This research focuses on the role of health workers in carrying out health services for WBP in Detention Centers. The research method used is a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used are field research by conducting interviews and observations as well as literature studies. Based on the results of research conducted it is known that the role of health workers in detention centers is in accordance with their main duties and functions. Detention centers have a Polyclinic as a place for the implementation of health services in detention centers. In addition in the implementation of health services, there is an MoU between the detention center and the Government. In this case the provision of free health services with a National Identity Card (KTP) at a government-owned health agency. In addition, the detention center supports the implementation of the National Health Insurance for Penitentiary Guides in the Detention Center. But in the implementation of health services, the role of health workers does not run optimally because health workers in detention centers are only nurses' medical backgrounds, besides the lack of supporting infrastructure. After analyzing various facts, several alternative solutions were found to be done by: increasing the number of human resources for medical doctors in detention centers. Each disease experienced by WBP can be directly dealt with in detention centers and the addition of infrastructure facilities so that the role of health workers in the implementation of health services in Detention center can run optimally.

Doctors and Health care in providing health services to the community is always required in order to provide the best service. So with the Hospital. However, the health services provided may result in two different possibilities of the patient being cured or even worsening the disease until death. If the patient recovers it will flow millions of praise and abundant various forms of appreciation that he receives but if that happens is the opposite then in certain conditions where the patient feels aggrieved can culminate until the lawsuit to court. In medical practice, doctors do not work alone but are also often assisted by other health workers. Likewise Hospital as a corporation employs doctors and health workers to provide health services to the community. If in the event of any medical treatment from medical personnel to medical personnel and/or Hospital to the physician and at risk of mistake or negligence in the health service, then the loss suffered by the patient may result in risks (risico aanspraklijkheid) based on Article 1367 paragraph (3) BW. In the context of health law regulated in Article 65 of Law Number 36 Year 2014 on Health Personnel, and Article 35 Paragraph 6 of Law Number 38 Year 2014 on Nursing and Article 23 Paragraph (3) point c Regulation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia No. 2052 / Menkes / Per / X / 2011 About Practice License and Implementation of Medical Practice as well as Article 46 Act Number 44 of 2009 About Hospital that is Hospital is legally responsible for all the losses caused by negligence made by health personnel in the Hospital. Abstract Introduction The aim of the survey was to assess the differences in disclosure by the type of violence to better plan the role of health services in identifying and disclosing violence. Methods A validated, anonymous screening questionnaire (NorAQ) for the identification of female victims of violence was offered to all postpartum women at a single maternity unit over a three-month period in 2014. Response rate was 80% (1018 respondents). Chi square test was used for statistical analysis (p<0.05 significant). Results There are differences in disclosure by type of violence. Nearly half (41.5%) of violence by health care services was not reported, compared to 33.7% physical, 23.4% psychological, and 32.5% sexual that was reported. The percentage of violence in intimate partnership reported to health care staff is low (9.3% to 20.8%), but almost half of the violence experienced by heath care services (44%) is reported. Intimate partnership violence is more often reported to the physician than to the psychologist or social worker. Violence in health care service is reported also to nurses. Conclusions Disclosure enables various institutions to start with the procedures aimed at protecting victims against violence. Health workers should continuously encourage women to speak about violence rather than asking about it only once. It is also important that such inquiries are made on different levels of health care system and by different health care professions, since there are differences to whom women are willing to disclose violence.

Limited knowledge and ability in prevention needs to be improved by providing counseling and training to housewives. Actions taken by implementing efforts to maintain family health through increasing knowledge and knowing prevention measures for transmission to children. Minimizing the spread of disease requires continuous action, this requires the role of housewives as executors of health care for family members. Increasing the knowledge and skills of housewives is needed to help people overcome their health problems. Health problems in the community often occur, among others, due to inadequate knowledge of disease prevention, crowded environment, inadequate socio-economic conditions. Good health care is a community need and is often a measure of development success. The utilization of health service units is still relatively low, although the Puskesmas continue to try to bring health services closer to immigrants. This shows that the lack of confidence of immigrant patients in the health services provided by health workers so that immigrant patients prefer to be referred and continue treatment at the hospital. The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that influence immigrant patients on the utilization of health services. This research was conducted at Tamalanrea Public Health Center in Makassar City from July-August 2019. The population in this study was 154 people based on data in Tamalanrea Health Center in the last 6 months while the sample in this study was 59 people. The results of this study indicate that (1) Age has no influence on the utilization of health services, gender has an influence on the utilization of health services in Tamalanrea Health Center ; (2) There is an influence of facilities, and trust in the use of health services with the respective p-value: facilities p = 0.015 and trust p = 0.004. While knowledge has a value of p = 0.665 so that it does not influence the utilization of health services at the Tamalanrea Health Center. The important role of the immigration detection house agency is to help promote and convince immigrants or foreign refugees that first-rate health services can provide the best health services and cure their sickness.
