The European Union is in the initial phase of managing the conditions for the growth of artificial intelligence. Assuming that the above-mentioned electronic technology of the future should be trustworthy, guarantee the safety of its users and develop under human leadership, the Union should be able to convince the Member States of the necessary need for all interested parties to apply modern electronic technologies in practice while respecting European values, principles and human rights. The above common goal, extremely important for the future of European societies, and a uniform unified strategy for achieving it, binds the EU Member States. The above statement applies to all EU Member States, including those with above-average ambitions to become European leaders in the use of artificial intelligence for economic and social development. Considering that the European Union is competing with the USA and China, it is justified to ask whether the strategy of the development and use of artificial intelligence intended by the European Union will enable the achievement of the above goal?

The article analyzes the literature and provides an assessment of the development of the stock market in the Russian Federation between 2016–2020. Today, the process of improving electronic technologies for carrying out operations in the stock market is also a continuing segment of the financial market. A methodology for assessing the development of the stock market in the example of the Russian Federation is proposed, with a description of the essence of the assessment indicator, the calculation formula and the threshold value. According to the results of the assessment and to the author’s proposed methodology, measures are proposed to improve the work of the stock market.

Abstract Dielectric materials developed from Tantalum (Ta) doped AgNbO3 (ATN) show excellent properties in variety of electronic technologies. In the temperature range of 70 to 400 °C, four major dielectric abnormalities were observed in ATN (x = 0.1) while in ATN (x = 0.2) the maxima of M1-M2 phase shift to low temperature value. ATN ceramics’ dielectric properties dominate temperature and electric field-based performance, which has a major effect on their properties. This study looked into the dielectric properties in ATN.

The article focuses on the little-studied interrelationship between the human way of being and education. The goal of the study is twofold. First, it is to reconstruct the image of the individual that lies at the basis of the scholars’ worldview. Secondly, it is to develop a model of philosophy that would correspond to this image and correlate with the problems and challenges of modern education. Drawing attention to the widespread use of information and electronic technologies in education, the author argues that the model of human being as embodied presence (embodiment) is very important for pedagogical activities. The significance of this model is that it enables to distinguish the meaning-making dimension of human consciousness so needed by contemporary education. The author demonstrates that an individual sees and cognizes the world not so much with the organs that are available and ready, but rather with those that are constituted in the acts of reflexing. Meaning, therefore, is the reflexive functional organ that reproduces the substance of the personality of a human being as a student. The author also notes that the perception and comprehension of the world is carried out from the perspectives of both the “pure” and the embodied mind. Thus, one of the main tasks of education is to engage and reveal the mind-body system as a source of the subject’s meaning-making activity. So, orienting education towards the individual as a being who does not possess meanings but searches for them will succeed only if the human being is viewed as an integral whole rather than as separate parts. The author concludes that both philosophy and pedagogy need to develop educational anthropology, an interdisciplinary area that would explore the subject of education in the integrity of their three dimensions – mind, body and language, taken as sources of creating meanings.

Abstract The active devoted of the information technologies in medicine significantly facilitates the work of a doctor, but also creates a number of problems. One of them is related to the use in practice of documents on electronic media, including electronic medical records, and is related to personal information about the patient, which is strictly confidential and which can be stolen by unauthorized access using the capabilities of the Internet and especially social networks. Another problem associated with the use of electronic media is the possibility of uncontrolled introduction of false or erroneous information about the patient. One way to avoid mistakes associated with transferring information about one patient to an electronic document of another is to strictly identify each block of information. The importance of modern distance and multimedia teaching methods in the teaching process is emphasized. It is concluded that the future development of medical education in general, and the teaching of nervous diseases in particular, is associated with the combination of traditional methods with the capabilities of modern technical methods. Despite all the objective difficulties, it is vital to correct the situation. And here the professional experience of the doctor plays an important role. Given the fact that the use of these technologies is expanding more and more every year, the understanding of the complexities associated, with the ethical component of these methods, must be taken into account now.

The development of electronic implantable medical devices (IMD) has been increasing over the years, targeting very diverse applications and implementing different technologies. The impact of IMDs in the treatment of different ailments like Parkinson’s disease, hearing impairment, heart arrhythmia, and chronic pain, among many others, has been notorious and inspired their exploration to treat other health problems. Even when there is great interest in the scientific community for the exploration and development of IMDs, no standards are ruling its development. This lack of standardization is the reason why the analysis of the tendencies of this area from the technical point of view becomes complex. The analysis of the tendencies in the development of IMD devices required the exploration of diverse sources, which describe heterogeneous systems using very different approaches and methodologies for similar problems. In this paper an open SQL database intended for collecting information from IMD publications is presented; at this point, more than 200 published works are feed in the database covering a period from 1974 to 2018. This database is extensible and enables researchers to find trends and explore the development of IMDs from a broader perspective. We also used this database as a proof of concept to explore some general trends in the design of  IMDs based on the included works.
