The primary aim of this study is to access the salient herbal plants with the active constituent of potentially anti-hair fall activities. It also presents the various reasons behind hair loss ailments. As part of this study, a focus is placed on active phytochemicals within these medicinal plants or natural products in terms of various hair fall disease treatments. As natural products have a beneficial effect to minimize hair loss and have promoted the potential for new hair growth, it presents the medicinal values of natural plants in reference to safety and effectiveness for health.

The study of diabetes mellitus (DM) patterns illustrates increasingly important facts. Most importantly, they include oxidative stress, inflammation, and cellular death. Up to now, there is a shortage of drug therapies for DM, and the discovery and the development of novel therapeutics for this disease are crucial. Medicinal plants are being used more and more as an alternative and natural cure for the disease. Consequently, the objective of this review was to examine the latest results on the effectiveness and protection of natural plants in the management of DM as adjuvant drugs for diabetes and its complex concomitant diseases.

ETNOBOTANI UPACARA ADAT PAMOLE BEO OLEH SUKU DAYAK TAMAMBALOH DI DESA BANUA UJUNG KECAMATAN EMBALOH HULU KABUPATEN KAPUAS HULU  (Etnobotany  Traditional Ceremonies  Pamole Beo  By The Dayak Tamambaloh Tribe Of Banua Ujung Village, Kapuas Hulu District)Abstract This study aims to obtain data on plant species for the traditional pamole beo ritual ceremony by the Dayak Tamambaloh tribe in Banua Ujung Village, Embaloh Hulu District, Kapuas Hulu Regency. The research used a survey method. The technique of determining respondents using snowball sampling. The results showed that the plants used by the Dayak Tamambaloh Tribe were 20 species from 12 families. The highest use of habitus was trees with 9 species (45%). The most widely used part of the plant is the stem (40%). The highest utilization of plants, based on status in nature, is natural plants in the forest (75%.). Plants that have the highest UV are Schizostazchyum Sp, Arenga pinnata Merr, Oryza sativa Var. glutinosa and Cotylelobium elanoxylon (1). The highest Informant Consensus Factor (ICF) was the ritual of malao daun takalong (0.94). Bekende with the highest FIV value was Arecaceae, Dipterocarpaceae, Poaceae, with a value of 100%.Keywords:, Ethnobotany, Dayak Tamambaloh, Pamole BeoAbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan data jenis tumbuhan untuk upacara ritual adat pamole beo oleh suku Dayak Tamambaloh di Desa Banua Ujung, Kecamatan Embaloh Hulu, Kabupaten Kapuas Hulu. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode survey. Teknik menentukan responden menggunakan snowball sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tumbuhan yang dimanfaatkan Suku Dayak Tamambaloh sebanyak 20 spesies dari 12 famili. Penggunaan Habitus tertinggi adalah pohon sebanyak 9 jenis (45%). Pemanfaatan tumbuhan tertinggi, berdasarkan status di alam adalah tumbuhan alami di hutan (75%.) Bagian tumbuhan yang paling banyak dimanfaatkan adalah batang (40%). Tumbuhan dengan nilai (UV) tertinggi adalah Schizostachyum sp, Arenga pinnata Merr, Oriza sativa Var. glutinosa dan Cotylelobium melanoxylon (1). Informants Concensus Factor (ICF) tertinggi adalah ritual adat malao daun takalong yaitu (0,94). Analisis Famili Importance Value (FIV) tertinggi adalah Arecaceae, Dipterocarpaceae, dan Poaceae, dengan nilai sebanyak (100%).Kata kunci: Etnobotani, Dayak Tamambaloh, Pamole Beo

Abstract Nucleocapsid protein and RNA-dependent RNA polymerase (RdRp) activity in viral structural membrane, transcription and replication has been recognized as an attractive target to design novel antiviral strategies. The essential feature of the N protein of SARS COV 2 is to bind to the viral genome to promote the exact folding of the hammerhead ribozyme averting unproductive RNA confirmations and lead them to right into a helical capsid shape or RNP complex, whose packaging is crucial to viability. RdRp is an essential enzyme that helps in RNA synthesis by catalyzing the RNA template-dependent development of phosphodiester bonds. RdRp makes a complex with two cofactors nsp7 and nsp8 to play a key role in RNA synthesis, transcription and replication of the SARS-CoV-2. In our study we used small molecules and natural plants compounds as therapeutic inhibitors targeting RdRp and N proteins of SARS COV 2. Their structures were geometrically optimized and energetically minimized using Hyperchem software. Molecular docking was performed using Molegro virtual docker and top ligands were selected based on MolDock score,Rerank score and H-bonding energy. Our results showed that 9 compounds against N protein and 7 compounds against RdRp protein forming better inhibitory effect with most lowest MolDock score − 285.68kcal/mol and − 201.5kcal/mol respectively. we hope that these small molecules and natural plants compounds can inhibit the viral enzymes and helps the patients in reducing specific symptoms of SARS-CoV-2 infection. However in vivo experimental studies and clinical trials need to get that more favorable result.

The present review aims for the study of phytoconstituents and pharmacological activities of some natural plants. The traditional medicinal plants have been found to acquire therapeutic activities significantly antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory antibacterial, anti-fungal, antioxidant properties etc. The plant-derived constituents are majorly for the aliments of used skin disease diabetes, bronchitis, asthma, arthritis, dry cough, ulcer and fever. The antimicrobial activity of the following plants like Justicia adathoda, Lantana Camara, Acacia leucophloea, Holoptelea integrifolia, Calotropis Procera, chlorophytum tuberosum, Bombax ceiba, Bacopa monnieri, Wedelia trilobata, Jatropha gossypifolia were obtained from the extraction of either  leaves, stem or flowers by using ethanol, methanol, aqueous, petroleum ether, chloroform. The phytochemical constituents of the extract have been shown the presence of alkaloids, glycosides, cardiac glucosides tannins, proteins, carbohydrates, saponin, quinines, triterpenes, steroids, polyphenolic, volatile oil, phenols, starch sugar, amino acid, resin and organic acids. This study evidenced the possible use of the mentioned plants as a source of natural medicines which are used as an antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, antioxidant agents. : Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is a chronic inflammatory disease categorized by infiltration of inflammatory cells, synovial hyperplasia, pannus formation and bone destruction, leading to disability worldwide. Despite the presence of the commercial availability of anti-RA agent on the market, the application of these drugs is limited due to its side effects. Anti-rheumatic drugs are more effective and safer being investigated by many researchers, especially, natural products with anti-RA have been identified and the underlying molecular mechanisms of action of novel and known compounds have been reported. In this review, we intend to provide a comprehensive view and updated on naturally occurring compounds known and novel that has the effect of anti-RA, and then classify them according to their molecular mechanisms of action in regulating the anti-RA lane main. The safety of compounds from natural plants and western medicine has also been briefly compared. In addition, the clinical trials with anti-RA compounds isolated from natural plants in RA were also summarized in this manuscript.
