The problems of energy usage wastage, conservation and optimization has always been there. Most significantly in third world countries with a high level of improper energy resource management. The world has become a global village and tending toward the transformational use of technology assets and materials to optimize the usage of renewable energy; in this case the Internet of things. Renewable Energy are actually energy source that are continually replenished naturally by nature. The internet of things are interconnected system through which hardware system device are given instruction for instance to reduce energy wastage; the potential for further reduction of fossil fuel usage and wasted energy is become cosmic. Optimization here is the appropriate management of the energy generated by energy sources through use of internet of things. The modern technology such as the internet of things is to help harness and improve in management by switching between renewable energy sources alongside the enhancement in making effective energy source at given time and energy consuming device.

In recent days the need for energy resources is dramatically increasing world-wide. Overall 80% of the energy resource is supplied in the form of fuel based energy source and nuclear based energy source. Where fuel based energy resources are very essential in day-to-day life. Fossil fuel is also one among the energy resource and due to the high demand we face shortage in these resources. Providing electricity in rural areas is still a difficult process because of the shortage of energy resources. This issue can be rectified by choosing an alternate to electricity. To achieve this we have integrated many renewable energy sources to form a hybrid-renewable energy source system and this is capable of providing power supply to these areas. We have adopted artificial neural networks (ANN) technique based on machine learning to accomplish this process. For short-term prediction other techniques such as MLP, CNN, RNN and LSTM are used. These values are used as reference value in final execution.

In this study we aimed to determine the extent to which changes in the share of renewable energy sources, their structural complex, and the level of energy security in Eastern Europe, Caucasus and Central Asia (EECCA) countries in the medium- and long-term are interconnected. The study was performed through modeling and determination of the structural characteristics of energy security in the countries. The methodology of the approach to modeling was based on solving the problem of nonlinear optimization by selecting a certain scenario. For the study, the data of EECCA countries were used. The ability of EECCA countries to benefit from long-term indirect and induced advantages of the transformation period depends on the extent to which their domestic supply chains facilitate the deployment of energy transformation and induced economic activity. This study provides an opportunity to assess the degree of influence of renewable energy sources on the level of energy security of countries in the context of energy resource diversification. The high degree of influence of renewable energy sources on energy security in the EECCA countries has been proven in the implementation of the developed scenarios for its increase. Energy security is growing. At the same time, its level depends not only on an increase in the share of renewable sources but also on the structure of energy resources complex of countries, and the development of various renewable energy sources. Therefore, today the EECCA countries are forced not only to increase the share of renewable energy sources but also to attach strategic importance to the structural content of their energy complex.

An analysis of Ukraine’s sustainable development targets, in particular in the field of energy, resource management and environmental protection, are presented. It is shown that regional energetic is a determining factor for achieving the aims of sustainable development. Changes in the natural environment in Ukraine due to external (global) and internal (local) factors that are intertwined and overlapped can cause threats to socio-economic development. It is proved that in the areas of mining and industrial activity a multiple increase in emissions of pollutants into the environment are observed. The comparison confirmed the overall compliance of the structure of consumption of primary energy resources (solid fossil fuels, natural gas, nuclear fuel, oil and petroleum products, renewable energy sources) in Ukraine and in the European Union, shows a steaby trend to reduce the share of solid fuels and natural gas and increasing the shares of energy from renewable sources. For example, in Ukraine the shares in the production and cost of electricity in 2018 was: the nuclear power plants – 54.33 % and in the cost – 26.60 %, the thermal power – 35.95 and 59.52 %, the renewable energy sources – 9.6 and 13.88 %. The energy component must be given priority, as it is crucial for achieving of all other goals of sustainable development and harmonization of socio-economic progress. The paper systematizes the indicators of regional energy efficiency and proposes a dynamic model for the transition to sustainable energy development of the region.

In this article, indicators of energy consumption in agriculture for Russian Federation are discussed, starting from the year 1990, and their forecast values for the period up to 2030 with the analysis of the decay in the period from 1991 to 2010 and gradual growth of energy resources consumption started in 2010 and continued to the present day has been analyzed. The outlines of the strategy of rural energy base development and optimization have been considered. Demand, development, and implementation conditions of decentralized energy supply systems have been substantiated, and their features, composition, and application field have been specified. It has been shown that the major energy resource of standalone energy systems is local and renewable energy sources and of agricultural production wastes. Methods and technologies for the conversion of renewable energy sources (RES), biomass, and waste of agricultural production into heat and power have been characterized.

The debate about circular economy (CE) is increasingly present in the strategic agenda of organisations around the world, being driven by government agencies and general population pressures, or by organisations’ own vision for a sustainable future. This is due in part to the increasing possibility of turning original theoretical CE proposals into real economically viable initiatives, now possible with modern technology applications such as big data and the internet of things (IoT). Information technology (IT) professionals have been called upon to incorporate technology projects into their strategic plans to support their organisations’ transition to CE, but a structured framework with the necessary IT capabilities still lacks. This study focuses on taking the first step towards this path, by extending the technology attributes present on the existing Ellen MacArthur Foundation (EMF) Regenerate, Share, Optimise, Loop, Virtualise and Exchange (ReSOLVE) framework. The research was conducted based on an extensive literature review through 226 articles retrieved from Scopus® and Web of ScienceTM databases, which were triangulated, validated and complemented with content analysis using the ‘R’ statistical tool, grey literature research and inputs from specialists. Part I describes the introduction and methods used in this study.

AbstractThe article presents the most frequently chosen heating systems for single-family houses and utility water heating by investors. The most popular installations based on conventional fuels using renewable energy sources were compared. A technical and cost analysis of the adopted cases was carried out. Finally, the most important conclusions resulting from the analys is were given. The article is mainly intended to encourage the reader - the investor to be to choose pro-ecological solutions based on modern technology that guarantees comfortable use and limited environmental pollution. The authors wanted to achieve the intended goal by presenting available heating systems and performing an in-depth analysis, after which the obtained results would be similar to the real situation.

Our planet gives us many mineral sources, but they have a big disadvantage. They are finite. Non-renewable energy sources are enough only for decades, exceptionally for centuries. Current generation is aware of the importance of using other energy sources, such as sunlight, wind, rain, tides, waves and geothermal heat. These energy sources are renewable. It means that they come from sources, which are naturally replenished on a human timescale. One of these sources is wind energy. Use of this kind of energy source needs an initial investment, but it can reduce cost of running a household and other sectors. This article is about Savonius wind turbine and its use for the needs of public lighting.

The major objective of this paper is to optimize the relationship insurance energy source - high thermal insulation of the building envelope analyzed in order to minimize the financial effort incurred by the beneficiary. In this respect, the paper proposes a methodology for analyzing the financial perspective of the relation envelope - equipment that capitalizes renewable energy sources, built on a newer concept - optimal cost.
