Employees have feelings, attitudes, values, moods and emotions which when directed in the desired manner leads to organizational effectiveness. One of the foremost contributions of a manger is leadership, because all organizations thrive on human resource as a vital factor. The Theory of Nahu al-Quran which emphasizes on the impact of using Koran in Arabic grammar has attracted a lot of research. Within 31 years after the emergence of this theory (1984-2015), there were over 19 studies that used the term shahid al-Quran either in research conducted to qualify for an academic certificate, articles published in journals or seminar papers. This qualitative study aims to explore the literature review of shahid al-Quran through document analysis and the matrix of Systematic Literature Review (SLR). In doing so, a systematic analysis is conducted on the background, issues or gap pertaining to this study as well as methodology and findings on previous research. This study has found that the study of shahid al-Quran was popular among Arab researchers especially on the major works written by Arabic scholars and the qualitative study using content analysis technic was the most preferred method chosen by these researchers. The studies on Shahid al-Quran should continue and develop to explore both the obvious and the underlying reasons behind its usage among scholars of Arabic grammar. Keywords: shahid al-Quran, tatabahasa Arab, the theory of nahu al-Quran, systematic literature review.Cite as: Rajab, Z., Ab. Halim, Z., & Mat Teh, K.S. (2016).  Shahid al-Quran in Arabic grammar works: A systematic literature review (Shahid al-Quran dalam karya tatabahasa Arab: Satu sorotan literatur secara sistematik). Journal of Nusantara Studies, 1(1), 18-33.

In the study school of thought, an exposure to the context of across the time boundary known as "al-fiqh al-taqdiri" is a special feature in the formation of the Hanafi sect. It is also a feature shared by other sects including the Syafie sect. The authors chose the book of "Ghiyath al-Umam" by Imam al-Haramayn al-Juwayniyy (419H-478H) for this study as the book was loaded with elements across the time compared to his other books. This study is a qualitative study and the design is document analysis. The study of Ghiyath al-Umam's book shows how far Imam al-Haramayn's imagination that has not been reflected by most of the people at his time. But some have already happened now and some might happen in the future. Keywords: civilization, futuristics, Syafie sect ABSTRAK: pengajian sejarah mazhab kita biasa didedahkan bahawa fiqh merentasi sempadan masa yang dikenali sebagai “al-fiqh al-taqdiri” merupakan ciri istimewa dalam pembentukan mazhab Hanafi.

Job (Ayyūb) is a byword for patience in the Islamic tradition, notwithstanding only six Qur'anic verses are devoted to him, four in Ṣād (vv.41-4), and two in al-Anbiyā' (vv.83-4), and he is mentioned on only two other occasions, in al-Ancām (v.84) and al-Nisā' (v.163). In relation to the space devoted to him, he could be accounted a ‘lesser’ prophet, nevertheless his significance in the Qur'an is unambiguous. The impact he makes is achieved in a number of ways. One is through the elaborate intertext transmitted from the Companions and Followers, and recorded in the exegetic tradition. Another is the way in which his role and charisma are highlighted by the prophets in whose company he is presented, and the shifting emphases of each of the sūras in which he appears. Yet another is the wider context created by these sūras in which key words and phrases actualize a complex network of echoes and resonances that elicit internal and transsūra associations focusing attention on him from various perspectives. The effectiveness of this presentation of him derives from the linguistic genius of the Qur'an which by this means triggers a vivid encounter with aspects of the rhythm of divine revelation no less direct than that of visual iconography in the Western Tradition.

The results of our studies and the data of modern literature regarding the biological role of Cr(III) compounds in conditions of their application in the nutrition for pigs and cattle are discussed. The metabolic impact of Cr(III), coming from different sources – mineral and organic compounds, obtained by chemical synthesis or a nanotechnological method (chromium citrate), as well as in the form of biocomplexes from the cultural medium of Saccharomyces cerevisiae yeasts was analyzed. The metabolic connection between the impact of Cr(III) and the biosynthesis of some hormones – insulin, cortisol – as well as the sensitivity of some tissues and organs to the effect of chromium compounds was studied. A considerable part of the review material was dedicated to the metabolic effect of Cr(III) compounds on the reproductive function of pigs and cattle and their impact on the viability of the offspring and gametes of animals. The data about the stimulating effect of Cr(III) on the growth and development of the organism of piglets and calves, meat and milk performance of these species of animals are discussed. The relevance of dosing Cr(III) in the nutrition of pigs and cattle is highlighted.

The mini-CEX is a 30 minute observed clinical encounter. It can be done in the outpatient, inpatient or emergency room setting. It strives to look at several parameters including a clinical history, physical, professionalism and overall clinical competence. Trainees are rated using a 9-point scoring system: 1-3 unsatisfactory, 4-6 satisfactory and 7-9 superior. Eight months after the introduction of the mini-CEX to the core University of British Columbia Internal Medicine Residents, a one hour semi-structured focus group for residents in each of the three years took place. The focus groups were conducted by an independent moderator, audio-recorded and transcribed. Using a phenomenological approach the comments made by the focus groups participants were read independently by three authors, organized into major themes. In doing so, several intriguing common patterns were revealed on how General Medicine Residents perceive their experience in completing a mini-CEX. The themes include Education, Assessment and Preparation for the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons Internal Medicine exam. Resident learners perceived that the mini-CEX process provided insight into their clinical strengths and weaknesses. Focus group participants favored that the mini-CEX experience will benefit them in preparation, and successful completion of their licensing exam.
