The article examines the creative personality and his parallel construction with the literary hero and the use in Western and Eastern literature. The concept of a creative personality is a literary category, where there are leading the biographical and psychological factors. Nevertheless, the author is one of the factors in the perception of life events, their expression in high poetic and prosaic forms unlike “I”, especially in the choice of images and the formation of artistic heights in their expression. The creative personality is reflected through the artistic image (a character, a hero) and the characteristics of the creative style of the personality are stable. In this regard, emphasizing that a creative person is an artistic image, it is possible to determine the presence of a creative person in different cases of images, portraits and characters, as well as in a series of events in which the character participates. In English, the concept of a creative person translates as “creative person” and means a more creative, skilled person. This phrase is used more as a psychological term and in literature it is not understood as a writer. The concept of a writer is called “writer” or “author”. A creative person is a representative of a talent capable of creating high artistic patterns, unlike the author and writer in terms of terminology. The terms “writer” and “author” can be applied to any author of a work, but a creative person differs from ordinary authors and writers in terms of worldview, sense of poetic principles and power of expression. The “personality” of the writer, his expression is not only a peculiar view of life, its aesthetic development, but also a certain attitude towards it. These are also ideas, artistic concepts that form an integral part of literary works. This article also discusses the use of concepts such as creative “I” and biographical “I”. It reflects the problem of the creative personality and the hero in the works of English authors George Byron, Walter Scott and the most prominent representatives of Uzbek jadid literature Cholpon, Kadyri and Fitrat.

The meaninglessness of existential philosophy was celebrated and was at its peak until the formulation of the psychotherapic theories by Austrian neurologist and psychiatrist as well as a Holocaust survivor, Viktor Emil Frankl.  Frankl introduced new psychoanalytic and psychotherapic terms into the realm of studies related to the complexities of human mind. It was in his seminal work, Man’s Search for Meaning (1946), that Frankl introduced the idea of Logotherapy, as a clinical as well as a psychological term. Frankl with his notion of logotherapy refuted the nihilistic aspects of existentialism and certain like philosophies.” Here, the protagonist, Cheryl Strayed, in Vallee’s Wild (2014) sets out for a journey to find out about herself and the ultimate meaning of her life. Cheryl, during her journey, leaves all of her material possessions and familial relations behind. Here, one may tend to see her  as an “existential “one but in a more wider sense, she is not celebrating the meaninglessness, rather she strives hard to find a meaning in her life to live on. This paper opens a new outlook towards this movie, especially towards the character of Cheryl Strayed.

‘Individual crisis’, as a psychological term, was introduced in a Swedish context in the late 1960s. In this article, ‘individual crisis’ is analysed as a concept in order to understand how masculinity and emotion came to matter in Sweden in the 1970s—not least to bring about gender equality in Swedish welfare society. With ‘individual crisis’ as the empirical starting point for pinpointing the way men were to create a new identity and how new psychological knowledge circulated in society, it is possible to analyse which masculinity ideals and norms existed at the time. The focus of this article is on self-help and debate books that drove the discussion in the 1970s.

AbstractSeishinshugi 精神主義, a term associated with the work of Meiji Buddhist reformer Kiyozawa Manshi 清沢満之 (1863–1903), is often read as exemplifying a spiritual turn in mid-Meiji Japan, centering an inner realm of private experience in a reaction against the rationalization of the early Meiji period. This paper considers the use of the term seishin in Kiyozawa’s early work. It finds him treating seishin in two distinct but connected contexts: as a psychological term, influenced particularly by his reading of English physician William Benjamin Carpenter (1813–1885), and as a philosophical term, in conversation with Hegel’s philosophy of spirit. It suggests that an understanding of seishin as developing progressively toward more and more complex forms of consciousness or self-awareness found in both Kiyozawa’s psychological and philosophical writing sheds new light on other aspects of Kiyozawa’s early career.

After its proliferation as a primarily psychological term in the literature of the late 1960s, creativity has since advanced to a core notion also for sociology. The first part of the paper tackles “the creativity narrative” according to three paradigmatic readings brought forward by Luc Boltanski and Ève Chiapello, Maurizio Lazzarato, and most recently Andreas Reckwitz. Despite the insightful accounts that those readings provide concerning the entanglement of creativity to capitalist ways of production, the practical consequences they offer regarding how to contest this entanglement are debatable. Therefore, in the second part of the article a fourth understanding of creativity is invoked that was proposed by Cornelius Castoriadis. As argued, the radicality of this concept lies in defining creativity as a mode of production of the subject’s psyche as a collective co-existence from which broader, necessarily collective practices can be derived.

School plays an important function in teenagers’ lives. The mission of all educational institutions should be to provide young people with knowledge and prepare them for life in society. School can open doors and offer prospects for a better future. The average teenager spends eight hours a day at school. The school should be friendly and become the main place of development. The labour market is changing, so the task of the school should be to create an entrepreneurial attitude. The psychological term which connects this two facts is called self-efficacy. Self-efficacy is defined as a personal judgement of “how well one can execute courses of action required to deal with prospective situations”. School success is composed of good marks and good functioning in the school environment. Creating school adjustment should be a necessity for teachers, not a choice. “School of Entrepreneurship” is a program for young people to create the self-efficacy in the student life. The program was created by Happy Childhood Foundation in Lublin and was attended by about 1800 students in 2017. This article describes this program and how important it is for students is to improving the self-efficacy and be brought up to entrepreneurship.
