Government Regulation (PP) No.37 of 2012 and Perda (Qanun) No. 7 of 2018 is the cornerstone of watershed management in Aceh. Krueng Aceh watershed is a priority watershed whose condition is critical, the management of Krueng Aceh watershed requires integrated handling by relevant stakeholders. This study aims to analyze PP, Qanun, stakeholders of Krueng Aceh watershed management and policy implementation based on changes in watershed biophysical conditions. The analysis used by this study is an analysis of changes in the biophysical condition of the watershed, stakeholder analysis, and policy implementation analysis. Based on the results of the analysis of the biophysical condition of the watershed, the cover of the Krueng Aceh watershed in the last 10 years showed a very significant change in 2020, this change has an impact on the condition of watershed hydrology where there is a maximum river discharge change in 2020 of 15.78 m³ / second compared to 2019 of 10.09 m³ / second. From the deepening of the contents of PP and Qanun, it is known that the main things of watershed management activities are; increased watershed carrying capacity, water resource management, and spatial arrangement. There are 20 stakeholders involved in the management of the Krueng Aceh watershed, government stakeholders have high interests and resources to carry out activities. When viewed from the biophysical condition of the watershed in 2020 and associated with legislation, stakeholder analysis, and policy implementation analysis, it can be said that integrated watershed management activities have not been run  with the contents of the policy. To realize this, the PP and Qanun orders must be implemented strictly, the Integrated Watershed Management Coordination Team (TKPDAS-T) that has been established must be as soon as possible to realize the implementation of integrated watershed management policies.

Abstract This article deals with relatively young field of cryptography, namely cryptography based on the theory of infinite abstract groups. The research identifies the main problems on which this type of cryptography is based, and the cryptoanalysis conducts of one of the algorithms grounded on the problem of mating (conjugate) element finding, on the base of which the protocol for common key generating is developed. As the algorithm under study, the protocol for generating the common key based on Anshel-Anshel-Goldfeld algorithm, built on the algebraic braid groups, is investigated. During the study of this protocol, one of possible cyberattacks was identified, which allows to get hold of the secret keys of subscribers. To eliminate and to neutralize this span–cyberattack, the new modification of Anshel–Anshel– Goldfeld (AAG) algorithm was developed, which significantly reduces the probability of this cyberattack successful implementation. Analysis of this modification operating time was carried out also.

Implementation of the functions of The Village Government (BPD) had a major role in achieving the performance of governance in the village. The effectiveness in carrying out the functions was determined by the synchronization related to the factors such as supervision, policy-making, and delivery of the aspirations of the people. To answer this, the study was intended to analyze the implementation of the function of BPD in Donowarih Village by using qualitative approach-based software with tools of the analysis Nvivo. Data coleection was obtained through observation, interviews with relevant stakeholders, and the study of literature. The stages of analysis was conducted by using Nvivo begins with an assessment of the three functions of BPD as embodied in Article 55 of Law No. 6 of 2014 about the Village. The results of this research showed that implementation of the functions of BPD in Donowarih Village was less effective caused by several factors, among others: the composition of human resources, facilities support activities of BPD, the differentiation of the major work of each member of the BPD, and the lack of benefits received by BPD members. Therefore, implementation of the function of BPD in Donowarih Village was less than the maximum due to such factors greatly affecting the performance of the glittering efforts of governance in the Donowarih Village.

ObjectiveAnalysis of participatory approaches to developing health interventions for migrants and how approaches embody core participatory principles of inclusivity and democracy.DesignA systematic review of original articles. Electronic searches within the databases MEDLINE, Embase, Global Health and PsychINFO (from inception—November 2020).Eligibility criteria for study selectionOriginal peer-reviewed articles reporting research to develop and implement a health intervention for migrants, incorporating participatory approaches. We defined migrants as foreign-born individuals. Only articles reporting the full research cycle (inception, design, implementation, analysis, evaluation, dissemination) were included.Data extractionWe extracted information related to who was involved in research (migrants or other non-academic stakeholders), the research stage at which they were involved (inception, design, implementation, analysis, evaluation, dissemination), the method of their involvement and how this aligned with the core principles of participatory research—categorising studies as exhibiting active or pseudo (including proxy and indirect) participation.Results1793 publications were screened, of which 28 were included in our analysis. We found substantial variation in the application of participatory approaches in designing health interventions targeting migrants: across 168 individual research stages analysed across the 28 studies, we recorded 46 instances of active participation of migrants, 30 instances of proxy participation and 24 instances of indirect participation. All studies involved non-academic stakeholders in at least one stage of the research, only two studies exhibited evidence of active participation of migrants across all research stages. Evidence is limited due to the variability of terms and approaches used.ConclusionsImportant shortfalls in the meaningful inclusion of migrants in developing health interventions exist, suggesting a more rigorous and standardised approach is warranted to better define and deliver participatory research and improve quality.RegistrationThis review followed Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis guidelines and is registered on the Open Science Framework (osf.io/2bnz5).

Similar to the concept of “Smart Cities”, “Smart Tourism” has undoubtedly become a promising field of research, and “the” buzzword in the last five years. But how much of this is “smart washing”, and how much progress has really been made? We focus on the adoption and implementation of technological innovations to analyze the publicly available descriptions of Smart Tourism projects implemented in Europe according to the stringent technological criteria of contemporary Smart Tourism definitions. The results show that the vast majority of projects branded as “smart” predominantly pursue environmental sustainability goals, but do not feature advanced technology that meets the Smart Actionable attribute criteria, and do not address social sustainability issues to the same extent as the environmental ones.
