The article presents the concept of integrative medical-psychological-pedagogical care, highlights the theoretical foundations of comprehensive care for people with disorders of the dental system. The historical preconditions for developing integrative medical-psychological-pedagogical help in Ukraine are considered. Based on the historical-theoretical analysis of the data, the historical preconditions and features of the systemic care for persons with disorders of the dental system, burdened with speech disorders are revealed. Objective and subjective diagnostic methods for determining the complexity of speech disorders and their significance for speech therapy diagnosis are described. Unfortunately, today in our country, there is no clear system of integrative medical, psychological and pedagogical care for people suffering from dental disorders. Therefore, it is important not only to explain to parents the need for comprehensive rehabilitation, but also to promote the formation of close relationships between different fields of medicine and pedagogy. Physicians and educators need to be trained to make comprehensive differential diagnoses, to solve the problem of integrative diagnosis, correction and further rehabilitation for people with disorders of the dental system, burdened with speech disorders. Specialists must be fully versed in the technology of detecting speech disorders in the presence of dental disorders. In this case, orthodontists and speech therapists should work closely throughout the treatment period. Only in this way, it will be possible to achieve the most stable result of rehabilitation, to fix the correctly established sound pronunciation, to promote the best psychological readiness of the person for disturbance and perception of himself/herself and the world around.

Transmigrated mandibular canines increase treatment complexity in terms of both anchorage and biomechanical planning, posing challenges for both Orthodontists and Oral Surgeons. This case report presents the orthodontic treatment in a 12-year-old girl patient, with transmigrated and impacted mandibular right canine positioned horizontally below the apices of the mandibular incisors. The mandibular deciduous right canine was extracted followed by the traction of the transmigrated permanent canine. Eruption was properly guided, and the correct position of the tooth was orthodontically guided into its normal position in the arch. The patient’s occlusion was significantly improved with good aesthetic outcome, functional occlusion, and a stable result after 1.5 years of follow-up.

Nowadays in a new Paralympic kind of sport taekwondo WTF LMAI in Russia there is no Federal State Educational Standard (FSES). Athletes-invalids train in terms of standard for people with LMAI (locomotor apparatus injury) or taekwondo standard in the groups with healthy athletes. For the detailed study of the educational-training process with Paralympic taekwondo-athletes it is necessary to create effective technologies, define the methods of work. The aim of the work is to substantiate educational-training process in taekwondo for people with locomotor apparatus injury. The introduced practice of inclusive methods of teaching on the scientific base helped to achieve high stable result. We proved the necessity to realize cooperative lessons of taekwondo-athletes with LMAI and healthy, specially trained for them, taekwondo-athletes. We defined prospective directions in inclusive teaching Paralympic kind of sport taekwondo WTF LMAI.

In this experiment, essential amino acid (Methionine) and two chemical compound, were used to make ligands that produce pH-sensitive amino acids that are stable in the rumen and absorbable in the post rumen part of the digestive tract. The treatments were made with heat and steer, reflux and ultrasound reaction at different times, temperatures and solvents to make new bonds and pH-sensitive amino acid ligands. During the first 8 hours of incubation (rumen phase) 55.42% of RPMet1 was released, during the 2 hours (abomasum phase) 91.00% of the compound had been released and during the final hours up to 35h (intestine phase) 93.21% had been released and 6.79% of this product was stable. About the RPMet2 figure shown that in first 8 hours of incubation (rumen phase) 49.25% of RPMet1 was released, in next 2 hours (abomasum phase) 87.93% of the compound was released and in the final hours up to 35h (intestine phase) 94.05% was released and 5.95% of this product was stable. Result shows that this chemical method increased retention time in rumen and the bond is reversible in lower pHs, similar to the abomasum.

The k-means algorithm with the corresponding problem formulation is one of the first methods that researchers use when solving a new automatic grouping (clus-tering) problem. Its improvement, modification and combination with other algorithms are described in the works of many researchers. In this research, we propose new al-gorithms of the Greedy Heuristic Method, which use an idea of the search in variable neighborhoods for solving the classical cluster analysis problem, and allows us to obtain a more accurate and stable result of solving in comparison with the known algorithms. Our computational experiments show that the new algorithms allow us to obtain re-sults with better values of the objective function value (sum of squared distances) in comparison with classical algorithms such as k-means, j-means and genetic algorithms on various practically important datasets. In addition, we present the first results for the GPU realization of the Greedy Heuristic Method.

Background. The prevalence of temporomandibular joint diseases covers about 40% of the population. The main place (from 70 to 82%) among these diseases is occupied by the so-called intracapsular disorders of the temporomandibular joint (TMJ). The lack of consensus on the use of treatment methods and clear protocols for the rehabilitation of patients with intracapsular TMJ disorders was the basis for the conduct of this study. Objective. The purpose of the study was to analyze the treatment effectiveness in patients with intracapsular disorders of the temporomandibular joint using the complex of pathogenetically substantiated conservative and surgical methods. Methods. The research included 43 patients with complaints to pains and dysfunction of TMJ. Everything fulfilled the uniform protocol of inspection. Depending on disease degree to patients were assigned or a course of conservative treatment with use splint therapy, or surgical correction of defect. Results. After analyzing the dynamics of patient treatment in the framework of this study, it was found that surgical correction of intracapsular disorders of the temporomandibular joint was effective in all patients examined by us. Conclusion. To maintain a long-term stable result, this group of patients is shown orthodontic-orthopedic rehabilitation, with the goal of creating and maintaining correct occlusal relationships.

To determine mesopic luminance for a given photopic luminance and scotopic/photopic (S/P) ratio, the Commission Internationale de l’Eclairage (CIE) recommended system utilizes an equation. Whilst being accurate, it requires several iterations to achieve a stable result and requires the use of an adaptation coefficient. This article proposes an alternative approach, a model developed using a Rational Taylor function which does not require either iteration or an adaptation coefficient. Road lighting tends to use average photopic luminances in the range of 0.1 to 3 cd/m2; within this range, the model has an average error of 0.28% against the iteration approach, which is sufficient for most practical purposes.

Brow position is an established measure of both gender and youth. Patient goals can range from facial feminization to restoration of a more youthful form. Since its introduction in 1994, the endoscopic brow lift has become increasingly popular for elevation and stabilization of the brow, although numerous aesthetic surgeons still question its efficacy. The endoscopic brow lift demands a detailed understanding of specialized endoscopic instruments and regional anatomy. The dissection is tactile at times, but key portions require either direct or endoscopic visualization. Fixation options are numerous, each with their specific risks and benefits. Most importantly, well-planned surgical technique is key in avoiding the stigmata of brow surgery, such as a raised hairline, overcorrection with a surprised facade, and incisional alopecia. In this chapter, we review pertinent anatomy and an algorithm for brow ptosis evaluation. We discuss the specialized instruments necessary to perform this procedure and surgical techniques to maximize outcome while minimizing complications. In preparing patients for this procedure, we review the complication profile and key points of preoperative discussion. A well-done endoscopic brow lift can offer patients a sustainable, stable result with minimal surgical scars and should be included in the armamentarium of an aesthetic surgeon.
