Introdução: O questionário Internacional de Atividade Física (IPAQ) tem sido amplamente utilizado nas pesquisas. É considerado uma boa ferramenta de medição de Atividade Física (AF), no entanto, este questionário não é específico para idosos, geralmente, é aplicado à população em geral. Objetivo: Realizar uma Revisão Integrativa  da Literatura apresentando os estudos que investigaram a validade do IPAQ na avaliação de AF em idosos nos últimos seis anos. Métodos: Foi realizada uma Revisão Integrativa da Literatura nas bases de dados PUBMED, BVS e SCOPUS, relativa aos anos de 2014 a 2020, utilizando-se os descritores: Elderly, Aged, IPAQ questionnaire validity, Physical Activity e Exercise. Resultados: Foram selecionados oito artigos cuja metodologia apresenta a validade do IPAQ, na avaliação em idosos com idade ≥65 anos. Seis dos artigos selecionados apresentaram em suas metodologias a avaliação realizada pelo IPAQ-L (versão longa), e apenas dois artigos apresentaram IPAQ-S (versão curta). Conclusão: O IPAQ- L tem sido amplamente utilizado para avaliar os níveis de AF e comportamento sedentário (CS) em idosos. As evidências demonstram que a aplicação do questionário combinado com os dados do acelerômetro, tem mostrado medições satisfatórias, no entanto, futuras versões devem ser estruturadas para atender a este público específico.

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect of service quality and product quality on consumer satisfaction at KFC Lampung Restaurant. This type of quantitative research with a sample of 92 respondents through purposive sampling method. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. Validity and reliability tests and statistical tests were carried out using the PLS application-based method. The research results obtained indicate that service quality and product quality have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction at KFC Lampung Restaurant.Keywords : Service Quality, Product Quality, and Customer Satisfaction.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan kualitas produk terhadap kepuasaan konsumen pada Restoran KFC Lampung. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan sampel berjumlah 92 responden melalui metode purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Uji validitas dan reliabilitas serta uji statistic dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode berbasis aplikasi PLS. Perolehan hasil penelitian yang didapat menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan dan kualitas produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasaan konsumen pada Restoran KFC Lampung.Kata Kunci : Kualitas Pelayanan, Kualitas Produk, dan Kepuasan Konsumen.

The title of this research is Analysis of Product Variety and Quality of Information on Shopping Interests on the shopee online store site (Study on Employees of PT Reycome Document Solusi in Jakarta). Does the variety of products and quality of information affect the interest in shopping at the Shopee online store site? The purpose of this study was to determine the Analysis of Product Variety and Quality of Information on Shopping Interests.The population in this study were online users, namely employees of PT Reycome Document Solusi in Jakarta who had made purchases on the online Store Shopee site. According to the opinion of the roots, the sample requirements used in this study were 64 people. This research is an associative study using a quantitative approach. This research is categorized as survey research, in which the research instrument is a questionnaire. Validity test using CFA (Confirmatory Factor Analysis Model), using the SPSS application. The results of this study indicate that Product Variety has no significant effect on Shopping Interest on Shopee's online store site with test results (t) of 0.970 greater than 0.05, and information quality has a significant effect on Shopping Interest on Shopee's online store sites with test results (t) of 0.003 is less than 0.05. Thus the Information Quality variable (X2) is the most dominant variable influencing the shopping interest on the Shopee online store site.

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas laporan keuangan dan pemberian kredit terhadap kinerja UMKM di Kota Yogyakarta. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pengujian hipotesis. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah UMKM di Kota Yogyakarta. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Uji validitas dan reliabilitas dilakukan terhadap responden yang memiliki karakteristik yang sama dengan subjek penelitian. Pengukuran variabel menggunakan skala likert 1-5. Hasil pengujian pertama menunjukkan bahwa variabel kualitas laporan keuangan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja UMKM. Reliabilitas laporan keuangan UMKM masih tergolong rendah sehingga informasi tidak relevan berpotensi besar menyesatkan pengguna informasi dalam pengambilan keputusan. Hasil kedua menunjukkan bahwa variabel pemberian kredit berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja UMKM. Kemudahan akses kredit UMKM mampu mendorong UMKM untuk mengembangkan usaha dan meningkatkan kinerja UMKM. Penelitian ini berkontribusi untuk memberikan referensi terkait peningkatan kinerja UMKM melalui penyusunan laporan keuangan yang berkualitas dan pemberian kredit kepada UMKM.Kata Kunci: kinerja UMKM, kualitas laporan keuangan, pemberian kredit.ABSTRACTThis research aims to find out the effect of the quality of financial statements and granting ofcredit on the performance of MSMEs in the City of Yogyakarta. This type of research used in this study is hypothesis testing. The sample in this study was the UMKMs in Yogyakarta City. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. Validity and reliability tests were conducted on respondents who had the same characteristics as the research subjects. Measurement of variables using the Likert scale 1-5. The first test results indicate that the variable quality of financial statements does not affect the performance of UMKMs. The reliability of UMKM financial reports is still relatively low so that irrelevant information will have a great potential to mislead users of information in decision making. The second result shows that the variable crediting has a positive and significant impact on the performance of UMKMs. Ease of access to MSME credit is able to encourage UMKMs to develop businesses and improve MSME performance. This research contributes to provide references related to improving the performance of UMKMs through the preparation of quality financial reports and granting of credit to UMKMs.Keywords: granting of credit, quality of financial statements, UMKM’s performance.

As Africa continues to develop as a foreign direct investment (FDI) destination, greater emphasis must be placed on domestic and international regulations seeking to facilitate governance levels (Awolusi, Adeyeye, & Pelser, 2017, p. 195). This study investigated the degree of compliance to 2016 King IV Report on Corporate Governance™ for South Africa (King IV™) principles and recommended practices by 17 sampled Standard Bank African subsidiaries. An extensive literature review of business ethics and corporate governance was performed, focusing on works from Kretzschmar et al. (2012) and Geach (2009). King IV™ recommended practices were used as constructs to measure the level of compliance. To answer the three research questions and meet the three research objectives, a manual questionnaire approach was employed to collect data from 33 respondents that represented 17 Standard Bank African subsidiaries. Reliability of the constructs in the questionnaire was performed using a Cronbach’s alpha (α) with (α) equals 0.857 indicating a high level of internal consistency for the nominal scales used in the questionnaire. Validity was established through the research design and sequential mixed methods employed. Based on the respondents’ feedback the researchers developed the corporate governance and business ethics framework for Standard Bank African subsidiaries incorporating King IV™. The modes of managing morality (MMM) business ethics model (Rossouw & van Vuuren, 2013, p. 58) was fused into the framework. The researchers are of the view that the framework would assist Standard Bank Group in realising its stated purpose. A set of recommendations that would assist the Standard Bank Group in meeting the prescripts of King IV™ are proffered

The increasing competition of coffee shop makes entrepreneurs keep on improving the quality of their product in order to satisfy the consumers’ desire and need. One of the coffee shops in Denpasar named Kovfee with its flagship product that is milk coffee has not yet measured the consumer satisfaction with their iced milk coffee products. This study discusses the product attributes that are considered important by consumers, measures the level of consumer interest in the quality of coffee products, as well as the level of consumer satisfaction with the quality of milk coffee products in Kovfee coffee shop. The method used is the Quality Function Dep loyment (QFD) method. The research data were obtained from 91 survey respondents. The results of the questionnaire validity test of interest and satisfaction showed that there are 7 products attributes which are considered as important by consumers. The results of the reliability test calculations from the questionnaire of interests (0.715) and satisfaction (0.688) can be considered reliable. The highest value of the consumer interest is the taste attribute (3.92) which showed that the taste attribute is the most important need and desire for consumers. The lowest value of the customer satisfaction is the aftertaste attribute (2.76) with the highest IR (1.45) that indicates Kovfee coffee shop needs to provide and improve product quality in the aftertaste attribute. The involvement of men in family planning has an important role in making decisions related to the use of contraception. This study aimed to determine the effect of husband’s support on the use of IUDs and Implant contraception among Indonesian couples. This is an analytic survey with a cross-sectional approach. The sample was selected by using the Slovin formula, resulted 398 respondents. Sampling was carried out using accidental sampling. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. Validity and reliability tests were carried out using Pearson's product-moment and Cronbach's alpha. Results analysis of the study was carried out by multiple logistic regression. 251 (63.1%) husbands were supporting the use of IUDs and Implant contraception as much as 147 (36.9%) others did not support the use of both contraceptives. The results of multiple logistic regression analysis are OR = 7,713; p = 0,0001 Husband's support influences the use of IUDs and Implant contraception.
