The article discusses the concept of genealogy and the cultural significance of the ancient comedy in the view of O. M. Freidenberg. For Freidenberg, the ancient comedy was a form of metaphorization of reality. The metaphor, like the symbol in Cassirer's philosophy, was interpreted by Freidenberg as the immanent product of the human spirit. Recognizing the similarity between the ideas of Cassirer and the reflection of Freidenberg, this study attempts to indicate the relationship between the literary concept in the context of Freidenberg and the theory of culture, which was the work of Cassirer. As with Cassirer, the original thinking was, in the Russian researcher's view, concrete, indivisible and figurative. The development of literature is the development of conceptual thinking, which became more and more abstract. The structure of ancient comedy was, therefore, the result of the development of human thought, the evolution of which Freidenberg saw, like Cassirer. The concept of the genealogy of comedy by Freidenberg, seen from the perspective of the Cassirer's theory of symbolic forms, is an original, consistent and logical hypothesis about the cultural significance of ancient comedy. Most of the interpretative problems it presents arise from the attempts to consider it in isolation from the cultural theory endorsed by Freidenberg, of which Cassirer was the author. The article is addressed to philosophers of culture, literary critics and historians.

The choice of the doctrine of St. Thomas Aquinas to formulate a theory of martyrdom present in the Hispanic Modern Age corresponds to the evident fact of its value as foundation of the Second Scholasticism theology, in the quality of builderof the philosophical and theological tendency that laid the foundations for the renovation of natural Law: an intellectualist iusnaturalism, contrary to voluntarism, which meant the Catholic orthodoxy and constituted, under the counter-reformist spirit, the basis of a reinterpretative and original thinking embodied by the modern jurists and theologians in their treatises and commentaries in order to acquire a political and legal connotation with regard to the legitimation of the nature and aimsof Universal Monarchy.

In this paper, we propose that there is a politics of encounters centered on the body at play in seeking asylum and refuge, and that it is critical to study how it unfolds from the point of view of both governing and agency. Building on existing work that looks at the role of embodiment in the political struggles of refugees, and leaning on Helmuth Plessner’s original thinking about social embodiment, we develop a theoretical understanding of this political dynamic, illustrating how it can help us make sense of power relations and forms of governance and (latent) resistance involved in it.

Creativity needs to be owned by vocational students, especially in facing various challenges in the world of work. Therefore, STEM integrated Project Based Learning E-Module needs to be developed that can improve the creativity of vocational students. This study aims to describe the effectiveness of the STEM integrated Project Based Learning e-module on student creativity in temperature and heat physics material. The study was conducted in Multimedia X class 1 Wonoasri Vocational School, with a sample of 20 students selected randomly. The instrument used was a learning achievement test which consisted of 5 essay questions. Data were analyzed using the N-gain test. Indicators of creativity are fluent thinking, flexible thinking, elaboration and original thinking. From the data analysis, the result of students' ability to think smoothly obtained an n-gain value of 0.11, flexible thinking of n-gain of 0.49, elaboration obtained n-gain of 0.21 and original thinking obtained n-gain of 0.44. Thus, it was concluded that the effectiveness of the Project Based Learning e-module integrated with STEM was of medium category.

This study aims to analyze the ability of students in creative thinking in entrepreneurial learning class IV Krakal 3 Elementary School 2019/2020. The design of this research is simple descriptive. The object of research is the ability to think creatively in entrepreneurial learning with indicators of fluency thinking, flexible thinking, original thinking and elaborative thinking. The research subjects were grade IV students with 20 students. Data analysis was performed using descriptive techniques and existing data in the form of qualitative data from observation sheets and student questionnaires which were then described. The results showed that overall creative abilities included thinking fluency that was already good with a percentage of 78.75%, flexible thinking also showed quite good results with a percentage of 64.37%, Original Thinking was categorized quite well with a percentage of 68.12%, and Thinking Elaborative categorized quite well with a percentage of 70.62%. This shows that students are able to think creatively in entrepreneurship learning.

This chapter offers a close analysis of Adaptation and its treatment of Darwinian themes. It uses the film to think through some issues in literary and cinematic Darwinism, prompting questions regarding evolution’s use in the humanities: what is the explanatory power of evolutionary biology, and how can we transform evolutionary thinking into meaningfully new information, information that might affect subsequent storytelling or behaviour in the world? Like the film, this chapter is concerned with identifying original thinking—how do we know when we have created something hermeneutically new?

The article presents a methodology for studying the frames of Mandelbrot sets of polynomials of the second degree of a complex variable, based on the integration of analytical methods, mathematical programming and the use of computer graphics. A connection is established between the frames of the first and second orders of Mandelbrot sets of functions and with the curves – cardioid, lemniscate and circle. Algorithms for constructing the frames of the Mandelbrot sets of the functions under consideration in the MathCad mathematical package are presented. The task is to describe 3-order frames (where) of the Mandelbrot sets of functions and, which correspond to the existence of attracting fixed points of period 3. It is shown that the establishment of associative relations between classes of various mathematical objects (polynomials of a complex variable, curves, Mandelbrot sets) contributes to the development of original thinking and creative potential of students.

This research aims to know where is the mistake of students on the tests of the ability of mathematical creative thinking in terms of the ability of mathematical resilience. The subject taken in this research that is grade VIII-A of MTs Fatahillah Cimahi consists of 26 students. This research used descriptive methods with qualitative and quantitative data analysis. Stages of the research done with 4 stages: filling the quisioner mathematical resilience, mathematical creative thinking ability test, data analysis and concluded. The results of this research were obtained: 1) students with high level of ability of mathematical resilience made a mistake at the indicator of original thinking skills (originality) and fluent thinking skills (fluency), 2) students with medium level of ability of mathematical resilience made a mistake at the indicator of detailed thinking skills (elaboration), 3) students with low level of ability of mathematical resilience made a mistake at the indicator of original thinking skills (originality), fluent thinking skills (fluency) and detailed thinking skills (elaboration).
