PUC „Parking servis“ Novi Sad, which has parking spaces organization and exploitation as its narrower activity, in its structure has the Transportation Office whose main task is the removal of parking violators by the order of a competent authority. In this paper Transportation Service’s work organization, transport organization and potential upgrades in business conduct via modern information technologies, will, above all, be considered, as well as the roll of the Transportation Service  inside the system of PUC „Parking servis“, and it’s contribution to the Company, from a financial aspect. Described income and cost data are based on the  company’s data of business conduct in 2013. Three main measure suggestions will be considered, all based on advanced use of information technologies, implementation of  a dispatching unit, and suitable patrol unit - Vehicle of Observatory Purpose (VOP) - maximum, minimum, and real, type of advanced business management.

Despite the steady spread of non-cash payment technologies, especially now in the pandemic, cash remains the most common method of payment in all countries. The availability of cash in banking institutions, cash centers, ATMs, various self-service devices is provided by the units of collection and transportation of currency values. Collection of funds and transportation of currency values ​​is an integral part of the cash circulation of any banking system, which consists in the collection, delivery and movement of cash by vehicles, from enterprises, institutions, organizations of various forms of ownership to banking institutions and vice versa. The cost of conducting cash collection, supporting cash registers, branches, and loading ATMs constitues a significant part of all operating expenses of banks and collection companies. Due to the high level of risk of attacks on the teams of collectors, the main task is to maintain an appropriate level of security to protect life and health of collectors, which requires significant financial costs. Business owners find a way out in the introduction of new innovative banking products and information technologies. The article examines the processes of cash collection operations by classical and electronic methods as well as modern innovative technologies for cash collection, cash processing, and protection of valuables. The results of scientific research show that the reduction of operating costs for cash collection increases the level of security, and optimization of cash processing is possible only with the active implementation and use of modern information technology and automated software. The article proves the need to improve the mechanism of state regulatory policy in the market of cash collection services in Ukraine, in particular, to amend the regulatory legal acts of the regulator, which is represented by the National Bank of Ukraine, in terms of refining and detailing legal norms that establish and determine the procedure operations on cash collection in electronic form and periodicity of collection units employees training.

This article analyzes the role of modern information technologies in the professional training of translators. The article also describes the main stages of the training of translators. The main stages are the following: a professionally oriented stage; analytical stage; synthesizing stage; correction stage. In addition, the text emphasizes the role of the usage of modern information technologies at each stage, as well as describes ways to use it. The main task of the first stage is the formation of motivating goals. The second stage is aimed at creating an understanding of the translation specifics. The third stage involves the process of translation using electronic dictionaries, translators and Internet resources. The last step in the work of an interpreter is to correct the translated text using available technological resources. The article also considers the main types of modern information and communication technologies used in the teaching of foreign languages and the possibility of their usage in the teaching of economic discourse translation: Wiki-technology (the technology of building), blog (service that allows you to keep a personal diary), broadcasting (original audio or video recordings of lectures), linguistic corpus (a system of texts in electronic form), as well as their didactic potential.

The article considers the feasibility of integrating artificial intelligence technologies into school education and identifies a problem in identifying didactic elements in the field of artificial intelligence, which must be mastered in a school informatics course. The purpose of the article is to propose variant of the content of teaching the elements of artificial intelligence for the general education of schoolchildren as part of the curricular and extracurricular activities in informatics. An analysis of the psychological, pedagogical and scientific-methodical literature in the field of artificial intelligence made it possible to identify the appropriateness of teaching schoolchildren the elements of artificial intelligence in the framework of a comprehensive informatics course, as the theoretical foundations of modern information technologies. Summarizing and systematizing the learning experience of schoolchildren in the field of artificial intelligence made it possible to form variant of the content of teaching the elements of artificial intelligence, which can be implemented in a compulsory informatics course for 9th grade, as well as in elective classes. The results of the study are the theoretical basis for the further development of the components of the methodological system of teaching the elements of artificial intelligence in a school informatics course. The research materials may be useful to specialists in the field of teaching informatics and to informatics teachers.

The article considers some psychological, pedagogical and technical aspects of the introduction of distance learning. It is emphasized that the main purpose of creating a system of distance education is to ensure free access to educational resources through the use of modern information technologies and social networks and to create conditions for citizens to exercise their rights to education. The main disadvantages of distance education are depersonalization, lack of proper motivation of participants in the educational process, loss of educational and socialization functions of education, hyperbolization of independent work, low level of control over the educational process.
