Man is a subject with liberty, truth; An individual is a creative person. The existence of individuals is not separate from the means of living. The means of subsistence is the end, the person is the means, so helplessness, unhappiness, and falsehood appear. Removing falsehoods makes standards defining functions and duties of grandparents, parents, spouses, brothers, and children appear. Standards appear to be meaningful in the ownership, binding, and mutual use of individuals. The existence of standards makes the family the living organization of individuals. Patriarchal habits, brute force, violence, taking advantage of families to hurt each other. Parents defending and protecting their children is an animal instinct, and compliance with standards is irresponsible. The norm that binds individuals to only use each other in the family is not to have universal humanity. Money appears to abolish the false norm becomes to abolish the family. Abolish family norms expressed in separation, divorce, eliminate violence, sexual weakness, respect men, and despise women so that people can relate to each other with common humanity, that is, bring individuals back to life return to a life of freedom, truth, and creativity.

Today, the world around us, including the professional environment, is changing rapidly. Employers are having new requirements for employees. The employee must not only be a good performer, but also have spatial and functional mobility, i.e. be a creative person who is able to adapt and improve in connection with changing circumstances. Therefore, at present, it is necessary to pay great attention to the development of students ' creativity in educational classes at universities. The authors understand creativity as the ability of a person to non-standard creative thinking and behavior, with further awareness and development of their experience. Well-organized training sessions that develop creative abilities, such as business and role-playing games, case studies, project activities, combined with the use of electronic educational resources, contribute to the education of students ' confidence, self-control, teamwork, teach business communication and respect for others, teach them an unconventional approach to traditional habitual phenomena and help them in the initial development of professional activity. The authors note the great role of the teacher in the development of students ' creative abilities, especially if the teacher himself is a creative person. A creative teacher has professional and personal attractiveness in the eyes of students, due to his openness, benevolence and accessibility in communication, especially with the "alienated" communication that is common in the modern educational world. The authors prove on the basis of data from constant surveys and conversations with students and graduates in training classes, during personal meetings, in social messengers (VKontakte, WhatsApp, LinkedIn) and other means of communication that their active participation in business and role-playing games, project competitions, student debates, solving cases helped them in the initial development of professional activity.

The history, origin and development of memoirs and autobiographical works in Uzbek literature go back a long way. This genre has always brought clarity to problematic situations. Autobiographical works are also relevant in modern literature and meet all the requirements of the rules of literature. Researchers have studied the peculiarities of autobiographical works. Although memoirs are essentially close to biographical works, they differ slightly, depending on the nature of the genre. In ancient times, scholars wrote on manuscripts, stone inscriptions, and pottery in order to pass on information about their life and work from generation to generation. That’s why a lot of information has come down to us through their work.

The article examines the creative personality and his parallel construction with the literary hero and the use in Western and Eastern literature. The concept of a creative personality is a literary category, where there are leading the biographical and psychological factors. Nevertheless, the author is one of the factors in the perception of life events, their expression in high poetic and prosaic forms unlike “I”, especially in the choice of images and the formation of artistic heights in their expression. The creative personality is reflected through the artistic image (a character, a hero) and the characteristics of the creative style of the personality are stable. In this regard, emphasizing that a creative person is an artistic image, it is possible to determine the presence of a creative person in different cases of images, portraits and characters, as well as in a series of events in which the character participates. In English, the concept of a creative person translates as “creative person” and means a more creative, skilled person. This phrase is used more as a psychological term and in literature it is not understood as a writer. The concept of a writer is called “writer” or “author”. A creative person is a representative of a talent capable of creating high artistic patterns, unlike the author and writer in terms of terminology. The terms “writer” and “author” can be applied to any author of a work, but a creative person differs from ordinary authors and writers in terms of worldview, sense of poetic principles and power of expression. The “personality” of the writer, his expression is not only a peculiar view of life, its aesthetic development, but also a certain attitude towards it. These are also ideas, artistic concepts that form an integral part of literary works. This article also discusses the use of concepts such as creative “I” and biographical “I”. It reflects the problem of the creative personality and the hero in the works of English authors George Byron, Walter Scott and the most prominent representatives of Uzbek jadid literature Cholpon, Kadyri and Fitrat.

The article analyzes the content of the concept of «spiritual creation» and its constituent elements «spirit», «creation»; the means of verbal representation of the studied concept in revealing the content of texts and images of characters in the poetic cycle «Night concerts» are analyzed; the specific in the process of revealing the role of musicians and their works in the life of society, the influence of music on the listener, on the formation of personality are determined; the peculiarity of the poet’s «translation» of the language of music into words are defined. It is emphasized that music is not just a melody for M. Bazhan, it is the truth of feelings, that is why the artist translated it into the language of visible images. A careful reading of the content of M. Bazhan’s «Night concerts» allows us to single out the semantic load of the concept «Spirit»: Spirit of artist; Spirit of music; Spirit of the word (voice); Spirit of the city; Spirit of victory; Spirit-Soul; Spirit of love, and «creation» – as creativity that goes beyond human existence. In each poem that makes up the cycle «Night concerts», we see a personality of the Composer-Creator: E. Villa-Lobos, M. Leontovych, L. Hrabovskyi, Ya. Sibelius, F. Schubert, D. Shostakovych and singer Edith Piaf, who is also a creative person. As composers, whose personalities and destinies are revealed in the works of the artist, the Poet himself becomes a kind of a translator of the sounds of music into the sounds of poetry. M. Bazhan pays special attention to the character of Edith Piaf, whose songs became a symbol of Paris, its freedom, and the singer’s talent raised her above the crowd, even above the city roofs, in the poet’s vision she is a «midnight soothsayer», «pure prophetess» in whose character Virgin Mother is visible. In «Night concerts» the artist is not limited to the sound aspect of the musicians’ work. He attaches great importance to the features of the performer and composer. Because it is their inner strength, their Spirit is embodied in the works. Reading the poems that make up this cycle of poetry acquaints us not only with creativity, but also with the fate of composers and performers.
