Abstract Indonesia, without question consists of various ethnicities, culture, and also religions. This country is so plural that identities may appreciate, correlate, and live together asa nation despite many differences within. They communicate as human beings with different understandings. Differences may be burdens to communicate, but these also indicate potential to shape dialogues between one and another. The dialogues then show tolerance among Indonesians. This paper would like to answer; how tolerance be reflected in cross-cultural communication among religions in Indonesia? By using qualitative descriptive method, this research asserts plural realities of Indonesia, cross-cultural communication, and tolerance among people. Tolerance itself is such an active mode of communication. People do not only talk in language but also speak through their identities towards other in everyday life. It is like constructivism which believes in own identities but also practice its thoughts to others. People are bound in their identities because those are what they believe. Meanwhile, people are related to others' identities because they live respectfully. It is true that tolerance is such an ethical deed of Indonesian people. Despite differences and many restrictions in religions, culture, or even politics, Indonesians respect each other in necessary ways. Even their own identities are used to practice goodness towards others too. In conclusion, tolerance is how to speak cross-cultural communication among Indonesian people. As a nation, people appreciate each other as everyone has the same right. As religious persons, their religions push Indonesians to do good deeds towards others too. It is obvious that the origin and their meaning of the word are inextricably linked with the daily life of the people who create this language. Many thousands of names in our language are the main indicator of our national identity, which is unique to us. In accordance with the principle of «unity of language and nation», attention is drawn to the importance of considering the linguistic and cultural nature of names and phraseological phrases that characterize the essence and image of our nation, some of which have deep roots in the history of linguistics and have already begun to emerge from historical memory. Because in today's society, where social, cultural, psychological and ideological views are developing, it is quite possible that the names of concepts that have been remembered for centuries will be lost and forgotten in decades or even a few years. The authors, relying on the names of animals associated with the life of our people (including names that convey the age characteristics of horses), generalizing language data that indicate the existence of a particular nation, people, also emphasize the importance of studying their ethno-confessional, linguistic and cultural nature, preserving the eternal heritage of future generations.

We analyze the concepts of public and national domain. We pay special attention to determining the public domain place in the system of intellectual property. We formulate the main approaches to the results of human intellectual work in order to determine the relevance of works of science, literature, art to the public domain. We study the tools for identifying objects of the national domain in the public domain. It is proved that a proprietary approach to intellectual property right fits into the concept of national domain. We define an exception – the identification of the creator’s right to a specific intellectual result should be slightly limited in time or should not occur at all. We note that the concept of national domain took a lot from the proprietary concept, while it does not apply to individuals, but applies to the whole people. We substantiate the position that the proprietary approach can be applied in the national domain theory only to the extent that it does not limit the title of a nation (people) in relation to certain objects of intellectual right. We identify weaknesses and strengths of intellectual prop-erty norms implementation in other branches of legislation, as well as civil and legal relations. At the same time, we pay special attention to the national domain institution, taking into account its comparative characteristics with the public domain and the results of the intellectual work of the most talented members of society.

As a point of departure for understanding the complexities of Spanish national and individual identities, it is incumbent that a student begins by investigating Spanish iterations of the three Abrahamic religions. This presupposition of religion’s centrality in the pursuit of better-informed understandings of the Spanish nation, people, history and culture has served as a cornerstone in the construction of Belmont University’s Maymester study abroad program in Spain and as a lodestar in its evolution. This article will describe the genesis of the program, analyze curricular changes over time and offer a critical reflection about why international study is the quintessential milieu for achieving the sought-after objective: understanding the role of religions and the concept of convivencia in the cultivation of Spanish identities.
