In this paper, a slot antenna array based on a half-mode substrate integrated waveguide (HMSIW) is presented, integrating a series of linearly tapered slots for wireless broadband applications in millimeter-wave frequencies. The slots are etched on the upper layer of HMSIW, which radiates the energy from the open side of HMSIW, exhibiting a near broadside radiation pattern. Two identical sets of back-to-back printed antenna arrays are cross-lap joined to form a quad sector antenna providing 360° coverage. The proposed antenna occupies a volume of 20 × 20 × 70 mm3. The measured bandwidth is 1.81 GHz (6.53%) for Voltage to Standing Wave Ratio (VSWR) 3:1 from 26.8 to 28.6 GHz, while the peak measured gain and efficiency of single antenna array were 14.2 dB and 71.3%, respectively, at 27.5 GHz. Furthermore, the sidelobe level in the azimuth plane was observed to be 17.75 dB. The performance of the proposed antenna is measured, and a good agreement between simulation and measured results is observed over the frequency range of 27.5–28.35 GHz for millimeter-wave 5G applications.

Abstract Introduction: Cancer rectum and sigmoid is increasing nowadays. Resection is done by open and laparoscopic approaches. Laparoscopic approach is not available in many sites worldwide. Aim of this study: To analyze the outcomes of open side to end (antegrade) colorectal single stapling anastomosis versus open end to end (retrograde) Trans-anal colorectal stapling anastomosis in non-emergent sigmoid and rectal cancers open surgery in adults.Patients and Methods: Randomized controlled trial was performed on patients with sigmoid and rectal cancers between September 2016 and September 2018. Results: The majority of studied group were between 50-70 years with mean of 62.58±12.3 years and 61.03±13.98 years in group A and group B respectively. Intraoperative data showed no significant difference was founded between studied group except at operative time and mean anastomotic time as group A was significantly shorter. Univariate analysis showed that perioperative blood loss, length of stay, reoperation, inpatient death, infection and bleeding were significantly associated with leakage. Multivariate analysis of anastomotic leak showed that infection is the only independent predictors for anastomotic leak. There is statistically significant change as regard range of bowel frequency in end to end group only (p=0.04) and there is statistically significant difference as regard incontinence for Flatus in side to end group only (p=0.00) .There is statistically significant change in both group regard Incontinence for liquid stools(p=0.00) and Clustering of stool(p=0.00 and p=0.043).The quality of life in Antegrade group significantly drop at 6 months and return to baseline after that as regard PWB, FWB and CCS with no difference as regard SWB & EWB while in retrograde group, the same change happened only as regard PWB & FWB but SWB and CCS percentage didn’t return to baselineConclusion: The side-to-end anastomoses approach is a safe approach of anastomosis and may be used as alternative to retrograde approach.

The double traveling salesman problem with multiple stacks involves the transportation of goods between two regions. In one region, a vehicle carrying a container visits customers, where pallets of goods are loaded into the container. The container is then shipped to a different region, where another vehicle visits another set of customers where the pallets are unloaded. Pallets are loaded in several rows inside the container, where each row follows the last-in-first-out principle. The standard test instances for the double traveling salesman problem with multiple stacks implies the use of a 45-foot pallet wide container to carry EUR-1 pallets. This paper investigates the effect on transportation costs if an open side container could be used when transporting the pallets. Computational experiments show savings in transportation costs of up to 20%. Moreover, by using a container loaded from the side, rather than from the rear, the defining attributes of the double traveling salesman problem seem to be lost.

Suha klobasa is a popular dry-cured sausage that is produced practically everywhere in Slovenia. The aim of this study was to investigate the main characteristics of Suha klobasa produced by different manufacturers across five different informal regions of Slovenia. Products from 31 producers, as households (11), small workshops (15) or industrial plants (3) were analysed for pH value, moisture, protein, fat, and ash, as well as for their sensory parameters, according to assessments of four profiles: appearance, texture, smell and aroma. Technological production procedures were evaluated on the basis of a survey. In average Slovenian Suha klobasa pork is used, also Suha klobasa is characterized by slow ripening and smoking or without smoking but overgrown with mould. It is always filled in a small diameter casings (32-34 mm) of the pig small intestine or permeable casings, formed in two equal-length-halves and on one side (open side) looped around, often with a wooden stick. According to the regions of Slovenia, several types of Suha klobasa can be distinguish that are defined by sausage length and surface colour, mosaic and porousness on the one hand, and acid, smoke, mould, rancid smell/aroma on the other. Suha klobasa originated from different manufacturing practices differ in visual characteristics of product (size, equality and mould), in cross-section (mosaic, porousness and glassines), and texture (hardness, toughness and integrity) but not in olfactory and aroma profile.

Traders do not wash hands at the time and before touched food and there are peddle food in the open side of the road and touch the food without using tools. This indicates that the risk of food sold can be contaminated with germs that cause foodborne illness. The aim of research to measure the correlation between knowledge, attitude and practice with the hygiene and sanitation of street food. This research is quantitative research with a cross-sectional design. The population of this research is all traders in the roadside in Elementary School 20 and 24 Banda Aceh which amount to 54 people and also become a sample of research. From the result of research known there is no relation between knowledge with hygiene sanitation of street food trader in elementary school with p-value 0,146. there is a correlation between attitude with hygiene sanitation of street food merchants in elementary school with 0,041. there is a correlation between the action with hygiene sanitation of street food vendors in elementary school with p-value 0,042. It is expected that the socialization of the Health Office on the importance of food sanitation hygiene to the traders.Pedagang tidak mencuci tangan saat dan sebelum menjamah makanan ada yang menjajakan makanan dalam keadaan terbuka dipinggir jalan serta menjamah makanan tanpa menggunakan alat. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa adanya risiko makanan yang dijajakan dapat tercemar kuman penyakit yang mengakibatkan penyakit bawaan makanan. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengukur hubungan pengetahuan, sikap dan tindakan dengan hygiene dan sanitasi makanan jajanan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan rancangan cross sectional. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh pedagang yang ada di pinggir jalan di Sekolah Dasar 20 dan 24 Banda Aceh yang berjumlah 54 orang dan sekaligus menjadi sampel penelitian. Hasil penelitian diketahui tidak ada hubungan antara pengetahuan dengan hygiene sanitasi pedagang makanan jajanan di pinggir jalan di Sekolah Dasar dengan p value 0,146. ada hubungan antara sikap dengan hygiene sanitasi pedagang makanan jajanan di pinggir jalan di Sekolah Dasar dengan 0,041. ada hubungan antara tindakan dengan hygiene sanitasi pedagang makanan jajanan di pinggir jalan di Sekolah Dasar dengan p value 0,042. Diharapkan adanya sosialisasi dari Dinas Kesehatan tentang pentingnya higiene sanitasi makanan kepada para pedagang.

<p><em>The background  that make educational fishery tourism in Tanjung kodok feasible to be developed is the opportunity to improve tourism potency in Tanjung Kodok, Lamongan Regency, to raise effectiveness of fishery which is basic potential in Lamongan, and to provide educational recreation for tourists of all ages in Tanjung Kodok. Its problem solving has been formulated by designing resort in Tanjung Kodok, Lamongan regency, with Ecological Architecture based on plan and design concept.The aim that can be attained of the research  is making a green resort generally for Indonesian people and especially for East Java People in order to enjoy educational fishery tourism in Tanjung Kodok without putting aside its Ecological Architecture approach. Method used to solve the threat of environmental damage is applying Ecological Architecture on its plan and design.The design concept related to Ecological Architecture approach includes building orientation facing the north and south, vertical garden installment as a sunscreen for an open side facing besides north and south,  the application of fountain as natural cooler in the site, the use of trees as natural shade on public area, mangrove plantation for shore conserving, the utilizing of raindrop reservoir located on the site, and the application of plants roof on every building. </em></p><p><em> </em></p><p><strong><em>Keywords:</em></strong><strong> </strong><em>Educational </em><em>Fishery Tourism, Ecology Architecture, Plants Roof, Vertical</em><strong><em> </em></strong><em>Garden</em></p>
