Propagated electromagnetic signal over the cellular radio communication channels and interfaces are usually highly stochastic and complex with unequal noise variation pattern. This is due to multipath nature of the propagation channels and diverse radio propagation mechanisms that impact the signal strength at the receiver en-route the transmitter, and verse versa. This also makes measurement, predictive modeling and estimation based analysis of such signal very challenging and complex as well. One important and popular parametric modelling and estimation technique in mathematics and engineering science, especially for signal processing applications is the least square regression (LSR). The dominance use and popularity of the LSR approach may be attributed to its simplified supporting theory, relatively fast application procedure and ubiquitous application packages. However, LSR is known to be very sensitive to outliers and unusual stochastic signal data. In this work, we propose the application of weighted least square regression method for enhanced propagation practical field strength estimation modelling over cellular radio communication networks interface. The signal data was collected from a commercial LTE networks service provider. Also, we provide statistical computational analyses to compare the resultant estimation outcome of the weighted least square and the standard least approach. From the result, it is found that the WLSR approach is reliably better the most popular standard least square method. The significance and academic of value of this paper is that our proposed and implemented WLSR method can used as replacement of the standard LSR approach for robust mobile signal processing of future communication system networks.

In this paper the problem of the growing demand for increasing the capacity of communication channels is considered, using the example of real statistical data of the current mobile operator, and the search for possible ways to solve this issue. The analysis of the distribution of electromagnetic fields and SAR for a three-layer model of the human head when interacting with a cell phone is carried out. The results obtained allow us to conclude that it is impossible to significantly increase the capacity of mobile terminals. The increase in power is accompanied by a significant increase in the spatial peak SAR, which exceeds the value recommended by international standards. As an alternative, the main directions and developments for raising the energy potential in the fifth generation 5G cellular radio channels in the millimeter wavelength range have been identified.

In this paper are introduced the new airship techniques and technologies as cost effective solutions of Stratospheric Communication Platforms (SCP) as future backbone of terrestrial networks for rural communications. The launch or putting in position the airship is not critical point such as launch of satellite and controlling support services in the creation of space-based communication technology and the most expensive phase of the total system cost. Therefore, with few cost effective remote controlled and solar powered airships can be covered some region or country including remote and rural areas with low density of population. The airship SCP network offers better solutions than cellular radio systems, with greater speed of transmission than even optical modes, roaming will be enhanced without severe shadowing or obstacle problems and disturbances inside of buildings and service will cost less. The SPS mission system is more autonomous and discrete, can be integrated with current satellite and cellular systems, and will be the best solution for rural, mobile transportation and military applications. The SCP airship can be seen well from all positions inside coverage area, because they are overlapping the total coverage and because of elevation angle. In any circumstances mountains, buildings and even trees cannot cause obstructions like to cellular network. For these reasons, there is currently a revival of interest for SCP constellations and application types of various system concepts are being studied.

Media in a learning is among the very important elements in addition to other learning elements such as material, methods and objectives. Media has an important role in realizing learning objectives, with the use of learning media can be efficient and effective. In this paper, the researcher tries to explain about learning media specifically that can be applied in teaching listening skills. Many of the learning media can be used to carry out and streamline learning in listening skills. This type of research is included in qualitative descriptive research or literature research, the research data is the result of studies or information from books and other written works. The learning media that can be applied in teaching listening skills are video media, loudspeakers (with cable and cellular), radio, CD-ROM, acting, face-to-face conversation, educational TV, audio cassettes and language labs.

Da'wah should see what is needed by Muslims. Da'wah in the midst of intellectual society in the sense that the level of human resources is quite high then the da'wah must be rational especially if the mad'unya stands on a completely secular understanding. Likewise, preaching in urban areas will be different from preaching in villages that happen to be grandparents and grandmothers with weak human resources, so preaching should not rely too much on logic and philosophy. In the midst of a fairly ordinary society would certainly be appropriate if the preaching in the form of interesting stories and do not require a lot of ratio in comprehending the contents of preaching. Until now the preaching media continues to experience development, in line with increasingly rapid technology, such as the rise of the internet, television, vcd, mp3, cellular, radio, magazines, and so on, which makes it easy to convey information in a short time and wide range, so effective and efficient. This is what is now used by many scholars to be used as media propaganda; by relying on the principles of effectiveness and efficiency, where in a missionary activity must try to balance the time and energy costs incurred with the achievement of the results, even if possible time costs and a little energy can obtain maximum results

Narrow Band Internet of Things (NB-IoT) is the latest cellular radio access technology that was based on LTE technology and implemented as part of the 3GPP 3GPP 3GPP for Low-power Wide-area Network (LPWAN). The paper considers the features of NB-IoT standards based on the characteristics of the physical and channel layers of NB-IoT technology based on release 14-15 of the 3GPP group. The aim of this work is also to build and study a model for serving heterogeneous traffic in an isolated cell of the LTE standard, which supports the functionality of the Internet of Things IoT (Internet of Things), in particular eMTC (enhanced Machine Type Communication). The constructed mathematical model takes into account the heterogeneity of the arrival of requests and their dependence on the number of users of cellular services. Depending on the number of sources, incoming requests are described by Poisson or Engset models. The studied model makes it possible to dynamically allocate resources that have LTE.
