Tujuan program pengabdian (PPM) ini adalah untuk meningkatkan penguasaan penggunaan aplikasi computer “CMI-SIPSMA” guru IPA di Sleman, Yogyakarta dalam bidang penilaian hasil belajar. Kegiatan pelatihan ini diperuntuk bagi guru-guru IPA di Sleman, Yogyakarta. Pelaksanaan kegiatan ini direncanakan di salah satu SMP di Sleman Yogyakarta yang dikolaborasikan dengan kegiatan MGMP atau pertemuan guru IPA secara rutin, sehingga memudahkan akses bagi semua guru yang akan mengikuti pelatihan ini. Pelaksanaan PPM pada hari Sabtu, 9 September 2017, di Laboratorium Komputer Jurusan Pendidikan IPA FMIPA UNY, mulai pukul 07.00 – 11.30. Kegiatan PPM dilaksanakan dengan cara tutorial (Tatap Muka), workshop, penugasan terstruktur, dan konsultasi via on-line. Hasil kegiatan PPM ini yaitu guru memiliki pemahaman dasar tentang problem dan solusi dalam implementasi penilaian berdasarkan K-13 dan memiliki kemampuan menggunakan aplikasi yang ada di CMI SIPSMA untuk analisis butir soal untuk menghasilkan butir soal yang berkualitas. Kata kunci: CMI-SIPSMA, Penilaian, Guru IPA.Workshop Use of Computer-Based Applications "CMI-SIPSMA Information System of School Assessment" For Science Teachers of SMP in Sleman, YogyakartaAbstract           The purpose of this program of dedication (PPM) is to increase the mastery of the use of computer application "CMI-SIPSMA" science teachers in Sleman, Yogyakarta in the field of assessment of learning outcomes. This training activity is intended for science teachers in Sleman, Yogyakarta. Implementation of this activity is planned in one of Junior High School in Sleman Yogyakarta which is collaborated with MGMP activity or IPA meeting regularly, making it easier for all teachers who will attend this training. Implementation of PPM on Saturday, September 9, 2017, at the Laboratory Computer Science Department IPA FMIPA UNY, starting at 07:00 to 11:30. PPM activities are conducted by way of tutorial (Tatap Muka), workshop, structured assignment, and consultation via on-line. The result of this PPM activity is that teachers have a basic understanding of the problems and solutions in the implementation of the assessment based on K-13 and have the ability to use existing applications in CMI SIPSMA for item analysis to produce quality items. Keywords: CMI-SIPSMA, Assessment, Science Teacher.

Equivalent education package B based on the 2013 curriculum is a non-school education program that is equivalent to formal junior high school education. The delivery of education is carried out by following the curriculum that should be the 2013 curriculum and is expected to answer solutions for people who drop out of school or who need education. This study aims to find out how Equivalent Education Learning Package B based on 2013 Curriculum and what factors influence the learning process. This research was conducted at the Samarinda City Learning Activity Center specifically the Package B program. Data collection in this study using interview, observation, and documentation techniques. The results of the study showed that the implementation of equality education package B based on the 2013 curriculum in Samarinda City SKB consisted of three stages, namely planning, implementation, and assessment of learning and factors influencing the learning outcomes of citizens learning package B. by developing learning tools that will be used for learning, that is, compiling lesson plans and syllabi that are adapted to the equality education module package B curriculum 2013 and recruiting citizens to learn by open and individual socialization.

This study aims to produce (1) an instrument of assessment of learning outcomes for entrepreneurship-based science and (2) a questionnaire of student entrepreneurial interest. This study is a research and development (RD) with reference to the modified Borg Gall. The research period was from August 2019 to November 2019 at SMP Negeri 3 Pemalang involving a total of 307 students. The content validation index by experts with V'Aiken for the test instrument for learning outcomes based on entrepreneurship and student questionnaire interest in entrepreneurship are 0.91 and 0.87, respectively. The results show that at the trial stage based on the MNSQ mean INFIT of 1.00 criteria and the standard deviation of 0.00, it is evident that both the tests and questionnaires are both fit with the PCM 1 PL model. Based on the lowest and highest thresholds of INFIT MNSQ, i.e.: 0.77 to 1.30, the instrument of the science-based learning entrepreneurship and questionnaire interest in student entrepreneurship produce 16 and 8 valid items with reliabilities of 0.89 and 0.85, respectively. So it can be concluded that the developed instrument has a high validity and reliability index, so it is ready to be used by science teachers of SMP or MTs for assessment.

This study aimed to examine the implementation of the School Literacy Movement (SLM) by observing its impacts toward the scientific literacy, characters, and HOTS of Grade VII Junior High School (JHS) students in Pekanbaru within the context of K-13. The survey was conducted with 45 natural science teachers on the basis that they have integrated K-13 into their teaching and learning. The data of SLM implementation was obtained from the teacher by means of questionnaires and observation which was conducted in science classes in three JHS in pollution and global warming topics. The results showed that 49.13% of activities were successfully implemented by SLM. The results showed that students’ scientific literacy in the three schools were 69.5%, 76.3%, and 75.2%. Meanwhile, the character values have reached 80.6%, 76.4%, 72.9%, and students’ HOTS values were 73.0%, 72.5%, and 73.3%. Based on the survey, it can be concluded that although the school has pioneered SLM, the strengthening of scientific literacy, characters, and HOTS has not been executed by all teachers who implement K-13 due to various obstacles need new policies to assess the execution of the SLM program by the local education department.

Penyebaran pendidikan berkualitas yang belum merata di Indonesia merupakan permasalahan pendidikan nasional yang harus diselesaikan. Pelaksanaan pendidikan berkualitas sebagian besar dilaksanakan di pulau Jawa, pada hal warga Negara Indonesia tersebar di seluruh wilayah Indonesia dari Sabang sampai Merauke. Semua warga Negara Indondesia tersebut ingin mendapatkan pendidikan berkualitas yang mudah diakses dengan biaya yang terjangkau. Salah satu solusi yang bisa digunakan untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan tersebut adalah e-learning. Namun demikian banyak faktor yang harus diperhatikan dalam proses pembejaran jarak jauh atau dikenal dengan elearning, salah satu diantaranya adalah proses evaluasi hasil pembelajaran. Artikel ini membahas tentang proses evaluasi hasil pembelajaran dengan melakukan studi literatur beberapa artikel yang dipublikasikan antara tahun 2007 – 2015 dengan memfokuskan pendapat para pakar terhadap pernyataan “apakah ujian on line (berbasis komputer) dapat menggantikan ujian tradisional (berbasis kertas)” melalui penyajian pro dan kontra ujian on line. Dari kajian ini ditemukan bahwa ada peluang untuk menggantikan ujian berbasis kertas dengan ujian berbasis komputer dengan memperhatikan unsur-unsur teknis seperti keamanan, kemudahan penggunaan dan kemampuan dasar pengguna komputer. Namun demikian, penggantian tersebut belum bisa diterapkan pada semua kondisi dan perlu memperhatikan tujuan pembelajaran yang telah ditetapkan. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan penelitian lebih lanjut dengan mengembangkan model evaluasi pencapaian kompetensi siswa dengan mengkombinasikan konsep penilaian berbasis kubik secara on line (Cubiks Online Asesessment) dengan mengkombinasi konsep keamanan informasi ganda.Kata kunci; evaluasi hasil pembajaran, elearning, ujian online dan ujian berbasis kertasSpreading the uneven quality education in Indonesia is a national educational problems to be solved. Implementation of quality education largely implemented in Java, in the case of Indonesian citizens spread all over Indonesia, from Sabang to Merauke. All citizens of the Indondesia want to receive a quality education that is easily accessible at reasonable costs. One solution that can be used to solve the problem is e-learning. However, many factors must be considered in the process of long-distance pembejaran known as elearning, one of which is the process of evaluating learning outcomes. This article discusses the process of evaluation of learning outcomes by studying literature several articles published between the years 2007 - 2015 with a focus on expert opinion to the statement "whether the test on line (computer-based) may replace the exam traditional (paper-based)" through the presentation of the pros and cons exam on line. From this study it was found that there are opportunities to replace paper-based exams to computer-based test with due regard to the technical elements such as security, ease of use and ability of computer users base. However, such reimbursement can not be applied to all conditions and the need to pay attention to the learning objectives that have been set. Therefore, further research is needed to develop a model to evaluate student achievement by combining the concept of competency-based assessment cubic online (Cubiks Online Asesessment) by combining multiple information security concepts.Keyword; evaluation of the results of learning, elearning, online exams and paper-based exams

This study aimed to determine (1) the readiness of teacher in applying ICT of science learning, (2) the level according to the application of ICT in the implementation of science learning, (3) the level of completeness of learners after applying ICT in science learning. This evaluation research use the Countenance Stake model that are Antencedent (input), Transaction (process), and Outcomes (output). Respondents involved in this study were Science teachers and students in Junior High School in Yogyakarta that consists of SMPN 5, SMPN 8, SMPN 15, and SMP Pangudi Luhur 1 Yogyakarta.Data collection techniques using purposive sampling using the instrument observation sheets, questionnaires teachers, questionnaires learners interview guidelines and checklist documents RPP. Data were analyzed using a quantitative approach to the t-score, anda qualitative approach descriptively.The results of this study are (1) the preparation of teachers in applying ICT is still not optimal. (2) the suitability of the use of ICT in the learning process quite well, it was shown that on average the suitability of the use of ICT 48,24% at a preliminary stage, 53,21% on core activities. 47,20% at the closing, and 36,74% in the assessment of the range of 56-68%, (3) learning Outcomes are still unsatisfactory ie 62,72% of the normal standard of 70%.

This research is based on the problems by science teachers, namely the daily test scores of students, more than 50% of students get scores below the minimum completeness criteria. The purpose of this study is (1) to reveal the presence or absence of differences in learning outcomes between students who are taught using a cooperative learning model type Group Investigation (GI) with students who are taught using conventional learning models, (2) reveal the presence or absence of scientific attitude differences, among students who are taught to use a cooperative learning model type of Group Investigation (GI) with students who are taught using conventional learning models. This research is an experimental study with the research Static Group Comparison Design. The subjects in this study were 8th grade students of the 11th Junior High School in Padang 2018/2019 in 64 students. The research instrument used was in the form of posttest for knowledge competencies, observation sheets for attitude and skills competencies.The hypothesis in this study was tested using the t ^ test. The results of the t-test are known that in the competency of knowledge t count 2.18> t table 2.04, the competency attitude t count 3.36> t table 2.04, while the competency skills t count 1.40 <t table. This shows that the hypothesis is accepted for knowledge and attitude competencies. So it can be concluded that the application of the Group Investigation learning model can improve student learning competencies in the material of Excretion Systems at Padang 11 Public Middle School with a confidence level of 0.975

Assessment of the learning process and assessment of learning outcomes are two very important things in education. Assessment of processes and results is a part that blends with the learning process activities. Assessment of learning processes and results is used as a reference to improve the overall learning process. One part of the assessment of learning outcomes is a test. Schools still use multiple choice tests as a measure to determine the success of students. However, schools in this case the teachers have not been able to determine the quality and feasibility of the questions that are used well. Moreover, not many teachers understand how to analyze items in a computerized manner. Supposedly, before a double question is used as a measure of a learning process, the thing to do is analyze the problem. So that it can be determined questions that have good quality, questions that must be corrected, and which questions should be discarded. The training activity analyzed the items with computerization for the teachers at Muhammadiyah Bangkinang Senior High School to run well and smoothly. This training provides knowledge and understanding of the importance of conducting item analysis at this time. Thus this activity is important, because the school in this case the teacher gets the knowledge and skills in analyzing question items through computarization, namely using the software Quest. So that in the future teachers will easily make improvements to the problems at school.

AbstrakKegiatan pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas penilaian peserta didik sehingga dapat menerapkan otentik asesmen sebagaimana di minta di Kurikulum 2013. Penilaian konvensional cenderung dilakukan untuk mengukur hasil belajar peserta didik. Dalam konteks ini, penilaian diposisikan seolah-olah sebagai kegiatan yang terpisah dari proses pembelajaran. Pemanfaatan penilaian bukan sekadar mengetahui pencapaian hasil belajar, justru yang lebih penting adalah bagaimana penilaian mampu meningkatkan kemampuan peserta didik dalam proses belajar.Penilaian seharusnya dilaksanakan melalui tiga pendekatan, yaitu assessment of learning (penilaian akhir pembelajaran), assessment for learning (penilaian untuk pembelajaran), dan assessment as learning (penilaian sebagai pembelajaran). Dengan kegiatan pelatihan ini diharapkan kompetensi guru dalam bidang penilaian dapat meningkat.Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan dalam rancangan workshop dan pendampingan mulai dari penjelasan tentang pemanfaatan Assessment of Learning, Assessment for Learning dan Assessment as Learning Pada Pembelajaran IPA SMP, melakukan validasi dan uji coba asessment di kelas pembelajaran, dan menerapkan asesmen tersebut dalam seluruh penbelajaran IPA di SMP. Evaluasi kegiatan dilaksanakan baik dari aspek proses (workshop dan pendampingan) maupun aspek produk (melakukan tes kemampuan guru menerapkan asesmen di kelas pembelajaran). With this training activity it is expected that teacher competency in the field of assessment can increase.These service activities are carried out in the design of workshops and mentoring starting from the explanation of the use of Assessment of Learning, Assessment for Learning and Assessment as Learning in Junior High School Science Learning, validating and testing assessments in learning classes, and implementing these assessments in all Natural Sciences learning in SMP . Evaluation of activities carried out both from the aspect of the process (workshops and mentoring) and product aspects (testing the ability of teachers to apply assessments in learning classes). Abstract: This study aims to determine and evaluate the implementation of the 2013 curriculum specifically in aspects of the learning process and aspects of assessment of learning outcomes. This study is a qualitative descriptive study, with the population being SMA / SMK equivalent in Pringsewu Regency while the sample is 10 high school / SMK level schools in Pringsewu Regency selected from 9 different sub regency. In terms of the learning process aspect, achieving the highest percentage is the teacher's understanding of the subject matter in student textbooks, while the lowest percentage is the suitability of learning procedures with a scientific approach. In terms of the assessment of learning outcomes, the highest percentage achievement is the teacher's understanding of the concepts and applications of midterm tests, while the lowest percentage is the teacher's understanding of portfolio-based assessment concepts and applications. The results of the overall analysis show that, in terms of the learning process aspects and assessment of learning outcomes, the implementation of K-13 at the SMA/SMK/MA level in Pringsewu Regency was in a good category although there were still a few things that needed to be improved.Evaluasi implementasi kurikulum 2013  ditinjau dari aspek proses pembelajaran dan penilaian hasil belajar (studi kasus: SMA/SMK/MA Kabupaten Pringsewu)Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mengevaluasi implementasi kurikulum 2013 khususnya dalam aspek proses pembelajaran dan aspek penilaian hasil belajar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, dengan populasinya adalah SMA/SMK sederajat di kabupaten pringsewu lampung sedangkan sampelnya adalah 10 SMA/SMK sederajat di kabupaten Pringsewu Lampung yang dipilih dari 9 kecamatan yang berbeda. Ditinjau dari aspek proses pembelajaran, pencapaian persentase tertinggi adalah pemahaman guru tentang materi pelajaran yang ada di buku pelajaran siswa, sedangkan persentase terendah adalah kesesuaian prosedur pembelajaran dengan pendekatan saintifik. Ditinjau dari aspek penilaian hasil belajar, pencapaian persentase tertinggi adalah pemahaman guru tentang konsep dan aplikasi ulangan tengah semester, sedangkan persentase terendah adalah pemahaman guru tentang konsep dan aplikasi penilaian berbasis portofolio. Hasil analisis secara menyeluruh menunjukkan bahwa ditinjau dari aspek proses pembelajaran dan penilaian hasil belajar, implementasi K-13 di tingkat SMA/SMK/MA di kabupaten Pringsewu berada pada kategori baik meskipun masih ada beberapa hal yang perlu diperbaiki.

Learning outcomes assessment integrated with information technology is an investment conditioning an honesty to students and increasing the credibility of the National Examination’s results. On the other hand, there must be a harmony in the assessment of learning outcomes with computer-based tests from an early age on students in school education units. Therefore, teachers are required to have the knowledge and ability to compile computer-based tests, as part of the pedagogical competency standards of teachers. The main objective of this science and technology program is to improve the knowledge and skills of teachers as well as to provide maximum service for students in the evaluation of learning at SMP Negeri 1 Baula. This activity wass in the form of training in the preparation of multiple-choice questions and stuffing using the Wondershare Quiz Creator. The steps for this interactive question preparation training activity consisted of preliminary analysis, preparation, implementation and evaluation of the training. With this training, teachers at SMP Negeri 1 Baula had the basic knowledge and skills in making interactive questions using the wondershare quiz creator. This condition was known through the results of observing activities where participants have been able to make computer-based questions. In addition, using wondershare quiz creator as an evaluation tool in learning is good.
