AbstractThere has been a strong need for simulation environments that are capable of modeling deep interdependencies between complex systems encountered during natural hazards, such as the interactions and coupled effects between civil infrastructure systems response, human behavior, and social policies, for improved community resilience. Coupling such complex components with an integrated simulation requires continuous data exchange between different simulators simulating separate models during the entire simulation process. This can be implemented by means of distributed simulation platforms or data passing tools. In order to provide a systematic reference for simulation tool choice and facilitating the development of compatible distributed simulators for deep interdependent study in the context of natural hazards, this article focuses on generic tools suitable for integration of simulators from different fields but not the platforms that are mainly used in some specific fields. With this aim, the article provides a comprehensive review of the most commonly used generic distributed simulation platforms (Distributed Interactive Simulation (DIS), High Level Architecture (HLA), Test and Training Enabling Architecture (TENA), and Distributed Data Services (DDS)) and data passing tools (Robot Operation System (ROS) and Lightweight Communication and Marshalling (LCM)) and compares their advantages and disadvantages. Three specific limitations in existing platforms are identified from the perspective of natural hazard simulation. For mitigating the identified limitations, two platform design recommendations are provided, namely message exchange wrappers and hybrid communication, to help improve data passing capabilities in existing solutions and provide some guidance for the design of a new domain-specific distributed simulation framework.

AbstractThe association of PRM1/2 with male azoospermia is well-documented, but the relationship between TXNDC2 deficiency and the azoospermia phenotype, sperm retrieval, and pathology has not been elucidated. Here we identified the association of TXNDC2 and protamines in evaluating testis pathology and sperm retrieval. An extensive microarray meta-analysis of men with idiopathic azoospermia was performed, and after undergoing several steps of data quality controls, the data passing QC were pooled and batch effect corrected. As redox imbalance has been shown to have a variable relationship with fertility, our relative expression studies began with candidate protamination and thioredoxin genes. We constructed a logistic regression model of TXNDC2 with PRM1 and PRM2 genes, and collective ROC analysis indicated a sensitivity of 96.8% and specificity of 95.5% with a ROC value of 0.995 (SE = 0.0070, 95% CI 0.982–1.000). These results demonstrate that TXNDC2, PRM1, and PRM2 combined have a robust power to predict sperm retrieval and correlate with severe azoospermia pathology.

The nodes are often placed in a hostile or dangerous environment so WSN will be vulnerable to security attacks. Attacks can be active or passive. Passive attack involves unauthorized attackers who listen to the communication channel and monitor its activities. In active attack, the unauthorized attacker’s listens, monitors and alters the data passing through the communication channel. To address security concerns, cryptography approach has been adopted but this alone cannot cope with some of the routing attacks. As sensor devices are resource constrained, existing cryptography approach may not be applicable, due to the computational complexities that it involves [1] [3]. Hence, author present energy efficient trust based routing strategy, which is a viable alternative for WSN

An Industrial firewall is a system used to supervise and regulate traffic to and from a network for the purpose of securing appliances on a network. It analyzes the data passing through it to an already defined surveillance criteria or protocols, discarding data that does not meet the protocol’s requirements. In effect, it is a filter preventing undesirable network traffic and selectively limiting the type of transmission that occurs between a secured transmission line. In this research paper a SCADA based Firewall is implemented for protection of the data transmission to a PLC, against external hacking devices. This firewall is virtually exposed to several external hackers and the degree of vulnerability is carefully studied, in order to develop an ideal Firewall.

The purpose of this study was to study the achievement of 108 call centers in providing information. This study uses a type of research Descriptive research using qualitative data collected rather than data, passing data that can be obtained from observations, field records and interviews. the results of the study regarding Call Center Performance 108 in providing information. Call Center 108 has an important role for its users to get telephone numbers throughout Indonesia and information about Telkom services, because Call Center 108 is the only Telkom telephone number information service provider in Indonesia. the call center agent's 108 performance is quite good, this can be seen from the average agent performance table, but there are still some agents who have not yet obtained the predetermined value which is 100 that has been determined in the service parameters of PT. Infomedia Nusantara.

The Internet of Things (IoT)services and application were increasing during the last years in several life fields causes need to provide a secure identifier for protecting sensing data passing between IoT sensors/devices and embedded-subsystem connected by networks. This paper was proposed an algorithm for helping in IoT communication security can used in different IOT entities used in unofficial industrial machine to machine (M2M) communications, smart energy-grids, home or buildings and other computing devices.  This paper proposed a secure system using new proposed 4D chaotic system combined with the modified lightweight Advanced Encryption Standard (AES). The proposed 4-dimension (4D) chaos system Lyapunov was tested and pass for many initial periods and get a super chaos system (4 positive Lyapunov).  Generated chaos keys (used JORN) were used in the lightweight AES and the Secure Hash Algorithm version 3 (SHA3-256). The Lightweight AES was design in case to reduce CPU computation cycles and complexity of AES. Results show that computation time   for proposed system decreased (has 145% speedup more). The output of modified lightweight AES encryption System has the good statistical tests near to original AES that can avoid many attacks.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kemampuan teknik dasar yang dimiliki oleh pemain sepak bola SSB Pratama Kabupaten Batanghari. Penelitian dilakukan di lapangan sepakbola SSB Pratama Kabupaten Batanghari dengan jumlah pemain 24 orang. Metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif digunakan pada penelitian ini mengguanakan uji normalitas. Berdasarkan uji normalitas hasil tes dengan uji lilifoers dari keseluruhan data diperoleh hasil normal serta perhitungan pada tiap data diperoleh data passing dengan nilai 6,08 poin dengan kategori sedang, data dribbling dengan nilai 19,6 detik dengan kategori sedang, dan data shooting dengan nilai 12,6 poin dengan kategori baik. Teknik dasar sepakbola pemain SSB Pratama Kabupaten Batanghari termasuk dalam kategori sedang dan baik, yang dimana teknik passing dan dribbling dalam kategori sedang, dan teknik shooting dalam kategori baik.

Dalam pertandingan sepakbola selain pemain memiliki kondisi fisik yang baik, seorang pemain juga sangat dituntut memiliki kemampuan teknik dasar sepakbola yang baik agar terciptanya suatu permainan yang baik dan maksimal. Oleh karena itu kemampuan teknik dasar merupakan suatu unsur yang harus dimiliki oleh seorang pemain sepakbola. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar kemampuan teknik dasar yang dimiliki oleh pemain sepakbola .Penelitian ini dilakukan di lapangan sepakbola SSB Deli Serdang United Kabupaten Deli Serdang dengan jumlah pemain 24 orang. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian deskriptif kualitatif menuturkan dan menafsirkan data yang berkenaan dengan situasi yang terjadi dan dialami sekarang, sikap dan pandangan yang menggejala saat sekarang, hubungan antara variable, pertentangan dua kondisi atau lebih, pengaruh terhadap suatu kondisi, perbedaan antar fakta, dan lain-lain. Berdasarkan uji normalitas yang dilakukan terhadap hasil tes dengan uji lilifoers dari keseluruhan data memperoleh hasil normal. Dan dari perhitungan pada tiap data, diperoleh pada data passing dengan nilai 6,08 poin dengan kategori sedang, data dribbling dengan nilai 19,6 detik dengan kategori sedang, dan data shooting dengan nilai 12,6 poin dengan kategori baik Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan perhitungan dari data dan pembahasan yang telah dilakukan, maka dari penjelasan diatas maka dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa kemampuan teknik dasar sepakbola pemain SSB Deli Serdang United Kabupaten Deli Serdang termasuk dalam kategori sedang dan baik, yang dimana teknik passing dan dribbling dalam kategori sedang, dan teknik shooting dalam kategori baik.ABSTRACT           In football games not only do the players must have an absolutely great physical condition, but they also must have an excellent technical skill so an amazing game can be played maximally. By looking at that reason, a fundamental technique skill is one of the aspects a football player must have.This research aims to discover how good is the football players’ fundamental technique skill. This study was conducted in Deli Serdang United Soccer School’s football field in Deli Serdang Regency, and there are 24 players in that soccer school. This study used descriptive qualitative method. This method described and interpreted data related to the current situation, the attitude and point of view which is happening nowadays, the relation between variables, dissimilarity of two or more conditions, its influence towards one particular condition, the differentiation among facts, and other things. Based on the normality test which was done previously with regard to test result with Lilifoers test from entire data attained normal result. Moreover, from the calculation of whole data, score 6,08 point was obtained from passing data and categorized as mediocre, from dribbling obtained 19,6 second and categorized as mediocre as well, and shooting data with 12,6 point was categorized as good. Based on the result of this research and calculated data, and also the discussion which has been done, then from the explanation above it can be concluded that the fundamental technique skill of players in Deli Serdang Soccer School were classified as mediocre and good, where passing and dribbling technique were in mediocre category, while shooting technique was in a good category.
