In this fast-moving world, a normal man can take considerable time to find a postal card in a bunch of postcards with significant issues like unclear handwriting, having trouble recognizing some uncommon or ambiguous names. Also, in postal offices or industries, it negatively impacts the efficiency of the postal system. I am making a system for Indian postal automation based on recognizing pin-code on the postcard. In India, there are multiple languages were speak. Indian postcards are mainly written in three languages the state's official language, English, and Devanagari language. In India, more than 50% of people write Pincode digits in either English or Devanagari language, so I am making such a system that sorts both English and Devanagari language postcards. Moreover, the system is mature enough to recognize handwritten as well as printed digits. As a result, the system gets an accuracy of 92.59% on the English language postcards, 90% accuracy on the Devanagari language postcards e and the digit recognition model gives accuracy 99.23% Devanagari numerals and 99.43% accuracy on English numerals.

Introduction: Persistent Mullerian duct syndrome is a rare form of male pseudo-hermaphroditism characterized by the presence of Mullerian duct structures in an otherwise phenotypically, as well asgenotypically, normal man; only a few cases have been reported in the worldwide literature. A greatvariety of organs have been found in indirect inguinal hernial sacs. Case presentation: We report a case of 28 year old man, father of 2 children with unilateral cryptorchidism on the left side and testis and painful left groin mass. we found uterine tissue extending through the inguinal canal. Conclusions : PMDS is a rare form of male pseudo-hermaphroditism characterized by the presence of Mullerian duct structures in an otherwise phenotypically, as well as genotypically, normal man. Hernia uteri inguinalis is type I of the male form of PMDS, characterized by one descended testis and the herniation of the ipsilateral corner of the uterus and fallopian tube into the inguinal canal. Keywords: mullerian duct syndrome, cryptorchidism

Medicinal plants constitute the major bioactive compounds of most indigenous medicines and a large number of medicinal preparations which contain one or more ingredients of plant origin. The worldwide enthusiasm for the study and practice on herbs has in this manner, significantly expanded during the most recent two decades due to developing mindfulness about the quality and symptoms of manufactured medications, their impediments in numerous zones of treatment, nearly significant expense and regularly tranquilize past the range of normal man. For thousands of years people have utilized herbs for health care. The herbal products today symbolize safety in contrast to the synthetics that are regarded as unsafe to human and environment. Pharmacognostical studies help in the identification and authentication of the plant compounds isolated from various parts of plants. Stem bark of Artabotrys odoratissimus were studied by macroscopical, microscopical, physicochemical, phytochemical, fluorescence analysis of powder and other methods for standardization recommended by WHO. The pharmacognostic characters investigated, will help in identification of the crude drug; the standardization parameters set down will guarantee the viability of medication and furthermore recognize the medication from its adulterants. The particular characters will moreover be valuable for the arrangement of monograph of this plant.

Tokin’s debut novel “The Most Normal Man in the World” was released in 2014 and has gone through more than ten reprints. Written in the first person, it resembles a diary describing certain events in the life of the main character. The novel consists of 49 small chapters, each of which is divided into 2 parts, the first is always designated by a sequential number, and the second with the same number with the letter “a”, for example, the first chapter consists of the parts “1” and “1a”. At the same time, the first part of each chapter is a detailed description of one photograph from the childhood (less often youth) of the hero, and the second is a deeply intimate story about the life of a Belgrade citizen. While at the beginning of the novel the photographs rather carry the function of lyrical digressions, or pauses in the main narrative, later they cease to be only descriptions of the images. They become micro-stories, explaining and complementing the main plot line. The article presents an analysis of the change in the narrative model in the “photographic” chapters of the novel.

Clinical chatbots are conversational operators worked in light of clinical applications. They can possibly lessen medicinal services costs and improve availability of clinical information to basic man. There are different methods accessible for planning chatbots for anticipating an infection. In any case, a client can accomplish the genuine advantage of a chatbot just when he can connect with it in a simple manner and it ready to foresee the infection with high level of exactness while simultaneously give all important data being looked for by the patient. Chatbots can either be conventional or sickness explicit in nature. Diabetes is a non-infectious ceaseless human issue. Early forecast of this issue can uncover the deplorable intricacies and help to spare human life. Right now, have first built up a conventional book to-content 'Medibot' – a chatBOT which connects with patients in discussion utilizing propelled Natural Language Understanding (NLU) methods to give customized forecast dependent on the different side effects shared by the patient. The plan is additionally stretched out as a chatBOT to diagonise particular Diabetes type expectation and for proposing prevention measures to be taken. For expectation, there exists various grouping calculations in ML Ways which can be utilized dependent on their exactness. Nonetheless, as opposed to thinking about just one model and trusting this model is the best/most exact indicator we can make, the curiosity right now in Hybrid Algo realizing which is a meta-calculation that joins a bunch of models and midpoints them to create one last model to diminish change (stowing), predisposition (boosting), or improve expectations (stacking). From writing surveys, it is seen that almost no exertion has been placed into utilizing troupe techniques to expand expectation precision. The paper introduces a cutting edge Medibot plan with an undemanding front-end interface for normal man utilizing UI, NLU based content pre-preparing, quantitative execution examination of different AI calculations like Gaussian Naïve Bayes , Entropy Decision tree, Random Forest, K- NN, Support Vector Machines, Logistic and X-Gradient boosting as independent classifiers and joining them all in a dominant part casting a ballot troupe for adjusted outcomes. It is seen that the chatbot can interface consistently with any patient and dependent on the side effects shared, anticipate and rank the most likely ailment precisely utilizing the nonexclusive model and explicitly diabetes dependent on a strong outfit learning model.

The aim of the article is to present how Rāmacharaka’s vision of yoga fits with the initial stage of yoga adaptation in Poland. The focus lays on the fact how elements of Rāmacharaka’s yoga were used by Wincenty Lutosławski in his system of yoga, described as “the development of the power of will”. It may be assumed that it was Lutosławski’s activity, who not only wrote the first Polish yoga textbook but was also deeply involved in promoting his system, that contributed to the wider interest in Rāmacharaka and introduced his specific understanding of yoga to this part of Europe.

Abstract All societies of our civilization are growing old, people live longer and longer and there are more and more old people. It results in the fact that problems of old people, either individual or of social aspects, are getting one of the crucial tasks for the society nowadays. In fact, there are no grounds to envy or to feel compassion for old people. The old man is a fully normal man, only the old one. We are all growing old…whether we want it or not – and we can only wonder, how it will be, when we get old… Without any doubt, it is important to live as long as possible, but not less important is the quality of life, physical and mental condition, good mood and the most of all – the good health. The old age, may not be a flow of happiness, but it of course has its good prospects and can remain positive. The aim of that study is the attempt to show the status of a man in the process of ageing and all aspects connected with this process. The study should allow us not only to perceive the positive aspects of old age, but also to acquaint ourselves with the mechanism of growing old and show us how to reduce the instinctive fear of growing old and what to do to make this period of our lives bearable and stately. What does it mean to grow old? How does it feel like to be old? How have people tried to prevent the process of ageing in different cultures in the past centuries? How it is being done nowadays? What are the advantages of growing old? The attempt to find the answers for the above mentioned questions is the aim of that study. Its keynote is paradoxically quite optimistic and helps us to stay calm in the face of this inevitable fate we all are going to meet with.

Persistent Mullerian duct syndrome is a condition in which there is presence of Mullerian duct structures (uterus, fallopian tube, vagina etc.) in an otherwise phenotypically, as well as genotypically, normal man. This patient usually presents with unilateral or bilateral cryptorchidism associated with inguinal hernia and ectopic testis. There is the chance of developing malignancy in ectopic testis (incidence being 15%), as well as infertility in case of bilateral cryptorchidism. Our patient suffers from PMDS presents with malignant tumour. The aim of the presentation of this case is to draw the attention in case of unilateral or bilateral cryptorchidism associated with or without inguinal hernia; the possibility of PMDS should be kept in mind to prevent infertility as well as malignancy.Medicine Today 2018 Vol.30(1): 38-40
