In this paper, a machine-based transliterate is presented. The automatic transliteration of Ottoman to the modern Latin Turkish script can open a big window for scientists in fields of history and literature while most of the Turkish people are not familiar with Ottoman script, despite the fact that no concrete solution has been proposed yet for this issue. The proposed method includes several steps since the transliteration process of Ottoman alphabet to Latin base consists of many problems; the first is the basic character mapping which covers the regular pronunciation and orthography mapping. On the other hand, covering other irregular and extraordinary cases is based on rules and normalization. The transliteration system achieved 73.9% accuracy in general.

Mobility is the basic character of life that depends on the structural as well as the functional character of the body. As age advances, while proper nutrition is not available, the body loses its qualitative capacity for structure and function. Janu Sandhigata Vata has been explained classically by Acharyas and its lakshanas are Vata Poorna- dhrithi Sparsha, Sandhi Shotha, Sandhi Shoola and the presence of Vedana during Prasarana and Aakunchana. The lakshanas of Janu Sandhigata Vata is found to be congruent with Osteoarthritis of the Knee. Research statis- tics have shown that in India, 22% of the population shows Osteoarthritis and females slightly dominate in the incidence. Abha Guggulu and Yogaraja Guggulu are two formulations that contain the drugs of Vatahara, Shothahara, Vedanasthapaka property which will help in the management of Janu Sandhigata Vata. Methods: It was a single-blind randomized comparative clinical trial. The study was conducted on 40 subjects for 30 days. Observations were analyzed and findings were evaluated by using statistical methods. Results: The severity of symptoms markedly reduced in both the groups which is statistically significant and on comparing the effect be- tween Abha Guggulu and Yogaraja Guggulu, there was no statistical difference obtained. Conclusion: The result suggests that both Abha Guggulu and Yogaraja Guggulu had a significant effect on Janu Sandhigata Vata There was no significant difference in the effect of Abha Guggulu and Yogaraja Guggulu. Keywords: Janu Sandhigata Vata, Abha Guggulu, Yogaraja Guggulu

This article aims to explore hospitality as the basic character needed in developing interreligious dialogues. The underlying idea is that every religion has its particular characteristics of hospitality that can be valuable to start an effective dialogue. The author discerns the local wisdom phrased as hidup orang basudara as one of the chracteristics of the Moluccan hospitality that can be used to develop interreligious dialogue in Molucca, Indonesia. By drawing insights from the derriderian concept of “true hospitality” that surpasses ‘friendship’, hospitality model is offered as a better alternative in the praxis of building interreligious dialogue. This model is also considered more relevant to the people of Molucca, especially among the Christians and the Muslims, during the post-conflict period. The concept of hospitality is in line with some of the Moluccan local wisdoms that are explored in this article as well. In order to embark on the journey of reconciliation, people are invited to go beyond friendship, that is, towards living together as brothers and sisters.

Handwritten character recognition is a very tough task in case of complex shaped alphabet set like Bangla script. As optical character recognition (OCR) has a huge application in mobile devices, model needs to be suitable for mobile applications. Many researches have been performed in this arena but none of them achieved satisfactory accuracy or could not detect more than 200 characters. MobileNet is a state of art (convolutional neural network) CNN architecture which is designed for mobile devices as it requires less computing power. In this paper, we used MobileNet for handwritten character recognition. It has achieved 96.46% accuracy in recognizing 231 classes (171 compound, 50 basic and 10 numerals), 96.17% accuracy in 171 compound character classes, 98.37% accuracy in 50 basic character classes and 99.56% accuracy in 10 numeral character classes.

The kinetics of the synthesis of polyaniline in the presence of inorganic fillers was studied. It is shown that the acid-base surface properties of the inorganic filler affect the polymerization time. The introduction of a filler in the reaction mass containing aniline leads to a decrease in the induction period of oxidative polymerization. The decrease in the induction period is due to the fact that aniline is adsorbed on the surface of the filler. This leads to the fact that polyaniline is formed as a thin layer on the surface of the carrier. With a further increase in the content of inorganic filler, the time of the induction period increases. This is due to the fact that the surface of talc has a basic character. The use of mica as an inorganic filler leads to a decrease in the induction period of polymerization in the entire range of the carrier content studied.

This article aims to explore hospitality as the basic character needed in the development of inter-religious dialogues. The character is reflected in a way of understanding that every religion has its own hospitable characteristic that can be used to start off an effective dialogue. It is also the aim this article to discern the philosophy of “hidup orang basudara” as the characteristic of hospitality among the Moluccans used in developing inter-religious dialogue in Moluccas.[Artikel ini menelusuri hospitalitas (keramah-tamahan) sebagai karakter dasar yang dibutuhkan dalam perkembangan dialog inter-religius.

In the Old Testament text we find the story of the forefather Isaac and his dizygotic twins Esau and Jacob. Both in the construction of the body and in the psychology of the personality, they were very different, as the Old Testament text testifies. Because dizygotic (fraternal) non-identical twins have a very small chance of inheriting the same chromosome profile, they inherit 15% to 25% of the genetic material from each parent, while they share an average of 30% to 50% of the genes, so there are clear variations between them. We notice that the basic character trait of Esau is aggression and alpha behavior, while Jacob was a quiet and withdrawn young man in a tent. Later, following the text, we learn that Esau is selling his primacy, which rightfully belongs to him, and according to the words of the apostles, he seeks repentance with tears, but he does not find it. Having an insight into neuroendocrinology and neuroscience itself, we try to hypothetically explain that Esau is, in fact, a psychopathic personality structure and that his behavior and inability to repent are justified by the neurogenesis and synaptogenesis of the profile of people with lower MAOA (monoamine oxidases). behavior.

Among the novel class of mono-elemental two-dimensional (2D) materials, termed Xenes, phosphorene is emerging as a great promise for its peculiar chemical and physical properties. This review collects a selection of the recent breakthroughs that are related to the application of phosphorene in catalysis and electrocatalysis. Noteworthy, thanks to its intrinsic Lewis basic character, pristine phosphorene turned out to be more efficient and more selective than other non-metal catalysts, in chemical processes as the electroreduction of nitrogen to ammonia or the alkylation of nucleophiles with esters. Once functionalized with transition metals nanoparticles (Co, Ni, Pd, Pt, Ag, Au), its catalytic activity has been evaluated in several processes, mainly hydrogen and oxygen evolution reactions. Under visible light irradiation, it has shown a great improvement of the activity, demonstrating high potential as a photocatalyst.

A swarm of books boasting William Shakespeare as a central character have hit the bookstands in recent years. The question is, why? In some books he is rather insipid, as if his brand is too hot to tamper with, and he is reduced to the status of a sacred cow. In other books he is too busy fighting for truth and justice to be bothered with taking up the quill, while in others, he is an opportunistic “Shake-scene” who has no qualms about “beautifying” himself with his contemporaries’ feathers. I propose to look at such works in the aggregate and determine the basic character traits that modern scribes attribute to our Will. My journey will take me primarily to novels (of the historical fiction school), but I shall be stopping along the way to consider works in other media, including a recent TV series, that also feature the Bard. Among the novelists included in my study are Patricia Finney (The James Enys Mysteries), Rory Clements (The John Shakespeare Mysteries), Benet Brandreth (The William Shakespeare Mysteries), and Leonard Tourney (The Mysteries of Shakespeare).

The aim of this article is to explore how the Protestant Church in Papua (GPI-Papua) and the Protestant Church at West Indonesia (GPIB) run their mission in the world. As representatives of the church on the earth, both churches carry the same mission. As the church they are called and sent by God to fulfill their duty which is to serve the world. The method developed in this study is the document study which mneans that the study focuses on some important documents of these churches. This study found out that the presbyterial-sinodal system which is adopted by the GPI-Papua and GPIB will create or run congregation as a family. Based on this system, the church should be developed as as family of God through which the church reflects the meaning of being a church. By being a family of God, these churches should not focus more on institutional or structural and organisation aspects of the church. In contrary, the two churches should develop functional church leadership as the basic character of the church leadership.
