Resumen: Este trabajo presenta el sitio web del Archivo Digital Valle-Inclán/ 1888-1936 (www.archivodigitalvalleinclan.es). Esto es, el resultado final de un proyecto, inscrito en el panorama de los proyectos digitales de la literatura española de la Edad de Plata, que ofrece un modelo de archivo de autor, concebido no solo como biblioteca digital sino como un potente recurso de investigación. En estas páginas se exponen las características definitorias, acceso, diseño gráfico y estructura de la interfaz web de esta innovadora plataforma digital, así como casos prácticos de consulta e investigación. Este espacio cibernético, consagrado a la obra y figura de Ramón del Valle-Inclán, ofrece en acceso abierto y gratuito el fondo bibliográfico, documental, gráfico e iconográfico del escritor (4.500 documentos / 80.000 imágenes), aportado por el GIVIUS. Su recepción ha sido excelente a tenor de las 50.000 visitas registradas en seis meses. Premio HDH2018 a la mejor herramienta digital.Abstract: This paper presents the website of Archivo Digital Valle-Inclán/ 1888-1936 (www.archivodigitalvalleinclan.es). This is the final result of a project, within the framework of digital projects on The Silver Age of Spanish literature, which offers an author archive model, conceived not only as a digital library, but also as a powerful research tool. Main features, access, graphic design and web interface of this innovative digital platform are presented on these pages, as well as some case studies of hypothetical query and research. This website is devoted to the life and work of Ramón del Valle-Inclán, and it offers an open and free access to bibliographical, documentary, graphical and iconographic files, provided by the GIVIUS (4.500 documents / 80.000 images). Its reception has been excellent according to the 50.000 visits recorded in six months. HDH Best Digital Tool Award 2018.

Resumen: Este monográfico reflexiona sobre la necesidad de reconstruir la historiografía de la literatura española de la Edad de Plata con métodos y técnicas digitales y específicamente las relacionadas con el almacenamiento de datos mediante archivos, repositorios y bibliotecas digitales. A partir de la digitalización masiva de contenidos y su catalogación mediante metadatos estandarizados, surgen nuevos espacios de organización de la memoria histórica para docentes e investigadores. Los trabajos que componen este monográfico asumen dos retos fundamentales: 1) la recopilación y catalogación de recursos, 2) su estructuración mediante metadatos y ediciones digitales que interpretan el legado con novedosas aproximaciones teóricas.Abstract: This monograph reflects on the need to reconstruct the historiography of Spanish literature of the Silver Age through digital methods and techniques and specifically those related to data storage through archives, repositories and digital libraries. From the massive digitalization of content and its cataloging by means of standardized metadata, new challenges of organizing historical memory for teachers and researchers are opened. The works that make up this monograph assume two fundamental challenges: 1) the collection and cataloging of resources, 2) the modelling through metadata and digital editions that interpret the legacy with new theoretical approaches.

A pesar de la bibliografía de los últimos años sobre la escena del primer tercio del siglo XX, el teatro de Azorín, Baroja y los Machado permanece en una situación algo ambigua, en contraste con el resto de sus respectivas obras. En este trabajo pretendo una descripción de estas obras dentro del contexto de la Edad de Plata de la Literatura Española. In spite of the bibliographical increase during last years, the theatrical work carried out by Azorín, Baroja and Manuel and Antonio Machado remains in an ambiguous situation, in consrast to their other literary works. In this article we´ll try to describe theses works immersed in the context of the Silver Age of the Spanish literature.

Abstract The objective of this study is to answer the question: Do the central nodes of a social network of characters correspond with the protagonists of a theater play? To answer this question we evaluate different measures of centrality along with other textual quantitative values in relation to other manually annotated metadata on a corpus of twenty five dramatic plays of the Spanish theatre of the Silver Age (1868-1936). The found results show that centrality correlates moderately with importance, but the correlation with the textual quantitative values is stronger.

En este artículo se reconsideran y se desmienten algunas de las afirmaciones más consolidadas en la historia literaria actual sobre la Generación del 27: la celebración en diciembre de ese año en Sevilla de un homenaje a Luis de Góngora, con patrocinio del torero Ignacio Sánchez Mejías, que cerraría los actos de reivindicación del poeta barroco; la restricción de la generación a la poesía, como hecho distintivo de los nuevos escritores según Dámaso Alonso, y la amistad como factor aglutinante del grupo. Se aportan aquí numerosos argumentos documentales que permiten desmontar estas consideraciones como construcciones críticas infundadas y restaurar, así, la realidad histórica de ese riquísimo fenómeno que fue clave en la llamada Edad de Plata de la cultura española.ABSTRACTThis article re-examines and questions some of the assertions that are most established in current literary history regarding the Generation of 1927: the celebrations in December that year in Seville in honour of Luis de Góngora, sponsored by bull-fighter Ignacio Sánchez Mejías, presumably as an end to a series of events vindicating the Baroque poet;the narrowing of the generation to poetry, as a defining characteristic of the new writers according to Dámaso Alonso, and friendship as the unifying force in the group. Extensive documentary evidence is offered here to undermine these claims as unfounded critical constructions,aiming to restore accuracy in the actual history of this rich phenomenon that was key in the so-called Silver Age of the Spanish culture.

This article reports the initial findings of a Danish action research project aiming to develop a digital tool that young persons could use to inform their municipal case workers about their wellbeing. The project vision was an integrated system with a smartphone interface for young persons, and a web interface for case workers, whereby both parties could track how the young persons were doing. Three meetings were held between researchers, software developers, young persons and their case workers. The young persons rejected self-monitoring on a normative scale. They rejected a scale proposed by case workers that encouraged them to focus on a positive future, favoring a scale which enabled them to focus on their wellbeing being low. The young persons and case workers disagreed about how data regarding change should be presented. Case workers preferred a graph that highlighted risk, where young persons favored a graph that emphasized positive change.

Por su importancia en la generación de recursos educativos abiertos, el presente trabajo expone el caso del proyecto OpenCourseWare, iniciativa por la que las universidades dan acceso abierto a los contenidos de sus asignaturas. Un OpenCourseWare es una publicación digital gratuita y abierta de materiales educativos de alta calidad organizados en cursos o asignaturas, a los que se le da acceso abierto para su uso y reutilización según una licencia Creative Commons.A pesar de que muchísimas instituciones de Educación Superior han apostado por el proyecto OpenCourseWare para promover generación y transmisión del conocimiento, sin embargo es un movimiento aún desconocido para los estudiantes como en este estudio hemos podido comprobar.Open educational resources and use of internet in higher education: OpenCourseWare projectAbstractThis paper analyzes the concept of open educational resources and describes the OpenCourseWare project which aims at providing free access to the contents of higher education courseware. OpenCourseWare is a free and open digital source of high quality educational materials, organized as courses. It is available for use and adaptation under an open license, such as Creative Commons license, and it does not typically provide certification or access to university.Although a number of universities have created OCW projects for the generation and transmission of knowledge, the idea is still unknown to students.

Resumen: Impulsada por los grupos de investigación LOEP e ILSA de la Universidad Complutense de Madrid, la Biblioteca Digital Mnemosine selecciona, cataloga y hace visibles en formato digital textos pertenecientes a un repertorio olvidado de la literatura española entre los años 1868 y 1936, permitiendo así la necesaria revisión historiográfica de este periodo. Junto al acceso a libros digitalizados y a la consulta de su base de datos, Mnemosine representa un campo de experimentación para el modelado de datos de colecciones literarias específicas y la creación de redes semánticas interoperables, generando investigación e innovación de calidad y nuevos modelos teóricos de interpretación de textos literarios.Abstract: Powered by two research teams affiliated with the Complutense University of Madrid, LOEP and ILSA, Mnemosyne Digital Library selects, catalogs and makes visible in digital format texts belonging to a forgotten repertoire of Spanish literature between 1868 and 1936, thus allowing the necessary historical reevaluation of this period. Together with access to digitized books and the consultation of its database, Mnemosyne is an experimental field for modeling data from specific literary collections as well as the creation of interoperable semantic webs, generating quality research and innovation and new models for the literary study.

Resumen: En este artículo se presenta el Corpus de novelas de la Edad de Plata, una colección de 358 novelas publicadas por autores españoles entre 1880 y 1939. La selección de textos sigue criterios fijados por manuales de literatura. Los textos han sido codificados en XML-TEI, formato que también recoge los metadatos revisados de manera manual y las anotaciones lingüísticas realizadas por herramientas automáticas. El conjunto de datos permite realizar descripciones estadísticas, evaluar hipótesis propuestas por otros investigadores o explorar nuevas correlaciones. Finalmente, se darán descripciones semánticas de diferentes subgéneros de la novela.Abstract: In this paper the Corpus of Novels of the Spanish Silver Age is presented, a collection of 358 novels published by Spanish authors between 1880 and 1939. The selection of the texts follows criteria from the studies of literature. The texts have been encoded in XML-TEI. In this format are also saved the manually curated metadata and the linguistic annotations by automatic tools. The data set allows calculating statistical descriptions of the novel, evaluate hypotheses by other researchers or explore new correlations. Finally, it will be presented semantic descriptions about several subgenres of the novel.
