Governance is a characteristic of political systems that indicates the degrees of cooperation and interaction between a state and non-state actors when it comes to decision making that will have an impact on society. The aim of our research focuses on analysing the behaviour of the Worldwide Governance Indicators (WGI) over the 2002–2019 period, since we are interested in learning whether such indicators varied or remained constant. Moreover, we will gain insight into the evolution of these indicators across countries in different geographical areas. The techniques we have chosen for this research are as follows: Partial Triadic Analysis, also known as X-STATIS, to highlight the stable structure of the evolution of the indicators and countries along the years by means of building an average year; Tucker3 to highlight deeper relationships among countries, indicators and years. A comparative analysis of these methods will allow us to check whether the WGI are stable over the years studied or whether they vary over time, providing information about the differences between the Worldwide Governance Indicators (WGI) in several countries or geographical areas.

An experimental study was conducted to evaluate durability (compressive strength and mass loss%) in the modified sulfur concrete within aggressive environments. The modified sulfur concrete was prepared by adding recycled polymeric and filler materials that showed a noticeable enhancement for modified sulfur concrete characteristics. A durability comparison between modified sulfur concrete and traditional concrete was investigated at normal and aggressive environments (10% HCl and 3% NaCl). A cuboid shape with size (50 × 50 × 50mm) was used in this research to investigate the durability of both modified sulfur and traditional concrete. The modified sulfur concrete characteristics revealed high stable structure than traditional due to preventing a process of crystallization of sulfur that modified with polymer and fillers. The compressive strength was 10.87 – 22.5% increased for modified sulfur concrete compared to the traditional concrete at the normal environment. In the aggressive environments, the modified sulfur concrete illustrated high resistance strength compared to the traditional concrete. The comparison revealed a significant impact for 10% HCl and 3% NaCl on the traditional concrete. The compressive strength decreased between (88.78 – 96.17) % for traditional concrete compared to modified sulfur concrete in 10% HCl solution and (84.25 – 95.06) % in 3% NaCl solution. Furthermore, mass loss % of the modified sulfur concrete indicated high resistance compared to the traditional concrete in both 10% HCl and 3% NaCl solutions.

Abstract An effective method for increasing the aggregate stability of non-autoclave heat-insulating foam concrete is proposed. This material is prepared using a two-stage technology on a turbulent-type installation. An increase in the stability of the foam in the mortar mixture by 9.5-23% has been established. An increase in the viscosity of the foam concrete mixture by 13.5% was revealed. Wollastonite and diopside are actively involved in the formation of a stable structure of foam concrete and are structurally modifying centers. The introduction of mineral additives contributes to the formation of a homogeneous stable structure of non-autoclave foam concrete. Thus, an increase in the stability of the cellular system in the technology of non-autoclave cement-ash foam concrete is possible due to the control of the processes of structure formation when using dispersed mineral additives of wollastonite and diopside. Due to the structural-modifying effect of additives as crystallization centers for neoplasms, a more complete hydration of the cement and a strong contact of the additives with the cement stone should be ensured

When we talk about anthropological and social problems, we usually methodologically assume an epistemically stable structure of thought “human-family-society”. This creates a basis for the philosophical model of the family, which is characterized by causal hermeneutics. One cannot talk reliably about the family without referring to the individual and you cannot speak reliably about the society without referring to the family, which then enables the family to be “communion personarum”. This constellation takes on a transcendental configuration at Kant, phenomenological at Husserl and existential at Heidegger. The reference to mandatory ethics, living world and concern is taken. This establishes the methodological framework, where the ontological-epistemic and ethical structure of the family can be analyzed, looking back at the value of life.

FTO is an N6-methyladenosine demethylase removing methyl groups from nucleic acids. Several studies indicate the creation of FTO complexes with other proteins. Here, we looked for regulatory proteins recognizing parts of the FTO dioxygenase region. In the Calmodulin (CaM) Target Database, we found the FTO C-domain potentially binding CaM, and we proved this finding experimentally. The interaction was Ca2+-dependent but independent on FTO phosphorylation. We found that FTO–CaM interaction essentially influences calcium-binding loops in CaM, indicating the presence of two peptide populations—exchanging as CaM alone and differently, suggesting that only one part of CaM interacts with FTO, and the other one reminds free. The modeling of FTO–CaM interaction showed its stable structure when the half of the CaM molecule saturated with Ca2+ interacts with the FTO C-domain, whereas the other part is disconnected. The presented data indicate calmodulin as a new FTO interactor and support engagement of the FTO protein in calcium signaling pathways.

The author characterizes gold, silver, copper, lead, and zinc deposits developed within the Omolon craton terrane. Outlined are ore formations (genetic types) including the deposits. The principal features of the terrane metallogeny terrane are shown as determined by the stable structure of the crystalline basement, consolidated in Early Precambrian, which resulted in contraction of the range of mineralization genetic types and in formation of deep ore- and magma-controlling faults and large deposits.
