Singular vectors (SVs) have long been employed in the initialization of ensemble numerical weather prediction (NWP) in order to capture the structural organization and growth rates of those perturbations or “errors” associated with initial condition errors and instability processes of the large scale flow. Due to their (super) exponential growth rates and spatial scales, initial SVs are typically combined empirically with evolved SVs in order to generate forecast perturbations whose structures and growth rates are tuned for specified lead-times. Here we present a systematic approach to generating finite time or "mixed" SVs (MSVs) based on a method for the calculation of covariant Lyapunov vectors (CLVs) and appropriate choices of the matrix cocycle. We first derive a data-driven reduced order model to characterize persistent geopotential height anomalies over Europe and Western Asia (Eurasia) over the period 1979-present from the NCEPv1 reanalysis. We then characterize and compare the MSVs and SVs of each persistent state over Eurasia for particular lead-times from a day to over a week. Finally, we compare the spatio-temporal properties of SVs and MSVs in an examination of the dynamics of the 2010 Russian heatwave. We show that MSVs provide a systematic approach to generate initial forecast perturbations projected onto relevant expanding directions in phase space for typical NWP forecast lead-times.

Background & aim Liver fibrosis screening in primary care population is a major public health issue. The FIB-4 index is a simple non-invasive fibrosis test combining age, transaminases, platelets count, developed for the diagnosis of advanced fibrosis. The aim of our study was to evaluate the interest of liver fibrosis screening using systematic calculation of FIB-4 in routine blood analysis. Methods Between December 2018 and May 2019, we conducted a prospective screening of liver fibrosis in 134 158 patients during a medical check-up including routine blood analysis. Among these patients, 29 707 had transaminases and platelets counts available and benefited from an automatic calculation of FIB-4. Results were obtained from 21 French clinical laboratories in the Bouches du Rhône region. Results Among the 29 707 patients, 2161 (7.3%) had a high risk of advanced fibrosis (FIB-4>2.67). Individual investigation of patients with FIB-4>2.67 allowed to screen 1268 (1268/2161: 58.7%) patients who were not managed for any liver disease. Conclusions This work demonstrates the interest of FIB-4 for the screening of liver fibrosis in primary care population. Although additional clinical validation study is required to determine the utility and applicability of Fib-4 to daily practice, our study strongly supports this easy-to-implement strategy using a simple Fib-4 measure resulting from the use of available routine test results.

The Regional Technical Implementation Unit of the Tresna Werdha Social Home for the Elderly of Natar South Lampung does not yet have a systematic calculation, which can be a parameter of the quality level of each service. This study develops a system to solve the problem of the calculation gap between perceptions and expectations in determining the quality level of each service, namely the Decision Support System using the Simple Multi-Attribute Rating Technique Method (SMART) and Fuzzy Service Quality. The results showed that the SMART method obtained an accuracy rate of 85.71%, 75.00% Precision, 100% Recall, and 100% Specificity, while the Fuzzy Service Quality method obtained an accuracy rate of 71.43%, 66.67% Precision, 66.67% Recall, and 75.00% Specificity. So that the Simple Multi-Attribute Rating Technique Method (SMART Method) is superior, so it is more appropriate to solve the problem of decision-making on the level of service quality at the Regional Technical Implementation Unit of the Tresna Werdha Elderly Social Home, Natar South Lampung.

The paper reveals the essence of diagnostics of the financial condition of an agricultural enterprise during crisis and stipulates the necessity for its systematic implementation. As there are a lot of companies in Ukraine facing the crisis and as a consequence go bankrupt, which in turn negatively affects the dynamics of repayment of accounts payable, it is extremely important to study the financial condition of the company, dynamics of its payables and receivables in order to find the best ways to overcome the crisis and the normalize its economic activity. The article offers economic proposals for stabilizing the economic activity of the enterprise during the crisis. The article also proposes the systematic calculation of the enterprise’s liquidity and keep to these indicators within the normal limits. In its turn, there are several levels of financial security of the enterprise: absolute (the enterprise has sufficient working capital for operation); normal (the enterprise has enough funds to buy inventory and cover costs); satisfactory (the enterprise does not have enough working capital and it resorts to medium-term or long-term liabilities); critical (the company uses long-term loans to finance its activity) and crisis (the company is unable to meet its obligations). The financial condition and financial and economic activity of the enterprise is assessed by its solvency. Solvency acts as an external sign of financial stability, the essence of which is the security of current assets by long-term sources of formation. The success of the enterprise depends on the analysis of risks of threats to the management of financial and economic security of the business entity and leveling and consolidation of efforts in times of crisis. Thus, by analyzing the financial and economic activity of the enterprise, you can determine the dynamics of changes in economic performance. Control of financial and economic security of the enterprise will allow to carry out economic activity at a normal level and in case of deterioration to predict and prevent the onset of crisis conditions that can lead to bankruptcy.

This article aims to highlight the determinants of menstrual cycles. Menstruation is the nature created by Allah Almighty on women. In general, each woman experiences her own menstrual cycle which may reflect their health status. However, there are women who are still confused and unclear about their menstruation when the irregular menstrual cycle occurs. This also leads to misunderstandings in the legalization of certain worship when the menstrual cycle occurs abnormally. Therefore, this article aims to highlight previous studies related to women's blood. This study was qualitative using content analysis methods that highlighted previous studies on women's blood. The results show that most of the studies done by ancient or contemporary scholars touch on women's blood. Based on the literature, it is found that the systematic calculation method is still poorly implemented and the level of public understanding of the calculations is still unclear. Therefore, the right method of calculation is very important in assisting women in determining menstruation.

The aim of this work was to find the seasonal variations of physico-chemical properties of the Dejla Dewda reservoir. The physico-chemical characteristics have been studied and analysed in the present investigation during Nov 2016 to Dec 2017.Water samples were collected from three sampling stations, changes in the physico-chemical parameters of water, such as Water temperature, transparency, alkalinity, chloride, sulphate, nitrate, phosphate, Total dissolved solids (TDS), Biological oxygen demand (BOD), Dissolved oxygen (DO), Chemical oxygen demand (COD) and pH were analysed. The result was compared with the water quality standard of WHO. Between various physico-chemical parameters systematic calculation of average and standard deviation was done to compare the water quality level at different stations. During the investigation period of one year, 24 species of fishes belonging to 03 orders and 06 families were recorded. Therefore, monitoring of the water quality of sampling sites of Dejla Dewda reservoir should be done at regular intervals to facilitate the growth of fish species. It was observed during the study that this reservoir water is not much polluted and supports high diversity of aquatic animals.
