This study aims to describe the pattern of guidance and supervision of the principal in improving the discipline and performance of teachers of SMP Negeri 24 Ogan Komering Ulu. This research uses qualitative methods with a descriptive approach. Data collection  techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The research subjects were the principal, teachers and students. The results of this study indicate that the discipline of teachers at SMP Negeri 24 Ogan Komering Ulu is in a good category, this can be seen from the majority of teachers obeying and carrying out what has become the prevailing rules and norms. Teacher performance is also in the good category as evidenced by the increasing quality of learning and the results of graduates from students who can enter public high schools, if their private schools get top ten report cards. The pattern of guidance and supervision of school principals in improving teacher discipline and performance at SMP Negeri 24 Ogan Komering Ulu is by coaching teacher performance, namely following seminars and training, supervision or supervision of performance in the form of class visits every week and once a month, disciplinary fostering of educational personnel by directly monitoring teacher attendance, providing motivation, and awarding teachers in the form of awards given at each annual event.

This study uses qualitative research, the subject of this research is public relations management in SMP IT Al-Hijrah Deli Serdang  in shaping the quality of digital-based education services. Digitalization systems in improving the quality of education services such as using virtual accounts in the process of paying school fees. The role of public relations in improving the quality of digitalization-based education at SMP IT Al-Hijrah Deli Serdang . Already implementing a digitalization system in conveying information about student development, student financial administration, attendance, student and teacher attendance and so on The policies formulated by SMP IT Al-Hijrah Deli Serdang  related to the implementation of public relations management in improving digitalization-based education services have been formulated properly and accordingly the needs of stakeholders are also realized through various strategic programs. Although overall it has not yet fulfilled the stages of good policy formulation. Public relations management has a role in the dissemination of policies and commitment in implementing the ability to improve the quality of education based on digitalization at SMP IT Al-Hijrah Deli Serdang , the management planning process in improving digitalization-based education services is considered sufficient. good and cooperative by involving related elements. The role of public relations management in improving the quality of digitalization-based education services still tends to be a reactive formal institution but less progressive so that the organization has not been able to accelerate the process of implementing digitalization-based education quality services at SMP IT Al-Hijrah Deli Serdang  so that the image of public relations management in improving the quality of education services is still lacking. and due to a lack of commitment from all stakeholders at SMP IT Al-Hijrah Deli Serdang .

Teacher attendance or student absenteeism is currently carried out manually. Therefore, researchers developed an Android-based application, with the aim of making it easier for teachers to carry out the student attendance process. This system is equipped with an SMS Gateway. So that with the system created, parents can monitor the attendance of their children in the course and training institutions. The SMS system gateway has an auto-response facility and by adopting an application from the Gammu system to bridge the SMS  database Gateway to convey data to the SMS device using one of the search methods, namely the first wide search method, breadth-first search with reading and looking for connected data one by one. to data communication client-server. Using JSON as data exchange between the Android application and the web server for the student database. From the results of the tests that have been carried out, this student attendance application runs as desired with existing functions.Keywords:SMS Gateway, Android, Attendance, Breadth-First Search, Gammu.

In Niger, one of the poorest countries in the world, 85 per cent of adults are unable to read or write, even in local languages. Adult education programmes can be a route to improving adult literacy rates, but non-governmental organisation (NGO) and government schemes are characterised with low enrolment, high dropout, and poor teacher attendance. In partnership with the Ministry of Education, Catholic Relief Services, the Sahel Group, and Tufts University, regular phone calls and motivational support were given to teachers to encourage and monitor attendance of adult education programmes between 2018 and 2019. The impact of this project directly led to improved reading and maths scores. Based on this evidence, the approach has been tested by the Ministry of Education in primary schools.

The Open Data Kit (ODK) originated as a google.org initiative where research efforts were focused on applying technology to assist developing countries in the health and environment sectors. ODK is an open-source tool that helps organizations, writers / researchers, field workers, and manage mobile data collection solutions. Its goal is to create open-source and standards-based tools that are easy to try, easy to use, easy to modify and easy to measure. This research was conducted to help teachers and Korwil Operators to collect and manage teacher attendance data at each elementary school in Ciater sub-district by utilizing the Open Data Kit as a medium for collecting and managing primary school teacher attendance data. This research was conducted by conducting literature studies, interviews and observations, and studying the use of the Open Data Kit. Furthermore, the stages will be carried out to define the needs of analysis, design and implementation. The final result of this research is a presence data collection application that utilizes the Open Data Kit as a medium consisting of ODK Collect as a data collection tool and ODK Aggregate as a tool for managing data.

The purpose of this study is to improve teacher discipline, namely time attendance and time to carry out learning. This study consisted of two cycles where each cycle consisted of four activity stages, namely the action plan stage, the action implementation stage, the observation stage and the reflection stage. The results showed that there was a very significant increase in teacher time discipline through the application of Reward and Punishment. In the category of teacher attendance at school, in the pre-cycle it was only 29.41% but in the second cycle it increased to 88.24%. For the category of carrying out learning activities, it also increased from 41.18% in the pre-cycle to 100% in the second cycle. Like wise for the category of ending learning, where in the pre-cycle it only reached 17.65%, it increased to 94.12%.

This study aims to evaluate the implementation process of the tahfizh Alquran learning program at SDIT DOD Deli Serdang through one of the components of the CIPP evaluation model, namely, Process Evaluation. The research question is focused on; 1. How is the implementation of the Tahfzih Al-Quran learning program? 2. What are the supporting factors for the implementation of the Tahfzih Al-Quran Learning Program, and 3. What are the inhibiting factors for the implementation of the Tahfzih Al-Quran learning program at SDIT DOD Deli Serdang? This research was conducted at SDIT DOD Deli Serdang. This study used a qualitative research method with an evaluation approach as the blade of analysis. Sources of data were obtained from the head of the foundation, the principal, the deputy principal, the tahfizh teachers, the homeroom teacher and assistant, the students' parents, and the students, through three methods, namely observation, interviews, and documents. The results of this study are that the implementation of the program has not been as planned, the teacher has not mastered the learning material, the learning method varies with the adjustment of the student's ability level, has not used electronic-based learning media, the students have not been able to follow the memorization target, and not all students can repeat/learn ' ah memorization. Supporting factors for the Alquran tahfizh program at SDIT DOD Deli Serdang; The willingness of teachers to improve the quality of themselves in tahsin and tahfizh of the Koran, concern for parents, the establishment of a tahfizh Al-Quran learning program as part of the school's vision and mission, the enthusiasm of teachers in improving self-quality in reading and memorizing the Koran, communication between teachers and parents. Inhibiting factors for the Alquran tahfizh program at SDIT DOD Deli Serdang; Lack of budget, teacher quality, transfer students, teacher attendance, teacher ability, parents' ability Koran, school facilities, on average students have career parents. There is no awareness of students to repeat their memorization.

Analysis of the quality of educational services is very important for progress ofeducational organization to more improved service. This research aimed to analyse thequality of education equality program paket C in the LPKA Clas 1 Kutoarjo, and forlook resistor and support factors in realizing quality educational service of equalityprogram paket C in the LPKA Clas 1 Kutoarjo To obtain an answer from its intendeddestination, the research approach used is qualitative by using five dimensions ofservice quality that is tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy, andfive factors inhibiting and supporting the quality of service that is a factor of awarenessof employees, agencies/organizations, capacity/skills officer, employee interaction,climate and labor relations.The results showed that the quality of education services inequality Packet program c in LPKA Class 1 Kutoarjo is good enough, an outline ofsome of the dimensions of service quality are met such as educational facilities areavailable, atmosphere learning cozy, a place of education accessible, employeeattitudes is set in the guidelines the treatment of children in LPKA educationalrequirements and procedures that apply to the conditions, a good employer responsesconcerned with students, conduct service management system a good education,education fair and non discriminate. Although there are some things that still hasshortcomings such as the number of teaching staff, teacher attendance rates and othersupporting facilities. Furthermore, to assurance a time education is still not good, thecertainty of a teacher who can not be present on schedule, inhibits the teaching andlearning activities. So the problem assurance a time education is still needing repair sothat can give quality education service.
