The article considers the current aspects of the enterprise economic security, analyzes the features of its assessment and substantiates the expediency of using an integral indicator of the economic security management of the enterprise. Based on the use of factor analysis and the method of chain substitutions, an adaptive assessment system was built, which is highly sensitive to rapid changes in the external environment and the characteristics of the enterprise’s functioning. This approach makes it possible to develop adequate management measures to identify risks, determine the causes of their occurrence and measures to prevent risks or eliminate their negative impact. That is, the result of the implementation of such a methodology should be information that will allow management to make adequate management decisions in a timely manner, develop and implement effective measures to ensure the economic security of the enterprise in counteracting internal and external risks.

Аn adaptive assessment was given to 3 samples of Cypripedium macranthon attracted to the introductionfrom different ecological and phytocenotic growing conditions for the formation of a cultigenic population of the speciesin the Altai Botanical garden. According to the results of phenon observations and biometric indicators, Cypripedium macranthon samples were attracted to the introduction from young birch communities from the territory of the Southern Altaiwith a vertical distribution threshold from 415 to 1057 m above the sea level. They are stable in culture and undergo a fullcycle of seasonal development. However, due to the lack of self-seeding, it is premature to talk about the success of creatinga cultigenic population of Cypripedium macranthon.

The results of study of the samples of competitive variety testing in the Amur region are presented. The research was carried out in 2018-2020 on experimental plots of the breeding crop rotation of the All-Russian Scientific Research Institute of Soybean. As a result of the phytopathological survey, 12 best highly immune soybean samples were identified, of which the most adaptive (Ka > 1) to the conditions of the region were marked with 5 numbers: Amurskaya 24/42 (Ka = 1, 07), Amurskaya 24/54 (Ka = 1.07) and Amurskaya 24/60 (Ka = 1.11), Alena standard (Ka = 1.05), Amurskaya K-4/23 (Ka = 1.02) and Amurskaya K-14/17 (Ka = 1.05). As a result of a comprehensive assessment, considering the indicators of adaptability, productivity, and resistance to diseases, the 3 best soybean samples were identified: early-ripening – Amur 24/42; medium-ripening - Amur 24/54, Amur 24/60 with a yield of 2.78 (+ 0.46 t/ha to st); 2.80 (+ 0.32 t/ha to st); 2.75 (+0.27 t/ha to st). Two of which Am. 24/60 and Am. 24/42 were transferred in 2020 to the State Variety Testing for 2021-2022 as new highly productive, immune varieties Tisei and Luchistaya.

Formulation of the problem. On board an aircraft, the solution of situational awareness tasks can be achieved as a result of the creation of an integrated multi-sensor information environment for a complex of onboard equipment, including sources of information that are heterogeneous in terms of construction principles and nature. One of the difficulties in creating such a multi-sensor information environment is the lack of specialized functional software for the on-board equipment complex, which allows processing and combining signals and information from heterogeneous sources, providing an assessment of the coordinate characteristics of targets in the form of phase coordinates of their spatial position and movement, as well as recognition and identification observed targets by characteristic features. To solve this problem, a method and interconnected algorithms for complex information processing have been developed that would allow combining heterogeneous information about targets, taking into account the conditions and methods of obtaining it when solving problems of tracking, recognition and identification of targets. Goal. Describe the method and interrelated algorithms for integrated information processing in the aircraft onboard equipment complex, which provide tracking, recognition and identification of targets based on information received from heterogeneous OBE sources. Results. The method of complex information processing on board the aircraft is described. A set of interrelated algorithms has been developed, including: an algorithm for the complex adaptive assessment of the phase coordinates of the observed target, conditional relative to its trajectory and signal signs obtained from the results of observations of heterogeneous sources; an algorithm for determining the nationality of the observed target, taking into account the assessment of its class / type based on the results of assessing the values of its trajectory and signal characteristics, as well as the conditions for assessing the phase coordinates. Practical significance. The optimization of the processes of a complex adaptive assessment of the phase coordinates of the observed target, conditional with respect to its trajectory and signal signs, and optimization of the decision-making process about the nationality of the observed target, taking into account the assessment of its class / type based on the values of the trajectory and signal signs of this target, obtained from the results of observations of heterogeneous sources. A variant of the practical implementation of the developed method and algorithms in the OBE of the aircraft is proposed.
