Kata kunci; evaluasi hasil pembajaran, elearning, ujian online dan ujian berbasis kertasSpreading the uneven quality education in Indonesia is a national educational problems to be solved. Implementation of quality education largely implemented in Java, in the case of Indonesian citizens spread all over Indonesia, from Sabang to Merauke. All citizens of the Indondesia want to receive a quality education that is easily accessible at reasonable costs. One solution that can be used to solve the problem is e-learning. However, many factors must be considered in the process of long-distance pembejaran known as elearning, one of which is the process of evaluating learning outcomes. This article discusses the process of evaluation of learning outcomes by studying literature several articles published between the years 2007 - 2015 with a focus on expert opinion to the statement "whether the test on line (computer-based) may replace the exam traditional (paper-based)" through the presentation of the pros and cons exam on line. From this study it was found that there are opportunities to replace paper-based exams to computer-based test with due regard to the technical elements such as security, ease of use and ability of computer users base. However, such reimbursement can not be applied to all conditions and the need to pay attention to the learning objectives that have been set. Therefore, further research is needed to develop a model to evaluate student achievement by combining the concept of competency-based assessment cubic online (Cubiks Online Asesessment) by combining multiple information security concepts.Keyword; evaluation of the results of learning, elearning, online exams and paper-based exams

The ability to evaluate learning is a basic skill that must be mastered by students as prospective teachers. Based on this, it is necessary a teaching materials that help students and lecturers during the lecture. Students can know and understand about learning evaluation. In addition, the existence of teaching materials can help students to improve students' skills in understanding the material. In order for students to learn independently and adapt to technology, e-learning is needed based on teaching materials where lecturers do not have to guide students one by one, but the students can also help each other with the help of internet. The research was conducted at Muhammadiyah University of Metro and the subject of the research was 6th semester students consisting of 2 classes. Class A as an experimental class whereas class B as control class. The development of e-learning-based teaching materials uses the main 4-D development model of Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate or adapted into 4-P model, defining, designing, developing, and deploying. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Teaching materials based on e-learning can support lecturing evaluation of learning in mathematics education program. This can be seen from the percentage of student response questionnaires of 80% that fulfill the criteria is quite valid; 2) Teaching materials based on e-learning can optimize student learning outcomes. It has been reported that as many as fifty percent of adults, including first-year University students, have some sort of computer-related phobia. This report demonstrates that the use of computers still has some unpleasant side effects despite the Internet boom in the past decade. Past research shows that computer anxiety influences how users perceive ease of use of an information system. However, few have investigated the role of computer self-efficacy in mediating computer anxieties on perceived ease of use. Therefore, in this study we base our contribution on the variables of computer self-efficacy and computer anxieties. These two variables are believed to impact an individual’s use of computers and performance for computer-based tasks. Anxiety has been argued to impact computer-based learning by affecting levels of self-efficacy anchored in social learning and outcome expectation theories. Self-efficacy is determined by levels of anxiety such that reduced anxiety and increased experience improves performance indirectly by increasing levels of self-efficacy. In this study, we investigate the influence of computer anxiety on perceived ease of use and the mediating effect of computer self-efficacy on this relationship, within an e-learning context. A survey methodology approach was used in this study using 18 items for 3 constructs (perceived ease of use, anxiety, and self-efficacy). Survey data from 645 university students were analyzed. The psychometric properties of the items and constructs were validated followed by the assessment of mediation of computer self efficacy. Results from the use of a learning management system indicate that computer self-efficacy plays a significant role in mediating the impact of anxiety on perceived ease of use. This role is observed by computer selfefficacy (1) reducing the strength and significance of the impact of anxiety on perceived ease of use and (2) having a strong and significant relationship with computer anxiety. The findings demonstrate the importance of self-efficacy as a mediator between computer anxiety and perceived ease of use of a learning management system (LMS). With the continuous development of richer and more integrated interfaces, anxieties about learning to use the new interface and executing tasks effectively becomes of primary importance. Limitations and suggestions for future research are elaborated.

Background: E-learning is playing an increasing role in medical education, supporting a problem-based and practical oriented education without putting patients at risk and compensating for the decrease in instructor-centered teaching. Not much research has been done concerning learning effects and reaction on behalf of the students. Methods: We created computer-based cases for four important diagnoses in urology using the authoring system CASUS®. Fourth-year medical school students were randomized into two groups: (1) the CASUS® group, using the online cases for preparation, and (2) the book group, using a textbook. A multiple-choice test referring to the prepared topic had to be completed at the beginning of each lecture and the results were analyzed. Evaluation of the students concerning the acceptance of the program was done at the end of the semester. Results: Members of the CASUS® group scored significantly higher with an average of 20% better test results than students using textbooks for preparation. Evaluation regarding the program showed a highly positive rating. Limitations include the small study population and the possibly biased test performance of the students. Conclusion: Computerized patient cases facilitate practice-oriented teaching and result in an interesting and engaging learning model with improved learning outcomes.

The development procedure uses the ADDIE model consists of five stages: (1) analysis, (2) design, (3), development, (4) implementation, and (5) evaluation. The results showed that the teaching materials developed have met the aspects of validity, practicality, and effectiveness. The results of the validity test shows that e-learning as a blended learning is at a very good category based on test experts. E-learning also has fulfilled the practical aspect seen from the participants's response related to ease of use and interface attractiveness. The t-test results show that there is a significant difference between the mean score of learning outcomes before and after using e-learning as blended learning. Where the posttest average value is greater than the average value of pretest and has met the minimum predefined criteria that have been set. Based on this, e-learning as a blended learning is considered effective in improving learning outcomes.
