The augmented reality (AR) system requires markers to recognize and locate virtual objects on the screens of mobile devices. However, both markers and objects must be registered via the online platform in advance. In addition, an AR marker can only pair with a fixed set of virtual objects, limiting the flexibility and immediacy of changing and updating these data. This paper incorporates the quick response barcode (QR code) into the AR system to address these issues. We propose an algorithm with two vital goals, including (1) generating differentiated virtual objects for different target users by using only one QR code as the marker and (2) concealing different private authentication in QR modules by applying the error correction capability. We then demonstrate the proposed approach via a simulation of two practical scenarios, the electronic catalogs for business applications, and differentiated instructional materials for digital learning. This paper contributes to AR and QR code research and practices.

The issues of reducing time and labor costs for document processing, expanding and improving the quality of bibliographic records (BR), library products and services continue to be actual in Russian libraries. To accomplish these tasks, various projects of corporate library interaction are being implemented, aimed at solving the issues of acquisition, cataloguing, creation of central and distributed catalogs and user services. Library cooperation in cataloguing allows providing libraries with the possibility of mutual records use with their subsequent improvement and promotes unification of BR elements. The purpose of the article is to identify the problems that hinder the effectiveness of creating and using electronic catalogue BR in SPSTL SB RAS. It also shows the difficulties faced by the library cataloguers when borrowing records from the Russian Book Chamber database (RBC DB). It is noted that by borrowing records from the RBC DB, SPSTL SB RAS provides an opportunity to use its EC to the libraries of the research institutions of SB RAS (SRI of SB RAS). The article also demonstrates the experience of the Unified Automation Center (UAC) of SPSTL SB RAS, which contains information resources of libraries of the research institutions of SB RAS. Electronic catalogs and databases of these libraries are presented on the website of SPSTL SB RAS in the «Electronic catalogs and databases of the Library System of the research institutions of SB RAS». The conclusions are made that when borrowing records from the library electronic catalogs, the question of their quality and uniformity is left open, using the technology of corporate cataloguing brings significant advantages to the work of libraries. On the one hand, it allows to save labor and time resources by ready-made records of the RBC DB, on the other hand – to provide an opportunity to use BR by other libraries, while advertising their own information resources.

The urgency of the problem is associated with an increase in the number of electronic resources in many information and library institutions, the need to search for information from any sources, including external ones, the provision of documents from a group of funds (corporations), the presence of electronic catalogs and search systems. Finding information from catalogs and other search engines has always preceded the execution of orders in the interlibrary service. Borrowing and using documents from different collections (provision of interlibrary services) is possible only if there is up-to-date metadata of modern information retrieval systems (ISS). The purpose of the article is to summarize the results of studying several types of search engines. At the same time, attention was drawn to new scientific publications on the topic under study. An analysis of domestic and foreign materials on the options for searching for information is presented, which is very necessary for users, including those who are remote in the provision of interlibrary services.

The article discusses approaches and solutions aimed at increasing the productivity of engineering departments, where CAD software solutions are actively used. In the manufacture of machine parts, it becomes necessary to design technological equipment. Elements of machine tools can be prepared and placed in electronic catalogs (libraries), which in an automated mode will create a set of parametric models of the required technological equipment of machine tools. In this case, the accuracy and quality of modeling will be achieved by excluding the human factor from the design process. The development of such software solutions is implemented by means and components of the open geometric kernel Open Cascade, which has great potential both in the field of modeling and scientific computing.

This paper analyzes the problem of global rotation in general relativity (GR) theory. Simple cosmological models with rotation and expansion are presented, which give a natural explanation of the modern values of the acceleration parameter at different red shifts without involving the concepts of “dark energy” and “dark matter”. It is shown that due to the smallness of the cosmological rotation, for its detection one should use observations that do not depend on the magnitude of the angular velocity of the Universe. Such tests include the effects of the cosmic mirror and the cosmic lens. For the first time on the basis of modern electronic catalogs the search on the celestial sphere of images of our Galaxy and other galaxies is made. Viable candidates for both effects have been found.

We tryed to formalize various aspects of distance education in the form of speculative validity indicators based on calculating the relative frequency of students and teachers opinions. Methods of survey, questioning, systematization of information from open sources in electronic catalogs and publications on the Internet were used. The systematized nominal information was classified according to the selected dichotomous bases. There are 10 reasons (factors) for evaluating the advantages and disadvantages of distance learning. 26 aspects-variables of distance education were identified. Promising areas for further research are outlined.

The study aims to determine the concept of criminal liability for work group errors in the procurement of goods or services. This research is normative legal research. The Concept of Criminal Liability for Errors of the Working Group in the Procurement of Goods and Services, namely all acts or actions that are illegal That is, that actions or actions in the procurement of goods or services are not in accordance with the laws and regulations starting from the stage of carrying out the preparation and implementation of selection of providers, carrying out preparation and implementation of selection of providers for electronic catalogs, and determining the winner/provider for the selection method. What results in a loss of state loss is a criminal act as stipulated in the law on corruption, namely Article 2 or Article 3 of the Republic of Indonesia Law Number 20 of 2001 concerning the Eradication of Corruption Crime changes to the Republic of Indonesia Law Number 31 of 1999 concerning Eradication Corruption Crime.
