This article analyses the socio-cultural aspects of modern law in terms of philosophical and legal analysis and in the context of the changes that take place in the culture of the 19th-21st centuries. The objective of this work is to identify the discourse of today’s cultural strategies and their reflection in law and legal culture. The article uses an arsenal of methodological tools of philosophical and legal analysis, a cultural methodology through which the values of modern society are revealed, as well as a methodology of historical and philosophical research. The main result of the work is to establish that modern law cannot be understood outside and regardless of its contextuality, as well as in accordance with the cultural logic and peculiarities of civilisational development in the context of globalisation. The main conclusion of the article is that the emergence of post-postcapitalism and the deepening of the consumer society result in a crisis of law and its excessive bureaucratisation and formalisation. The emerging cultural logic of metamodernism refers to such concepts as “structure of feeling”, “oscillation”, “communication”, “post-truth”, “totality” in order to restore the subject-orientation of law and give anthropological substance to the traditional concepts of “human dignity”, “freedom” and “justice”.

The article discusses the content of the subject area of research introduced in 2015 in Ukraine specialty "Geodesy and Land Management" as a set of all subjects, the properties of which and the relationship between which should be considered in the relevant scientific theory. Based on the established practice of research work, as well as international approaches to determining the subject of modern geodesy and land management, it is proposed to identify five subsets of research areas (specializations): geodesy and cartography; geoinformatics and aerospace research of the Earth; land cadastre; land management; land management. For each of the subsets of the subject area of research, a detailed description of the subject orientation is proposed, which allows to specify the context and content of the relevant research.

This article examines the conceptual system of didactics in the conditions of integration of the modern scientific knowledge. An attempt is made to determine the method for overcoming the current deficit of specific didactic concepts, which reflect the essence and peculiarities of the subject of didactics in the conditions of dynamically changing characteristic of the object of study – the learning process that acquires fundamentally new value and performance goals. The relevance of this topic lies in the fact that the use of solely psychological methods for description and explanation of the new phenomena of learning process, substantiated by the subject context of its consideration, contradicts the subject of didactics, which should focus not on the psychological mechanisms that characterize subjectivity, but on answering the question of what needs to be done for the students to take subjective position in the course of their educational activity. The scientific novelty consists in substantiation of the variant of broadening the conceptual system of modern didactics through introduction of the new didactic concept that aligns with the specifics of its subject – student's subjective learning experience. The introduction of this concept reflects the trend that is important for the current stage of the development of didactics – shift to a fundamentally new level that corresponds with post-nonclassical type of scientific rationality, when unlike previous approaches that focused on the educational activity of the pedagogue, who organizes and maintains learning activity of the student, central figure in didactic problematic is the student and their educational activity,

he method of activating the capabilities of the individual and the team, the method of suggestopedia using technical means, the emotional-semantic method, the immersion method, the course of speech behavior, the method of rhythmopedia and hypnopedia. The possibilities of their application in teaching a foreign language in a non-linguistic university are considered, the main methodological principles of intensive training are revealed. The article analyzes the possibilities of using drama-hermeneutics in the context of the intensification of foreign language teaching in a nonlinguistic university, where the dramatic and hermeneutical concepts have already collected the necessary principles of intensification, united by the pedagogical process into a single whole. The concept of «drama-hermeneutics» is presented as a combination of three principles: pedagogy, hermeneutics and theater skills, where each component provides new opportunities for the implementation of the intensification of the educational process. The intersubject and meta-subject orientation of drama-hermeneutics is noted, which makes it possible to adapt theater tasks and the hermeneutical chain to the conditions of teaching a foreign language in a non-linguistic university. The article highlights the main aspects of the pedagogical component, which are a resource for solving the problem of intensifying the learning process. The importance of using the drama-hermeneutical approach is emphasized, thanks to which students ' cognitive interests are activated, communication skills, emotional sphere, thinking and speech as well as the ability to perform creative and research work in a foreign language in a group are developed. The article describes the positive nature of the use of the drama-hermeneutical approach in foreign language classes at a non-linguistic university, whichis expressed in the integrity of the students ' formed idea of the work to which the lesson is dedicated, thanks to which its image is created and permanently imprinted in the minds of students.

The mobility of the modern world generates interest not only in innovative technologies but also in workers themselves, the assessment of their level of aspiration. Consequently, the level of aspiration falls into the zone of research interest and should be considered as a significant factor of human practical activity. It can be studied through diagnostic procedures aimed at identifying the structural and content components free of the professional subject orientation. This corresponds to the study of the level of aspiration on the material of aspiration for financial well-being. The conducted empirical study explores the characteristics of the level of ambition including a focus on the goal, monetary motivation, professional preferences, assessment of personal resources and capabilities. The study sample consists of 42 budgetary workers at the average age of 35. The overall direction and purpose of the empirical study are associated with revealing the characteristics of the level of ambition and its interrelation with Homo faber’s desires and expectations, motivational and personal characteristics, value orientations, and focus on the goal. The primary research method is a written questionnaire (a survey). Goal orientations are found to be quite strongly expressed in the studied sample, the respondents have developed self-respect and are not inclined to shift the blame to external circumstances but lack ambition. It is revealed that a budgetary worker desires financial well-being and high income and does not mind getting rich but is not ready to change themselves and compromise the established norms of a stable life. The level of aspiration is found to be “split”: the set objective goals are low compared to higher ones kept to oneself.

The decrease in people who regularly celebrate liturgy in western Europe has led to the question of what to do with so-called obsolete church buildings. This question not only refers to whether or not a church building will be converted, reused or demolished, but also to the question of whether or not such a building needs to be deconsecrated, and if so, what does deconsecration of a church building actually entail? In this contribution, I will consider the role deconsecration rites play in the Roman Catholic church when a church building is taken out of liturgical use. In Roman Catholic liturgy, there are no prescribed, official deconsecration rites that are mandatory for a church building that is to be taken out of liturgical use. The actual deconsecration of a church building is, according to canon law, established by a decree that is issued by the responsible diocesan bishop. In the case of a church being taken out of liturgical use, however, there seems to be a shift from having a ritual void with regard to deconsecration rites, and also a focus on the “legitimate” way (in the sense of canon law) to deconsecrate a church building (object orientation), towards, in recent decades, paying more attention to a growing pastoral need (subject orientation) for deconsecration rites. These new ritual initiatives can be regarded as forms of pastoral care intended to help parishioners cope with the loss of their church building. I will show that different interpretations of canon law articles complicate straightforward answers to the question of which arguments are legitimate to deconsecrate a church. Furthermore, I will address the “ritual muddle”, the mixture of the actual deconsecration act in the sense of canon law and deconsecration rites that, from the perspective of canon law, do not effect church deconsecration. I will also address the differentiation between desecration and deconsecration, address historical forms of deconsecration rites and pay attention to the making and unmaking of sacred space. Finally, I will focus on contemporary deconsecration rites against the background of the complex reality in which such rites are situated.

The huge proliferation of textual (and other data) in digital and organisational sources has led to new techniques of text analysis. The potential thereby unleashed may be underpinned by further theoretical developments to the theory of Discourse Stream Analysis (DSA) as presented here. These include the notion of change in the discourse stream in terms of discourse stream fronts, linguistic elements evolving in real time, and notions of time itself in terms of relative speed, subject orientation and perception. Big data has also given rise to fake news, the manipulation of messages on a large scale. Fake news is conveyed in fake discourse streams and has led to a new field of description and analysis.
