The research aims to provide ideas for improving college students’ physical quality in China. Firstly, the theories of the Delphi method and Computer-Aided Instruction (CAI) are introduced, and the basic process of the Delphi method is deduced. Secondly, the intelligent college Physical Education (PE) is discussed under the Delphi method combined with CAI, and the CAI-added Delphi method-based PE teaching model is proposed. The model verification results show that the proposed model presents an excellent teaching effect by combining intuitive expression and flexible courseware with higher teaching efficiency. As a result, students who have difficulty mastering the essentials of sports actions have shown significant improvement after CAI PE. Meanwhile, the teaching method of CAI is more flexible compared with traditional methods, especially, on-blackboard projection. The proposed teaching model is more vivid and memorable thanks to the video presentations voiced over by teachers. CAI can significantly improve students’ interests in sports and their sports performance. Meanwhile, the CAI PE teaching system is more suitable for theoretical knowledge instruction by replacing the dull teacher-centered word interpretation with vivid and intuitive video presentations voiced over by teachers. Therefore, the proposed CAI-added Delphi method-based PE teaching model has certain feasibility and plays a significant role in promoting PE teaching quality in China.

Multimedia-based information technology, especially the flipped classroom using micro video technology, has gradually changed the traditional classroom teaching and become a new teaching method to improve teaching quality. The “five-ones” teaching model combines the theory of flipped learning, micro-video theory and learning target cognitive hierarchy. Visualization tools can create real-time, evidence-based, full-participating classrooms, generating a positive effect on classroom teaching reform. Therefore, with the focus on the course of Architectural Design of Housing, a number of students of X-university majoring in civil construction were involved in an experiment of face-to-face teaching in the flipped classroom supported by visualization tools under the “five-ones” teaching model. The results show that face-to-face teaching in the flipped classroom supported by visualization tools under the “five-ones” teaching model has a significant effect on improving the quality of course teaching, but it also puts higher requirements on the teaching environment, teachers’ ability and students’ self-control.

This paper take university students as the investigation group on the selection of basketball elective course, and randomly selected two classes as the contrast experimental teaching, at the same time using t test to do statistical analysis of two experiment class on the before and after final test results. The results show the competition teaching method helps improve students' interest in elective course of basketball, but also conducive to cultivating students creative thinking, but also strengthen teamwork between students. This method can not only effectively create a good teaching atmosphere, to maximize the teaching effect of university basketball elective course, but also the optimization of teaching quality, improve the teaching efficiency of university sports teaching, while contribute to the comprehensive development of students, improve the physical quality.

In recent years, the OBE teaching concept has attracted much attention. Compared with traditional teaching, this learning outcome-oriented teaching method has a great advantage. It is widely used in engineering teaching, especially for civil engineering majors, which can effectively improve Teaching Quality. This article focuses on the teaching reform of civil engineering based on the OBE concept, expounds the overview and characteristics of the OBE education concept, compares the differences between the OBE teaching model and the traditional teaching model, and combines the current civil engineering major courses in higher vocational colleges. Practical issues are analyzed. On the premise that students are the center of the entire teaching activity, and guided by learning results, four suggestions are put forward for the teaching reform of civil engineering based on the OBE concept, in order to truly improve the engineering students’ Core literacy promotes the training process of engineering professionals in my country.

Computer Image Processing is a foundation course of computer specialty. Due to the problem of teaching method and students’ ability problem, the teaching process is boring and students are absent-minded in class, thus leading to low teaching efficiency of Computer Image Processing and low teaching quality. As well, the learning effect and level cannot meet the requirement of market and society. On this basis, Computer Image Processing was chosen as the teaching case to construct ecological learning space mode meeting the course requirements on the basis of investigative study and under the guidance of interactive theory. Besides, the students of computer major were chosen as the objects of study for one-semester teaching practice. Questionnaire survey and interview were combined for empirical research in order to innovate for teaching mode of Computer Image Processing and provide higher-quality computer talents for the society. The investigation found that the teaching mode is well welcomed by students and greatly improves their learning initiative and learning effect.

Modern information technology is more and more widely used in school physical education. At the same time, the application of multimedia technology is becoming more and more extensive in education. As a teaching method, multimedia has developed into an important component of modern educational technology and science, and also provides support for teaching reform. The use of multimedia organization teaching can make up for the shortcomings of traditional physical education, promote the development of physical education, cultivate students' lifelong sports awareness and enhance physical fitness. Physical education is an important component of modern education, and its reform is also the trend of the times. According to the characteristics of the ordinary group of college table tennis, exploring the use of multimedia teaching platform can make the table tennis class more vivid and interesting, let students master some basic skills and skills of table tennis in a short period of time, understand and experience table tennis. The competition process enhances student interest and serves lifelong sports.

Higher education and traditional forms of teaching and management system are difficult to adapt to the individualized requirements and the cultivation of personalized talents. higher education information technology is a new trend in the world, and it plays an important role in promoting universities personalized education and innovation, training personnel, improving the integrated use of the excellent teaching resources, deepening teaching management reform and improving the teaching management level, enhancing teaching quality of advanced manufacturing engineering. Colleges and universities should attach great importance to the building and information on the quality of the teaching environment of information technology and promote information technology in education for major of manufacturing engineering.

Focusing on preservice classroom teachers (PCTs) with a physical education (PE) specialization, this exploratory case study aimed at investigating the teaching quality in the lessons offered by these teachers during their field placement, as well as examining their views about teaching PE. Toward this end, seven volunteer female PCTs studying at a national university in Cyprus were recruited; all had attended three PE specialization courses before their field placement. Data were gathered through systematic observations, semi-structured interviews, and document analysis. The quantitative data were analysed using SPSS and the qualitative data using case and cross-case analysis. These analyses suggested that the PCTs could effectively employ classroom and time management as well as skill demonstration; they could also provide quality student practice. In contrast, task progression, accountability of student practice, and task explicitness appeared to be more challenging for them to successfully enact. Interestingly, their lesson plans foreshadowed how effectively most of the examined practices would be employed by the PCTs. This study contributes a new understanding of PCTs’ PE teaching during field placement and their views thereof. The implications of the findings for PCTs’ education are discussed.
