The health problems caused by insufficient exercise are becoming more and more serious, which is a serious threat to human health, especially the increase in patients with chronic diseases, which brings a heavy burden to medical and health care, and even triggers a public health crisis. In order to cope with the health threats people face, how to promote the synergistic effect of sports and medical health under the background of the integration of Chinese and Western medicine has become an important issue in building a healthy China life cycle. This article is aimed at studying the application of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in pharmacy and health. Through the research of multiproblem collaborative governance of sports and medicine, the mechanism to promote multidisciplinary collaborative governance was established, and the realization of the integration of sports and medicine was promoted, extending some college students in a university in a certain city and studied the experiment of the influence of exercise on health. Experiments showed that 34.8% of students who exercise almost daily were in very healthy conditions, and 47.8% of healthy students were also unhealthy or prone to illness. The 62.1% of students exercising three to four times a week are healthy, proving that sports has a certain impact on human health and has a certain reference significance for the integration of sports and medicine.

Background Public health services and systems research is under-developed in Canada and this is particularly the case with respect to research on local public health unit operational functioning and capacity. The purpose of this paper is to report on a study that will collect retrospective information on the local public health response to COVID-19 throughout Canada between 2020 and 2021. Methods/Design The goal of the study is to develop and implement a study framework that will collect retrospective information on the local public health system response to the COVID-19 pandemic in Canada. This study will involve administering a mixed-method survey to Medical Health Officers/Medical Officers of Health in every local and regional public health unit across the country, followed by a process of coding and grouping these responses in a consistent and comparable way. Coded responses will be assessed for patterns of divergent or convergent roles and approaches of local public health across the country with respect to interventions in their response to COVID-19. The Framework Method of thematic analysis will be applied to assess the qualitative answers to the open-ended questions that speak to public health policy features. Discussion The strengths of the study protocol include the engagement of Medical Health Officers/Medical Officers of Health as research partners and a robust integrated knowledge translation approach to further public health services and systems research in Canada.

The information defined in medical health data is researched based on machine learning-related algorithms. Also, this paper used random forest and other related algorithms to perform health data training and fitting. Research shows that the algorithm proposed in the paper can improve the progress of health data classification. The algorithm can provide technical support for the improvement of medical data classification.

Medical, health and wellness tourism and travel represent a dynamic and rapidly growing multi-disciplinary economic activity and field of knowledge. This research responds to earlier calls to integrate research on travel medicine and tourism. It critically reviews the literature published on these topics over a 50-year period (1970 to 2020) using CiteSpace software. Some 802 articles were gathered and analyzed from major databases including the Web of Science and Scopus. Markets (demand and behavior), destinations (development and promotion), and development environments (policies and impacts) emerged as the main three research themes in medical-health-wellness tourism. Medical-health-wellness tourism will integrate with other care sectors and become more embedded in policy-making related to sustainable development, especially with regards to quality of life initiatives. A future research agenda for medical-health-tourism is discussed.

Abstract Healing Architecture Approach which is generally interpreted as healing which is done through architectural elements. In its application, Healing Architecture is generally associated with giving aspects of colour and nature into buildings, considering these two aspects are proven to be able to help the patient’s recovery rate. But by definition, the application of Healing Architecture does not always have to be realized in the form of the two aspects above. The purpose of the research is providing medical health facilities for children and special services for children’s character with a healing architecture approach and based on the green building concept. The study process used in designing the Children’s Hospital with the Healing Architecture Approach and the Application of the Green Building Concept is carried out by a research method that is quantitative-correlative analysis, which is to find and determine the correlation between the research variables. In a design object, a new approach is applied in the Healing Architecture principle. This approach is applied in the design of objects by presenting a healing feel of the architecture of the building itself in hospital activities. The Healing Architecture approach is supported by the green concept, which includes the entire building.
