AbstractThe development and use of intelligent drilling rigs make it available to obtain accurate lithology data of blast drilling. In order to make full use of drilling data to improve blasting efficiency, the following research was carried out. First, a database is established to manage and store the blast hole data recognized by the intelligent drill. Secondly, the blast hole lithology data is taken as a sample, and the inverse distance square method is used to interpolate the blasting range's solid elements to generate a three-dimensional solid model of the blasting rock mass. Afterward, the blasting range polygon and stope triangle grid are used successively in the solid model to obtain the cut 3D solid model of the blasting rock mass; finally, the blast hole charge is calculated based on the cut 3D solid model of the blasting rock. The C++ programming language is used to realize all the blast hole charge amount processes based on the three-dimensional solid model of the blasting rock mass. With the application example of No. 918 bench blasting of Shengli Open-pit Coal Mine in Xilinhot, Inner Mongolia, the blast hole charge amount in the blasting area is calculated and compared with the results of single hole rock property calculation, the results show that the blast hole charge calculated by three-dimensional rock mass model can be effectively reduced.

The fruit fly optimization algorithm-general regression neural network (FOA-GRNN) coupled model and the Finite Element Method-Smoothed Particle Hydrodynamics (FEM-SPH) numerical calculation method are comprehensively used. The control problem of blasting vibration in the process of mining hidden resources under complex environmental conditions has been studied. Taking a lead-zinc mine as the engineering background, the development of hidden resources in the collapse area due to unreasonable mining was studied. Based on the establishment of the first mining stope and its mining method in this area, biosimulation and generalized neural networks were introduced to solve this problem, the coupling of blasting parameters was analyzed, and the 3D nonlinear dynamic coupling model was constructed for numerical simulation. The results show that the blasting parameters of deep-hole mining were optimized, including the values of six output quantities: hole distance, row spacing, side hole distance, explosive unit consumption, minimum resistance line, and interval ratio (the Root Mean Squared Error value is only 0.051). The error between the network optimization parameters and the empirically obtained values was controlled to within 0.05; five possible edge-hole charge structures were designed (the interval ratio is 0.696), and the vibration velocity peak and pressure peak variations with time after detonation are reflected by the simulation results. The dynamic evolution law of the rock mass velocity vector and the damage of the rock damage was revealed. According to the analysis in this paper, the smallest and optimal edge-hole charge structure of the surrounding rock was obtained.

AbstractWe investigate the absorption of planar massless scalar waves by a charged rotating stringy black hole, namely a Kerr–Sen black hole. We compute numerically the absorption cross section and compare our results with those of the Kerr–Newman black hole, a classical general relativity solution. In order to better compare both charged black holes, we define the ratio of the black hole charge to the extreme charge as Q. We conclude that Kerr–Sen and Kerr–Newman black holes have a similar absorption cross section, with the difference increasing for higher values of Q.

Imidacloprid (IMD) is a toxic pesticide, and is one of the eight most widely used pesticides globally. Heterogeneous photocatalysis has often been investigated in recent years and can be successfully applied to remove imidacloprid from water. However, less investigated is the toxic effect of both the photocatalyst and the pesticide on aquatic life. Titanium dioxide (TiO2) remains the most effective photocatalyst, provided it is not toxic to the aquatic environment. This study investigated the TiO2 synthesis, characterisation, and photocatalytic activity on imidacloprid degradation and the toxicity of TiO2 nanoparticles and imidacloprid on the green algae Chlorella vulgaris. In the photodegradation process of IMD (initial concentration of 20 mg/L), electrons play an essential role; the degradation efficiency of IMD after 6 h increased from 69 to 90% under UV irradiation when holes (h+) scavengers were added, which allowed the electrons to react with the pollutant, resulting in lowering the recombination rate of electron-hole charge carriers. Growth inhibition of Chlorella vulgaris and effective concentration (EC50) were determined to study the toxic effect of TiO2 nanoparticles and imidacloprid. The EC50 increased from 289.338 mg/L in the first 24 h to 1126.75 mg/L after 96 h Chlorella vulgaris algal age, when the toxicant was TiO2. When IMD was the aquatic toxicant, a decrease in EC50 was observed from 22.8 mg/L (24 h) to 0.00777 mg/L (120 h), suggesting a long-term high toxicity level when pesticides in low concentrations are present in an aquatic environment.

In this project, our foremost intention is to analyze the angle of deflection of photon by NED black holes with many horizons in the context of non-linear electrodynamics. For the accomplishment of our intention at first we manipulated the optical metric of the desired black holes for the calculation of Gaussian curvature. After that, the angle of deflection in leading orders is attained from the desired black holes in weak field limit by using the famous Gauss-Bonnet theorem. Moreover, we evince the effect of plasma medium on the angle of deflection. At last, the graphical impact of the angle of deflection for NED black holes with many horizons is examined with respect to black hole charge and impact parameter in both the plasma and non plasma medium. In addition, we discuss the rigorous bound for grey body factor of the desired black hole and also observer its graphical behavior.

Acesulfame K is a zero-calorie alternative to sugar used worldwide. There is contradictory information on the toxicity of the compound, but its accumulation in the aquatic environment is undeniable. In this study, one-pot sol-gel synthesis was used to obtain nitrogen-doped TiO2 photocatalysts. Doping up to 6.29 wt % of nitrogen caused an increase in the surface area of the catalysts (48.55–58.23 m2∙g−1) and a reduction of the pHPZC value (5.72–5.05). Acesulfame K photodegradation was tested at the initial concentration of 20–100 ppm and the catalyst concentration at the level of 1 g∙L−1. Compared to the pure anatase, 4.83–6.29 wt % nitrogen-doped TiO2 showed an effective photodegradation of Acesulfame K. Ninety percent molecule removal was obtained after ~100 min, ~90 min, and ~80 min for initial concentrations of 20 ppm, 50 ppm, and 100 ppm, respectively. The increased activity of the catalysts is due to the modification of the TiO2 lattice structure and probably the limitation of the photogenerated electron/hole charge carrier recombination. It was shown that the electrostatic interactions between Acesulfame K and the catalyst surface play an important role in the photodegradation efficiency.

For the Schwarzschild black hole, the Bekenstein–Hawking entropy is proportional to the area of the event horizon. For the black holes with two horizons, the thermodynamics is not very clear, since the role of the inner horizons is not well established. Here we calculate the entropy of the Reissner–Nordström black hole and of the Kerr black hole, which have two horizons. For the spherically symmetric Reissner–Nordström black hole, we used several different approaches. All of them give the same result for the entropy and for the corresponding temperature of the thermal Hawking radiation. The entropy is not determined by the area of the outer horizon, and it is not equal to the sum of the entropies of two horizons. It is determined by the correlations between the two horizons, due to which the total entropy of the black hole and the temperature of Hawking radiation depend only on mass M of the black hole and do not depend on the black hole charge Q. For the Kerr and Kerr–Newman black holes, it is shown that their entropy has the similar property: it depends only on mass M of the black hole and does not depend on the angular momentum J and charge Q.

If there is no strong cosmic supervision conjecture, there may be naked singularities. The decrease in black hole entropy indicates that there is periodicity inside the black hole. This article points out that when the entropy of a black hole decreases, its enthalpy will increase, and the black hole charge will be converted into angular momentum through a certain channel. This article hereby asserts that a non-rotating charged black hole will transform into a rotating charged black hole under the effect of superradiation under preset boundary conditions.
