In the new period, in order to solve the employment problem of college students, vocal school actively promotes the work of enterprise education, and pays attention to continuously improving the entrepreneurial ability and innovative ability of college students. Innovation and entrepreneurship are a new development demand for the cultivation of talents' quality under the social environment of the new era, and it also provides an important target orientation for the in-depth innovation of education. Innovation and entrepreneurship are a new development demand for the cultivation of talents' quality under the social environment of the new era, and it also provides an important target orientation for the in-depth innovation of education. Only by guiding college students to establish a correct concept of employment, helping them to find jobs through multiple channels, and stimulating entrepreneurship to drive employment, can we fundamentally alleviate the employment problem. This paper will analyze the connotation of vocal school enterprise education and ideology, and explore the unique points of its educational integration, to explore the effective strategies for the integration of vocal school enterprise education and ideology education from its content and positive role.

Crowding refers to the failure to identify a peripheral object due to nearby objects (flankers). A hallmark of crowding is the inner-outer asymmetry, i.e., the outer flanker (more peripheral) produces stronger interference than the inner one. Here, by manipulating attention, we tested the predictions of two competing accounts: the attentional account, which predicts a positive attentional effect on the asymmetry (i.e., attention to the outer flanker will increase the asymmetry), and the receptive field size account, which predicts a negative attentional effect. In Experiment 1, observers estimated a Gabor target orientation. A peripheral pre-cue draws attention to one of three locations: target, inner or outer flanker. Probabilistic mixture modeling demonstrated the asymmetry by showing that observers often misreported the outer flanker orientation as the target. Interestingly, the outer cue led to a higher misreport rate of the outer flanker, and the inner cue led to a lower misreport rate of the outer flanker. Experiment 2 tested the effect of asymmetry and attention on binding errors (e.g., reporting the tilt of one presented item with the color of another item). Observers reported both the tilt and color of the target. Attention increased target reports in both dimensions and led to a decrease in target binding. However, attention did not lead to a decrease in flanker biding errors. The results are consistent with the attentional account of crowding and suggest that the locus of spatial attention plays an essential role in crowding and the inner-outer asymmetry.

Abstract. The present study addresses the potential of airborne NASA – ISRO Synthetic Aperture Radar (NISAR) compact polarimetric (CP) data to discriminate the land cover classes emphasizing the urban area for parts of Ahmedabad city, India. This has been carried out by generating m-Delta, m-Chi and m-Alpha polarimetric decompositions using Compact Polarimetric L band NISAR data. In Hybrid Polarimetric data, both m-delta and m-chi decompositions have almost the same formulations, indicating that delta and chi play the same roles as indicators of single-bounce and double-bounce scattering. However, M-delta seem preferable over M-chi as stoke parameter delta is highly susceptible towards orientation. It is also observed that building orientation and density has effect on scattering pattern. This is attributed to the target orientation which is parallel to the look direction of the sensor. Supervised classification of m-Delta decomposition was carried out and over all accuracy of 81.1 % was observed in the study.

PKM is a collaboration with Ambissi Association partners who have formed 23 cadres of Ciapus village. The activities are Health Services, Children's Reading Gardens, Savings and Loans, Medicinal Plant and Culinary Product. Problem analysis is related to the targets and work plans that have been made in the PKM of 2018-2019 period last semester. PKM problems now with the aim of seeing the realization of targets and work plans that have been made and to strengthen the understanding of cadres' self-evaluation of achievement thinking patterns. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, activities were carried out by distributing a questionnaire "Am I ready to carry out target-oriented activities". The theoretical basis uses the need of achievement from McCleland combined with the concept of "Achievement Thinking". There are 19 cadres. The target evaluation shows that the Health, Culinary and Medicinal Plants group has succeeded in achieving the target. Evaluation of the work plan shows that although all cadres are actively working, the weakness of the group is increasing. The results of the assessment of the readiness to carry out target orientation activities were nine cadres of the prestigious type, eight cadres of the affiliative type and two cadres who did not describe their type profile. The internet network is very weak, interaction via the internet / zoom cannot be carried out. This activity uses Rp7,500,000 which are mostly used to increase development capital in five Cadre activities. Outcomes and achievements in the form of the article in the Journal and Copyright of Questionnaire.ABSTRAK: PKM merupakan kerjasama dengan mitra Perkumpulan Ambissi yang selama ini telah membentuk kader desa Ciapus sebanyak 23 orang.

The success of sports activity in a competitive situation is largely determined by psychological readiness, how the athlete’s mental apparatus is configured, how much the athlete is able to cope with the challenges of a competitive situation, the mental mechanisms that the athlete uses to cope with anxiety. In the article, the situations of competitive difficulties are considered from the point of view of the theory of object relations, microdynamic shifts in the intrapsychic reality of an athlete. In a situation of increased anxiety and the difficulties of its processing, primitive mental defenses can be involved: splitting, idealization, projection, denial of external and internal reality, projective identification. Their most typical consequences are feelings of self-doubt, a decrease in the accuracy of understanding and anticipation of the opponent’s actions, a feeling of muscle stiffness, underestimation/ overestimation of the opponent, a decrease in the quantitative and qualitative characteristics of sports action. The article presents two cases of athletes of different sports qualifications, on the basis of which the manifestations and consequences of these primitive forms of protection are discussed. It also describes the specifics of the position of a psychologist in sports, the importance of understanding the mental reality of an athlete, the needs behind anxiety, as well as the need for help in integrating the “I”, despite the prevailing target orientation for a quick result.
