Online learning has become a way to improve efficiency in the learning process without reducing the quality of learning itself. Colleges that run it hope that the program becomes an attraction for prospective students, especially those with limitation to follow the regular program. The goal of this research was to find out whether Binus Online Learning Program has any influence to the competitive advantage of Binus University. Data were compiled by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents consist of the students and lecturers on Binus Online Learning Program. This thesis is based on a quantitative methodology to gather and analyze the data to find out if they were any correlation between Online Learning Program and the competitive advantage of Binus University. It can be concluded that there are some positive and significant influences of Online Learning Program to the competitive advantage of Binus University. Therefore, promoting and developing Online Learning Program will increase the competitive advantage of Binus University, and cover the target market which regular programs do not.

In improving the quality of school education and learning in the future, it is necessary to change the mindset that will be used as the basis for implementing a learning program. What's more in the co-19 pandemic period that requires students to be able to study at home without interacting in class for a while. In the past the learning process was conventional, namely face-to-face in class. But even then, most teaching processes are still dominated by teachers. As a result, teaching and learning activities place more emphasis on teaching and not on learning. Learning activities favor the interests of those who teach. Efforts for learning to be focused on students, it is necessary to apply a cooperative learning model which is a form of change in mindset in learning activities at school. However, during this pandemic, the next challenge is how the cooperative process can take place in the online learning process. The absence of a physical meetup becomes an obstacle that can be minimized by the adaptation of the teacher in the distance learning process. In this case the teacher no longer dominates the learning activities, but rather becomes the facilitator and mediator of the process. The cooperative learning model is designed by giving opportunities to students together to build their own knowledge.

Pengabdian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh perlunya adaptasi dalam hal mengelola proses pembelajaran tatap muka ke pembelajaran online yang dilakukan oleh guru dan siswa guna tetap dapat mengikuti perkembangan zaman dan meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di kelas. Adapun kegiatan ini akan dilakukan melalui zoom meeting dengan menggunakan metode sosialisasi. Sasaran dalam kegiatan ini adalah guru-guru di lingkungan SMKN 1 Karawang. Luaran pengabdian akan dipublikasikan di jurnal buana pengabdian UBP Karawang. Kata Kunci : pengelolaan pembelajaran online, pandemic. Abstract This dedication is motivated by the need for adaptation in terms of managing the face-to-face learning process to online learning carried out by teachers and students in order to keep abreast of the times and improve the quality of learning in the classroom. This activity will be carried out through a zoom meeting using the socialization method. The targets in this activity are teachers in the SMKN 1 Karawang environment. This research is a descriptive study that aimed to describe the quality of learning mathematics teacher at SMK Technology Tri Tunggal "45" based on the Model EKOP Makassar. Model EKOP is one Evaluation Model Learning Program, which not only assess the results (outputs) of learning, but also assesses the learning process carried out by the teacher. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire given to teachers and students in mathematics teaching by the math teacher. The subjects were all teachers of mathematics in Technological Trinity "45". Analysis of the data used is the average of each component looks for good learning process and learning output, then compares to the quality standards that have been set. The results showed that (1) the quality of the learning process of mathematics teachers in the name of AMRN measured using Model EKOP is Good. (2) The quality of the learning process of mathematics teachers in the name JMT measured using Model EKOP is Good. (3) The output quality of learning mathematics teacher on behalf AMRN measured using Model EKOP is Good. (4) The output quality of learning mathematics teacher on behalf of JMT measured using Model EKOP is Moderate. (5) The quality of mathematics teacher learning program on behalf AMRN measured using Model EKOP are Good. (6) The quality of the learning program for mathematics teachers in the name JMT measured using Model EKOP is Moderate.

The selection and determination of appropriate learning strategies can improve the results to be obtained from the application of classroom learning models. This writing aims to discipline students to develop individual abilities of students to be more active in the learning process and improve the quality of learning. The learning process in Indonesia in general only uses conventional learning models that make students passive and undeveloped. In order for the quality of learning to increase, the Team Assisted Individualization learning model is combined with the task learning and forced strategies. The Team Assisted Individualization cooperative learning model is one of the cooperative learning models that combines learning individually and in groups. Meanwhile, task and forced learning strategies are strategies that focus on giving assignments that require students to complete them on time so that the learning process can run effectively. Students are required to do assignments according to the given deadline. This makes students become familiar with the tasks given by the teacher. Combining or modifying the learning model of the assisted individualization team with forced and forced learning strategies is expected to be able to make students more active, disciplined, independent, creative in learning and responsible for the tasks assigned. Therefore this method of incorporation is very necessary in the learning process and can be applied to improve the quality of learning in schools.

The article summarizes the arguments and counterarguments about the peculiarities of formation of competitive advantages on the services market in Ukraine on the example of consulting. Assessment of the development of consulting services market in Ukraine was conducted for ten years (2010; 2011; 2012; 2013; 2013; 2014; 2015; 2016; 2017; 2018; 2019, 2020). Methodology. The use of methods of analysis, synthesis and graphical representation allowed for a theoretical study of the formation of competitive advantages. The use of methods of economic, heuristic and strategic analysis became the basis for estimating the market of consulting services in Ukraine and working out practical recommendations for its development. Results. The author's understanding of the concept of "competitive advantages of the company", the factors of their formation and described the relationship of competitive strategies with the process of their formation. Analysis of the market of consulting services in Ukraine revealed its immaturity, exacerbated by the economic crisis, as well as the institutional vulnerability of consulting. The reasons of unstable demand for consulting services are described. According to the results of the expert assessment the Top 15 Ukrainian consulting companies (2020) out of 102 were determined. The leadership matrix of these companies is built depending on their role in the target market, taking into account the typology of competitive strategies of F. Kotler. The analysis showed the transformation of consulting in Ukraine under the influence of the COVID-19 pandemic and the broad interest in digital and HR consulting. Practical recommendations for the development of the market of consulting services in Ukraine are presented. Practical implications. It is proposed to include the following factors in the formation of the competitive advantages of the consulting company: the quality of services, competence of consultants and productivity of the company. The main competitive advantage is the competence of consultants, the level of which affects the quality of services, the results of the company and its customers. To strengthen the competitive advantage it is recommended to use the standard of consulting services in the activities of Ukrainian companies. Value/originality. The results of the study can be useful for any consulting company wishing to improve its competitiveness and expand the market for its services.

Abstrak Bahasa IndonesiaPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring terhadap pengajar dan kualitas pembelajaran. Metode penelitian ini adalah survei dengan instrument angket likert. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa tingkat keefektifan pembelajaran daring dimasa pandemi Covid-19 adalah 39,6%, artinya berada pada ketegori rendah. Beberapa kendala yang ditemukan dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring di masa pendemi Covid-19 adalah: pengajar kesulitan membangun komunikasi dua arah dengan siswa, terjadi miss komunikasi baik antara siswa dengan pengajar, maupun wali siswa dengan pengajar, perangkat pendukung pembelajaran daring kurang memadai, koneksi internet kurang baik, dan motivasi belajar siswa dalam mengikuti pembelajaran menurun.Abstract in englishThis study aims to determine the impact of the implementation of online learning on teachers and the quality of learning. This research method is a survey with a Likert questionnaire instrument. The results of this study indicate that the level of effectiveness of online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic was 39.6%, which is in the low category. Some of the obstacles found in the implementation of online learning during the Covid-19 epidemic were: teachers had difficulty building two-way communication with students, there was a miss of communication between students and teachers, as well as student guardians and teachers, inadequate online learning support devices, insufficient internet connection good, and students' motivation to participate in learning decreased.

In the teaching and learning process, teachers are required to be able to carry out their role to the fullest as a motivator and initiator in an effort to maintain and at the same time increase the enthusiasm of students to learn. Especially in the Covid-19 pandemic situation which requires educational institutions to carry out online learning. This study aims to discuss the teacher's role as a motivator and the teacher's role as an initiator in improving the quality of student learning in online learning at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Ma'arif Condro Jember. This research uses qualitative research methods and the type of research is a case study. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. The validity of the data using source triangulation and technical triangulation. Meanwhile, data analysis uses data condensation, data presentation and verification/conclusion. The results of this study indicate: 1) The teacher's role as a motivator in improving the quality of learning in online learning, namely: providing opportunities for students to play an active role in learning, providing reinforcement, praise or verbal appreciation, teachers listening to students' concerns and wishes to bond. good relationship between teachers and students. 2) The role of the teacher as an initiator in improving the quality of learning in online learning, namely: utilizing information and communication technology such as Whatsapp, Facebook, Google Meet and Google Form. Keywords: Teacher Role; Quality of Learning; Online Learning Dalam proses belajar mengajar, guru dituntut untuk mampu melaksanakan perannya secara maksimal menjadi motivator dan inisiator dalam upaya menjaga dan sekaligus meningkatkan semangat belajar peserta didik. Terlebih dalam situasi pandemi Covid-19 yang menuntut lembaga pendidikan untuk melaksanakan pembelajaran secara Daring. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membahas tentang peran guru sebagai motivator dan peran guru sebagai inisiator dalam meningkatan kualitas belajar peserta didik pada pembelajaran daring di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Ma’arif Condro Jember. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dan jenis penelitiannya adalah studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi teknik. Sedangkan analisis data menggunakan kondensasi data, penyajian data dan verifikasi/kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan: 1) Peran guru sebagai motivator dalam meningkatkan kualitas belajar pada pembelajaran daring yaitu: memberikan kesempatan kepada peserta didik untuk berperan aktif dalam pembelajaran, memberikan penguatan, pujian atau apresiasi secara verbal, guru mendengarkan keresahan dan keinginan peserta didik agar terjalin ikatan yang baik antara guru dan peserta didik. 2) Peran guru sebagai inisiator dalam meningkatkan kualitas belajar pada pembelajaran daring yaitu: memanfaatkan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi seperti Whatsapp, Facebook, Google Meet dan Google Form. Textbook is one of learning components that plays an important role in determining the success of learning. Textbook as a media and one of main resources in the learning process has a strategic role to be developed to improve the quality of learning and cultivate religiosity of the students. The cultivation of religious characters will be effective, efficient, and interesting if the available textbooks are combined with the Islamic education and characters contents. Those contents will create religious atmosphere and familiarize the students in practising their religiosity in everyday life. In this way, the competency of Islamic education and characters are combined with the competency of other subjects that are packaged in a learning experience. Thus the Islamic values will be formed in students characters.

The importance of Learning Media is used by ATKP Medan to continuously improve the quality of learning. The problem that is often encountered in avionic learning is the limited resources available because to access avionic learning the cadets must access from the CBT LAB and cannot be from elsewhere. This is because Avionic software is only installed inside the lab and cannot be learned from outside the lab. The purpose of this research is to improve the digital avionic-Radio Theory II learning process which is packaged in multimedia animation to make it easier for cadets to learn avionic Radio Theory II without having to access it in the laboratory. The method used in this research is to use the MDLC Multimedia Development Life Cycle method, namely the Concept concept, design, material collection, assembly, testing, distribution, distribution, The resulting output is an animated video product and publication to the ISSN journal
