The article is devoted to the research analysis of the current patterns of development of the domestic stock market. An assessment of the dynamics of the stock market volumes is given. The trends in the movement of the market value of shares of Russian companies and the influence of factors on this process are analyzed. A comparative analysis of the dynamics of the stock market in Russia and the USA is carried out. We also raised the issue of the development of economic relations in Russia characterized by the creation of an effective and transparent mechanism for the formation and distribution of financial resources between economic entities in accordance with market rules and laws. One of these generating and redistributing channels should be the securities market, as an integral part of ensuring the integrity and functioning of all elements of the economic system of the state. In conclusion, it was concluded that the main goal of the Russian market is its transformation into a productive mechanism for reducing the uncertainty of financial activity, which is based on the implementation of an appropriate active state policy

Mathematical modeling is the description of the reality in the language of the mathematics and formal logic which creates symbols, mathematical relation and also strictly determined rules of employing them (Jaworski, Micał 2005). This article is devoted to the structure of the model describing the process of increasing the capital value within the time which basis constitutes the calculations based on the rule of simple percentage. In its content are determined the chosen, basic terms associated with the financial activity of the bank (including interest rate, interest, discount). Mathematical models are also discussed enabling to count: the final capital for the initial capital with the fixed annual interest rate for the set time, the initial capital which generated the determined final capital with the fixed annual interest rate for the set time, the interest rate on the basis of the initial and final capital after certain time, the initial value of the loan for the amount of the payoff within the fixed discount rate within the certain time, the value of the commercial discount for one year on the basis of the initial value of the loan and the amount of its payoff. The presented content will supply the reader with the knowledge in calculations applied in the banks associated with the simple percentage. The article constitutes the example of combination of the theoretical knowledge with the practice and it also shows how important mathematical modeling is in the modern world.

This article is devoted to the consideration of some issues related to the legal regulation of the main methods of public debt management in Russia in the context of the coronavirus pandemic. In the course of the study, the features of the external and internal debt of the Russian Federation are highlighted, various approaches to the definition of this category are considered, and some aspects of legal regulation in this area are analyzed. It is determined that the norms of financial law regulate a whole and diverse set of public relations related to the implementation of borrowing both in the domestic and foreign markets, and it is necessary to comprehensively regulate this institution. In conclusion, it is concluded that the coronavirus pandemic has greatly affected all aspects of financial activity, the state had to resort to additional borrowing on the domestic market to eliminate the consequences of the pandemic. Based on this, we need a well-thought-out strategy for the development of legislation in this area at all levels of the budget system of the Russian Federation.

The article substantiates the application of the system of delegation of authority in the field of financial activity. Delegation of powers of public authorities to private entities is a common practice in a number of foreign countries, and has long been practiced in the field of business management. Delegation of authority can successfully develop those areas of the economy that are currently most affected by bureaucracy and related negative processes (formalism, corruption, complex and lengthy approval processes, obtaining permits, etc.). It seems that the delegation of certain powers in the budget sphere can significantly increase the efficiency, effectiveness and speed of achieving results by budget recipients, as well as provide a number of other advantages. Two main ways of implementing the delegation of powers in the field of financial activity, which can be carried out both jointly and independently of each other, are proposed: the conclusion of public contracts, as well as the establishment of the institute of parapublic organizations.

The research is a case study on the analysis of the financial performance of a political party in Romania, at the end of 2020, using the strategic model for measuring the performance of the Balanced Scorecard. A review of the existing international scientific literature and case studies was conducted to define a balanced plan of performance indicators for one of the four perspectives of the BSC theoretical model, namely the financial perspective, which is common to both an economic organization and a political organization. The paper evaluates the financial activity of a political party through a computer application - BSC Designer Light, whose architecture allows customizing the theoretical model of the Balanced Scorecard on the activity of a political organization. The purpose of the scientific approach is to evaluate the result of the financial activity, quantifying the scores obtained by the analysed party for each indicator and sub-indicator defined within the financial perspective. This study can be a consistent basis for expanding research to assess the performance of a political party from an electoral or parliamentary perspective and can be a viable alternative to current methods of quantitative evaluation used by political parties in analysing the activity results.

The paper aims to address a difficult yet important issue of the modern world, which is related to a lack of consideration, from investors’ point of view, for the sustainable future of our socioeconomic system. Many investors think in terms of MSV (maximization of the shareholder value) and fail to consider other important stakeholders. Future generations will “inherit” the results of the actions of current generations. Investing money in some lucrative ideas is definitely a very important financial activity, but it must be done responsibly. The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) postulated by the UN; the Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) criteria; and the Equator Principles are some notions proposed to be considered to make investors’ actions more responsible. Future generations deserve a better, safer, and unwasted place to live in, so it is the right time to start thinking of them as major stakeholders. The paper reviews some of the important research related to this issue and brings its contribution to the stakeholder theory by proposing a new vision, one that is future oriented. The proposal to conceptualize future generations as stakeholders is an important contribution of the paper. Methodologically, we relied on relevant literature and recent initiatives and approaches. Further research is needed to identify the means to operationalize our proposal.

Abstract Effective sale of products is one of the main directions of increasing the financial stability of enterprises in the agro-industrial complex. The use of a logistic approach implies a change in the existing situation at the enterprises of the agro-industrial complex, the introduction of new technologies in order to reduce the costs of commodity movement, and the coordination of interaction between participants in the logistics system. It is necessary to take into account the specifics of the food market more fully, consider the logistics system in conditions when a large number of economically independent market entities enter the market. The paper examines theoretical approaches to studying the problem of using the logistic approach in the agro-industrial complex and reveals the basic nodes of the agro-logistics system. Peculiarities of using logistics in the agro-industrial complex are described, basic logistic flows and processes in the given branch are reviewed. Types of distribution of products in the agro-industrial complex are analyzed. Influence of use of logistic methods of management generally and of stocks in particular on production and financial activity of enterprises in the given sphere is estimated.

Underground economic activity is a situation that needs particular and ongoing attention. This tendency is detrimental to municipal income and is associated with corrupt behaviors and taxation. The purpose of this investigation is to identify and assess the practices of the underground economy, as well as the potential for corrupt conduct and tax evasion. The analytical tool was perhaps a qualitative method with a chosen strategy to identify knowledge sources (respondents) with subjects such as liquor producers, coffee shops, and street food vendors in the Bengkayang border area. The data collection method was carried out using a triangulation approach, namely an in-depth interview, observation, and recording/documentation. The data analysis approach was conducted using data reduction, data presentation, and verification. This study suggests that the presence of corrupt activity in collecting bribes and offering bribes is carried out in cash without going through an automated money processing mechanism such as giving false receipts. Increasing the level of corruption in society will contribute to an increase in the velocity of money. The need for massive surveillance of individuals and the introduction of Penta helix elements to shape synergies between actors and to start integrating and developing electronic/digital structures in any financial activity using the e-government system.
