and thus reducing the risk of entry of individuals outside the organization. Therefore, the objective is to contribute to the security of a company through the application of machine learning methodology. The selection of methodology is justified due to the adaptation of the same according to the interests of this project. Consequently, algorithms were used in a progressive manner, obtaining as a result the control system that was intended, since each particularity of the face of the individual was recognized in relation to its corresponding identification. Finally, the results of this article benefit the security of organizations regardless of their field or sector. The education of the employees in each instance of a company comes along with a purpose to gain competence and experience in order to realize every business process according to the demands of the products/services, the legal obligation as well as the criteria of competitiveness. Furthermore, it is directly conjoined with the very act of foundation setting of the employees’ requests with a unique intention - to achieve quality, stressing the vital need to affiliate everyone in their own field. This analysis presents the research inputs which are being given in order to get a clear picture whether the Macedonian companies are eager to learn and stimulate both the individual and the collective learning in order to improve the results in general. According to the given results in the research, it is stated that the Macedonian companies do not pay much attention to quality. They are insufficiently concerned with the continuous education, which is evident in the small investments they make in regard to the innovations. Hence, the quality system has been built in a very small number of companies. The following model presented in this elaborate has been suggested for a more successful designing and implementation of the educational system as a subsystem of the house of quality. This methodology is integral and has a universal notion which is applicable to all types of companies and institutions as well. Without a conducted training about TQM (Total Quality Management) philosophy and a continued education provided firstly for the managers and further on for all of the employees, the TQM strategy could not be implemented in a satisfactory manner. Also, the benefits that come along with the quality system could not be visible as a result. Key words: educational subsystem, leadership, methodology, quality system, TQM strategy.

Purpose The purpose of this paper is to examine the multi-level relationship between people-related total quality management (TQM) practices and employee job satisfaction. The authors draw upon organizational climate theory to hypothesize that TQM is related to job satisfaction at the individual employee level, as well as at the organizational level in the form of shared perceptions of TQM practices in the workplace. Design/methodology/approach Multi-level modelling was used to test the study hypotheses. The sample was drawn from 201 employees working in 23 organizations in Australia. Findings The findings show that people-related TQM practices are positively related to job satisfaction at both individual and organizational levels, with a stronger effect on employee attitudes observed at the organizational level. Research limitations/implications The statistically significant multi-level relationship between people-related TQM practices and job satisfaction extends the findings of previous studies conducted only at the individual level; thus, supporting the sustainability of TQM as a management principle at a company-wide level. Practical implications The findings broadly support the implementation of people-related TQM practices as part of a strategy of creating a “high performance” climate in organizations, which in turn, will likely to positively affect both individual and organizational performance. Social implications From a wider social perspective, the implementation of TQM practices as a company-wide initiative could facilitate greater corporate social responsibility of the organization. Such practices as training, involving, and empowering employees can promote social commitment by valuing employees as one important stakeholder. Originality/value This is the first empirical study to the best of the author’s knowledge that uses multi-level modelling to examine the relationship between TQM practices and employee attitudes such as job satisfaction.

A disabled person in a company is affected by a number of various environmental conditions. Among these the most important are such as organizational, technical, social, economic and, finally, legal working conditions. The standard and quality of the just mentioned conditions determine significantly the way in which a disabled person performs the assigned tasks and duties in the company and it also helps to create the individual sense of self-fulfillment and work satisfaction. What is more, at the same time the level of environmental conditions influences directly work efficiency and profits of the company. It must be clearly stated that working conditions do not appear immediately and spontaneously - they need careful planning and modern organization. This research paper presents the environmental conditions and discusses a model design of the work organization for the disabled people.

Adolescents have previously been neglected on the global health agenda, but recent progress has been made with the inclusion of adolescents in the UN Global Strategy for Women’s, Children’s, and Adolescents’ Health (2016-2030), and the landmark 2017 document the from WHO and other agencies, AA-HA! Guidance, designed to support in-country implementation of strategies for adolescent health. Investing in adolescent programmes yields a triple return; improving the health of the adolescent, of their future selves as adults, and then of their children. As the main determinants of adolescent health are outside the specific remit of the health sector, interventions must be delivered by multiple sectors, including education, social protection, roads and infrastructure, and employment, and be targeted more widely at various levels of influence; the individual and family, community, school, media and technology, environment, and legal frameworks. Adolescent participation and engagement in programmes is key to their success.

Decisions relating to choice and implementation of computerized accounting systems differ dramatically between developed and developing nations in respect to the cultural, political, economic, and environmental factors. This study aims to assess the implementation of accounting information system in a company in a developing nation; Egypt. The case indicates the importance of the integration of accounting and technology. However, in a developing nation like Egypt, characterized with over population and high unemployment, automation becomes a very sensitive issue. Therefore, there is a need for strong management support and commitment to insure successful implementation. Developing countries, especially Egypt, should direct its companies to increase its dependence on Information Communication Technology (ICT). As the case shows there are many benefits that ICT can offer to the individual companies. If each individual company can become more efficient and effective the whole economy will be better and will be able to utilize scare resources more efficiently and effectively.
