In this paper, we mainly extended the study of fuzzy matroid related problems to research the fuzzy decision method. Considering the ambiguity of actual event information and evaluation, we chose hesitant fuzzy set as the extended data set. To construct the hesitant fuzzy matroid, we defined the satisfaction function of hesitant fuzzy set combining hesitant fuzzy index entropy and score function, and defined the mapping function of fuzzy matroid through this function. We also defined the algorithm of hesitant fuzzy matroid and proved the theory of rank, basis of hesitant fuzzy matroid.

Network selection in the Internet of Vehicles has become a popular topic of research. Unlike existing algorithms for heterogeneous network environments that rarely consider user satisfaction, in this paper, we propose a network selection strategy that takes into account both user satisfaction and transmission efficiency. We employ the effective capacity concept, which describes the maximum throughput a system can achieve under a specific statistical Quality-of-Service (QoS) delay violation probability constraint. This strategy first analyzes the influence of different utility function weight coefficients, transmission power, and time delay on each network utility satisfaction function. It is evident that the weight coefficient is proportional to the value of the utility function. Within a constrained transmission power range, the rate of increase of the function gradually slows down until it approaches a fixed value. When the delay factor value is larger, the function value is smaller, which indicates that the pursuit of lower delay will sacrifice other network performance aspects. In order to determine the maximum value of each network utility satisfaction function, a convex optimization theory is introduced for the joint optimization of user satisfaction and transmission efficiency. Finally, simulation experiments carried out under three representative network environments show that the proposed strategy is efficient and reliable.

Abstract This research originated from the results of PLI 2 along with pre-research results for guests using the function room at the Axana Hotel in Padang. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of servicescape on guest satisfaction at the Hotel Axana Padang function room. This type of research is quantitative with an associative causal approach. The number of samples of this study is 98 people with the sampling technique is purposive sampling. Data collection techniques are by distributing questionnaires (questionnaires) using the Likert scale method that has been tested for validity and reliability. Then the data were analyzed using simple linear regression with the help of the SPSS version 16.00 program. The results showed that Servicescape was in the very good category with a percentage of 89.90% and guest satisfaction was in the excellent category with a percentage of 71.43%, and there was a influence of servicescape variables on guest satisfaction by 39% while 61% was influenced by other factors. Economical machining operation plays an important part in competitiveness in the industries therefore selection of optimum cutting parameters is of great concern in manufacturing environments. The current research is aimed at fixing the optimal process parameters for hard turning of aluminum in CNC lathe machine using carbide tool as per the machinability aspects. On the basis of three-factor-three-level L9 orthogonal array, trials are performed by varying the manageable process constraints which are spindle speed, depth of cut and feed rate. Performance of machining has been figured by several responses like Surface Roughness and Material Removal Rate. Towards optimization above mentioned performance factors are treated as purpose functions, assuming that it corresponds to Higher-is-better and Lower-is-Better requirement respectively. Satisfaction function approach is used in this paper to find out satisfactions of individual responses enabling gathering of multi-responses into a comparable sole index

The work hardening of a spline during cold roll-beating is used as an indicator to evaluate the mechanical properties of the surface. To further optimize the work-hardening degree of a cold roll-beating spline surface, weight theory and satisfaction functions are used to improve the double-response surface-satisfaction function model. The model describes the involute spline based on the cold roll-beating speed and feed rate. The generalized reduced-order gradient method is applied to optimize the optimal combination of processing parameters. The experiments validate the optimization results of the improved double-response surface-satisfaction function method and the conventional response surface method based on the cold roll-beating spline test and a comparative analysis of the spline surface metallographic structure. The results show that the satisfaction degree of the improved response model is 0.87384, indicating that the model is robust and reliable. The optimized processing parameters are a cold roll speed of 1448.21 r/mm, a feed rate of 41.71 mm/min, and a degree of work hardening of 144.79%. The spline surface work-hardening degree based on the revised model is higher than that of the conventional model. Thus, the improved double-response surface-satisfaction function model provides better accuracy.
