Приведены обзор существующих средств получения гомогенных фракций семян и результаты исследований влияния технологических параметров диэлектрического сепаратора на качество разделения семян пряноароматических культур семейства зонтичные (Apiaceae) для введения их в рецептуру пищевых продуктов. Измерение толщины полиэтиленового покрытия выполняли c применением тестеров CHYCA и CHYCB (Labthink Instruments, США), соответствующих требованиям стандартов ASTM и ISO. Тестер CHYСА обеспечивал автоматическую подачу образцов. Для контроля измерений использовали микрометр листовой с циферблатом для измерения толщины листов и лент (ГОСТ 650790). Специальная вытянутая форма скобы микрометра удобна для измерений толщин на некотором удалении от кромки листа. Установлены технологические параметры сепаратора диэлектрического лабораторного для семян укропа, тмина и кориандра: напряжение и частота питающей сети 230/50 В/Гц потребляемая мощность (0,7 0,2) кВт производительность (5,0 0,5 ) кг/ч напряжение на бифилярной обмотке 0,91,5 кВ. Провод для бифилярной обмотки АПВ2,5 количество фракций после сепарации 3 материал барабана бакелит (винипласт) диаметр барабана 220,0 мм длина образующей барабана 400,0 мм частота вращения рабочего органа 22,0 мин1 толщина полиэтиленового покрытия 4060 мкм количество обслуживающего персонала 1 чел. The review of existing means of obtaining homogeneous fractions of seeds and the results of studies of the influence of the technological parameters of the dielectric separator on the quality of the separation of seeds of aromatic cultures of the family Umbrella (Apiaceae) for their include in recipe of food products. The thickness measurement of the polyethylene coating was performed by a CHYCA or CHYCB tester manufactured by Labthink Instruments, USA, meeting the requirements of ASTM and ISO standards. Tester CHYCA provided automatically feed samples. For control measurements used the sheet with a micrometer dial for measuring the thickness of the sheets and strips (GOST 650790). The special elongated shape of the micrometer bracket is convenient for thickness measurements at some distance from the sheet edge. Preestablished technological parameters of the separator dielectric laboratory for fennel seeds, cumin and coriander: voltage and mains frequency 230/50 V/Hz drum material bakelite (viniplast) drum diameter 220,0 mm length of the forming drum 400,0 mm rotation speed of the working body 22 min1 thickness of polyethylene coating 4060 microns power consumption (0,7 0,2) kW productivity (5,0 0,5) kg/h voltage on a bifilar winding 0,91,5 kV. Wire for bifilar winding APV2,5 number of fractions after separation 3 number of staff 1 person.

The paper reports the consideration of basic methods used at PC "Volga Pipe Plant" for processing large diameter pipe ends. Each of the methods used at the plant does not meet current requirements of the market that is why the necessity of a new processing method arose.

Most of the Russian Federation zones has a continental climate and significant amplitude of temperature fluctuations in the autumn-winter and spring periods are one of the most urgent problems of wintering the grape plants. The conducted researches showed that among the introduced varieties of grapes, studied in the conditions of the Omsk region, the two groups of varieties with a degree of freezing of eyes are distinguished in the average for 2012-. 2016 years at the level of the control grade Katyr (26.3%) - Ayar -27.3, Tukay - 31.5%; the freezing is higher than the control grade level in the following varieties: GF -2-7-2 - 42.2, Agat Donskoy - 47.6, Edna 48.1, Moscovityanin -53.3%. The prospects for growing grapes in trench culture in the Omsk region are varieties with a relatively stable and potentially high productivity, such as Tukay, Edna, an average of 5.2 and 5.0, a maximum of 8.8 and 11.4 kilogramm per bush, and Agat Donskoy and GF -2-7-2, an average of 4.9 and 4.7, a maximum of 12.4 and 10.1 kilogramm per bush. The results of overwintering of grapes in trench culture largely depend on the presence and height of the snow cover, it is recommended to use additional insulation of trenches over the polyethylene coating with a layer of sawdust or humus in conditions of the Omsk region in the absence or a small snow cover.

Long-distance transmission pipelines with 3PE coating undergo a two-stage failure process, including the damage process of three-layer polyethylene coating and the failure process of metal pipelines. The two stages are random and independent of each other. A reliability model of transmission pipelines under periodic inspection is presented with the assumptions of delay-time concepts. Functions of maximum likelihood estimations and the goodness of model fit are given. The effect of the inspection interval on reliability is investigated. A case study of Xinqin natural gas transmission pipelines is presented. Data of the pitting depth are obtained at 43 excavation locations. Best estimations of distribution parameters are obtained in a genetic algorithm search. Results show that the average time of coating damage is around 1.04 years. The failure probability of a pipe segment after 36 years’ operation is 1.1E−3 if no inspections are carried out. The failure probability is around 5.5 times the failure probability of a pipe segment with a 6-year periodic inspection. The sensitivity of variance of distribution parameters to failure probability is presented.

We attempted to use polyethylene (PE) to coat the surface of the cathode material in order to suppress these unnecessary reac-tion, and the results obtained via electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) suggest the growth of the SEI resistance and charge trans-fer resistance was suppressed in the samples consisting of 0.1 wt% PE-coated Li[(Ni0.6Co0.1Mn0.3)0.36(Ni0.80Co0.15Al0.05)0.64)]O2 (NCS). The initial discharge capacity of the coated material was of 190.56 mAhg-1 at 0.1 C between 3.0 and 4.3 V, and 94.6 % of this capacity was retained after 30 cycles. A notable of effect of the PE coating, is that the resulting exothermic temperature appears at approximately 258.1 °C, which is higher than that for bare NCS at 249.3 °C.
