This case study presents the engineering approach conducted for stabilizing a landslide that occurred at “El Portalet” Pass in the Central Spanish Pyrenees activated due to the construction of a parking lot. Unlike common slope stabilization cases, measures projected here were aimed at slowing and controlling the landslide, and not completely stopping the movement. This decision was taken due to the slow movement of the landslide and the large unstable mass involved. The degree of success of the stabilization measures was assessed by stability analyses and data obtained from different geotechnical investigations and satellite survey techniques such as GB-SAR and DinSAR conducted by different authors in the area under study. The water table was found to be a critical factor in the landslide’s stability, and the tendency of the unstable slope for null movement (total stability) was related to the water table lowering process, which needs more than 10 years to occur due to regional and climatic issues. Results showed a good performance of the stabilization measures to control the landslide, demonstrating the effectiveness of the approach followed, and which became an example of a good response to the classical engineering duality cost–safety.

The purpose of this research is to obtain intensive and comprehensive description  about the implementation of School Based Management for school empowering through optimization of management functions. This research applied qualitative approach, with descriptive method. The result showed that; (a) Education Foundation Dua Mei stays in dilemmatic position between giving full authority and keeping total stability, (b) School transparency and accountability to public doesn't run maximum because of public education level is inadequate, (c) Headmaster becomes empowered because he can empower hisself and his staff and teachers, (d) Teacher empowering results professional and autonomous teacher, and (e) The end target of school empowering is the improvement of instructional quality.

This paper studies and investigates total stability results of a class of dynamic systems within a prescribed closed ball of the state space around the origin. The class of systems under study includes unstructured nonlinearities subject to multiple higher-order Lipschitz-type conditions which influence the dynamics and which can be eventually interpreted as unstructured perturbations. The results are also extended to the case of presence of multiple internal (i.e., in the state) point discrete delays. Some stability extensions are also discussed for the case when the systems are subject to forcing efforts by using links between the controllability and stabilizability concepts from control theory and the existence of stabilizing linear controls. The results are based on the ad hoc use of Gronwall’s inequality.

The stability of the budget system allows the national economy to ensure overall stability not only in the fiscal aspect, but also in many other areas of public activity. Risks of instability in one segment of the budget structure can cause a cascade of problematic aspects and negatively affect the overall balance of the country's budget system. Fiscal policy in Russia is still unable to solve the problem of increasing the financial autonomy of a certain category of regional budgets that have a high degree of subsidy dependence. Stable maintenance of the number of high-yield budgets of the country's constituent entities causes additional risks of the fiscal policy instability. In this regard, the research of the formation and state of regional budgets with a high subsidy dependence is quite relevant, especially in the context of increased external challenges. This article is aimed at multi-dimensional identification of problematic aspects of the stability level of the regional high-yield budgets of Russia in terms of their balance, stability and debt burden, which will determine their current state in current conditions. Analysis of the dynamics of revenues and expenditures of a regional high-yield budgets group with the determination of the level of their balance over the past three years is carried out. Methodology for a comprehensive assessment of the overall level of regional budgets' stability has been developed, including 5 main groups that reflect the quantitative and qualitative characteristics of regional finance. Analysis of the budget stability of high-yield regions of Russia is carried out. The main positive and negative aspects that characterize the state of the regional high-yield budgets of the country are identified.

The aim of the research was to valuate the necial textbook for the fifth grade in the light of the quality standard. The researcher used the descriptive approach. The researcher prepare the list of the ritenia of the quality of the social textbook for the fifth grade. The sample was constructed in the simple survey (50) Specialization in research related to the evaluation and analysis of textbooks, the number of standards was (48) final criteria distribute in six felids and the validity of the standards as Merified by presenting them to (12) arbitrators and experts in the competence of curricula and methods of teaching, measurement and evaluation. The tool was applied to the social book of the fourth grade according to the list of criteria in the analysis and re-analysis of the researcher after 30 days to measure the stability over time and then the researcher and the first analyst and the researcher and the  second analyst the first analyst and the second used the equation Cooper for the calculation of the agreement and showed the coefficient of total stability(0.84). And was applied to achieve the goal of the research and the results showed the lack of quality standards in the six areas significantly. Only the standards were partially met.

The article deals with the calculation of steel reinforced concrete columns compression and verification of local stability in fixed formwork. It is concluded that it is expedient to calculate the total stability for the resulted sections, and when checking local stability – to follow the instructions Eurocode 4. When checking the local stability of steel sheets, working as part of reinforced concrete structures, the Eurocode 4 guidelines should be followed, while taking into account the following requirements: leave out of account on the local stability of the concrete cross-section (the steel profile is completely surrounded by concrete); concrete cross-section (steel profile is completely concrete, partially concrete cross-section), the steel profile is only partially covered with concrete, as well as for other cross-sections of reinforced concrete columns provided by Eurocode 4 with the corresponding ratio d/ t. The calculation method for the given sections in the calculation of the overall stability of compressed steel reinforced concrete elements is the simple stand one that gives satisfactory results. Calculations show that the loss of local stability of a steel sheet that works concurrently with reinforced concrete occurs at stresses greater than the force of flow in a steel sheet.

This study aimed to specify the professional development requirements for natural sciences teachers in (lesson planning، explaining lessons، evaluating lessons and teacher professionalism) fields. This study is extracted from a research entitled “Developing Natural Sciences Teachers in Medina in terms of school accreditation”. The sample included (171 teachers) in the secondary stage، Medina، which represents (28.12%) of the study population. The sample was randomly selected from the governmental daytime schools and the researcher used the surveying descriptive method. The questionnaire included (163 items) distributed into four fields (lesson planning، explaining lessons، evaluating lessons and teacher professionalism)، also it includes 19 criteria. To verify instrument reliability and validity، external validity test was performed in addition to perform formative validity (internal constancy). Also، stability test was executed and the total stability was (0.993). To process data، a number of statistical methods used such as; frequencies، percentages، mean، Spearman correlation coefficient and Cronbach Alpha. Furthermore، the study introduced a group results whereas the most outstanding are: natural sciences teachers needs professional development with mean (2.46) and intermediate level in needs assessment scale. So، it is indicated that lessons evaluation field was in the priority with mean (2.42) followed by lesson planning with mean (2.46)، then explaining lessons with mean (2.467) and teacher professionalism field with mean (2.51).
