The problems of correspondence efficiency and effectiveness as well as disposition in LPPM Universitas Tadulako related to manual management can be overcome by utilizing the current advanced technology. One of the utilization of advanced information technology is by using correspondence application system and online disposition. Correspondence management system is performed systematically and paperless which is also a solution during Covid-19 pandemics where all office administration is done from home. This research was done to build online correspondence and disposition management system in LPPM instances of LPPM Universitas Tadulako. The information system of Office Correspondence and Online Disposition of the Research and Community Dedication Institution (LPPM) of Universitas Tadulako will form paperless work system in the institution, so that it is able to improve the effectiveness of administration management performance in LPPM in the effort to improve the quality of research and community dedication in Universitas Tadulako.

The development of increasingly advanced information technology can provide many benefits for completing work quickly and accurately. One example that requires the delivery of information quickly and accurately is the field of library, this is in accordance with the function of the library which is the heart of education. Most libraries are still many who adhere to a conventional system, of course this will result in disruption of the continuity of the process of managing books in the library. Therefore, the author takes the theme of this study regarding Library Book Management Information Systems Based on Websites by using the waterfall method on software development as well as methods of observation and literature on data collection. This Information System is the best solution for problem solving in managing library books. With the use of managed computer data technology becomes faster, reducing inefficient time and reducing the occurrence of errors in processing data.

Abstract. Information technology architecture planning for Baubau Village using TOGAF ADM. Babau Village is a village located in Kupang Regency, East Nusa Tenggara Province. Currently, Babau Village has implemented information technology as a centre for information and administrative services. To improve the quality of service to the community, existing information technology needs to be further developed because the amount of information in the system will continue to increase along with population growth. The problem faced if information technology is not developed is a system performance problem. For further development to be more focused, research on an information technology architecture design for Babau Village. The design using TOGAF ADM is a blueprint and a roadmap for the development of advanced information technology services. The aim is that the existing business processes within the Babau Village related to information and administrative services continue to develop according to the needs of the community and the organizational management of Babau Village.Keywords: enterprise architecture planning, TOGAF, ADM, Babau VillageAbstrak. Kelurahan Babau adalah sebuah kelurahan yang terletak di Kabupaten Kupang, Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Timur. Demi meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan kepada masyarakat, teknologi informasi yang ada perlu dikembangkan lebih lanjut karena jumlah informasi yang ada dalam sistem akan terus meningkat seiring pertumbuhan jumlah penduduk. Masalah yang dihadapi apabila teknologi informasi tidak dikembangkan ialah masalah kinerja sistem. Agar pengembangan tahap lanjut lebih terarah, penelitian mengenai sebuah perancangan arsitektur teknologi informasi untuk Kelurahan Babau. Perancangan yang menggunakan TOGAF ADM tersebut merupakan blueprint dan juga roadmap untuk pengembangan pelayanan teknologi informasi tahap lanjut. Tujuannya ialah proses bisnis yang ada didalam Kelurahan Babau terkait pelayanan informasi dan administrasi terus berkembang sesuai dengan kebutuhan masyarakat dan pengurus organisasi Kelurahan Babau.Kata Kunci: arsitektur teknologi informasi, TOGAF, ADM, Kelurahan Babau

The Village

South Pringsewu is the name of a village located in Pringsewu district. This village has the main potential, namely agriculture and industry. To develop its potential it needs to be updated from the system that has been used in empowering the potential of the village manually and not yet using the information system even in the form of a website. The purpose of this research was to select South Pringsewu Village that has the potential of villages that need to be empowered using information technology. Information Technology is needed to facilitate the access, management and empowerment of village potentials, so that it is expected to be able to improve the progress and quality of South Pringsewu Village. Information technology (IT) has an important role in carrying out the functions of universities, so that it can be trusted to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the academic process lead to the academic services being more maximal as well as supporting the university's business process innovation to develop. The Naval Academy (AAL) is one of the educational institutions found in the Indonesian Navy and has the task of producing professional Navy officers, possessing current technological mastery capabilities and towards World Class Navy. By referring to the desired results above, AAL uses information technology in conducting teaching and learning activities. The Information System available at the Naval Academy (AAL) is currently not optimal, therefore the authors conducted an analysis to plan the strategic development of information systems and information technology at the Naval Academy (AAL). This research was made using the Ward and Peppard method. The step of this research started with internal analysis, external analysis using PEST analysis, internal IS/IT analysis and external SI/IT analysis to map the information system position at the Naval Academy (AAL) with SWOT analysis. The application of information technology is currently widely used by agencies in carrying out various operational activities. This study tries to apply the PIECES Framework to the analysis of information systems. To implement it, it is necessary to test responses from users on an information system. The system to be tested is the information system of Mako Battalion 131 Braja Sakti. The information system used to support the performance of soldiers where the responsible in this case is part of the operations staff. In their service, the operations staff  collect data from each company. The data is inputted into the online-based ANEV DATA system. The system will later be used in processing soldier certification data. PIECES focuses on 6 focus areas of analysis, namely performance, information and data, economy, control and security, efficiency, and service. The purpose of this study is the application of the PIECES Framework in analyzing the quality of the implementation of information systems to ensure the success targeted by the operations staff. This study uses interviews and observations as well as the distribution of questionnaires as a method of data collection. The results of this study indicate that the use of ANEV Data as an information system to improve performance gets an average result at the Performance level of 5.20, information and data level of 4.76, economic indicator level of 5.20, Control indicator level of 4.85, and efficiency level of 4.16. and service satisfaction of 7.16. The value of the operation staff is very satisfied using the ANEV Data information system.

Este artigo tem o objetivo de apresentar como a Qualidade de Vida no Trabalho (QVT) pode ser inserida em mercados competitivos, como o das organizações de Tecnologia da informação (TI) que comumente tem dificuldades para reter talentos. Quando a QVT é trabalhada sob uma óptica preventiva, que se contrapõem as visões assistencialistas e hegemônicas, a QVT poderá ser uma ferramenta que interfere diretamente na motivação dos colaboradores, levando a uma maior eficiência e eficácia organizacional, sendo um dos diferenciais para o êxito nos negócios e no bem-estar dos colaboradores. Abstract— Rapid of information technology development grow a new competitive environment. Including higher education, they need to improve their service quality in order to provide education service in more competitive. One of the ways of using information technology in higher education is the used of Academic Information System (AIS). AIS was developed to achieve the goals of the learning process which is one of vision and mission organization success factor. The measurement is needed to evaluate the quality of AIS. Functionality is one of the quality factors which is measured by observing the correlation between function and functional suitability. In this study, the quality of AIS functional suitability is measured using goal-oriented approach base on ISO/IEC 25010 in the perspective of a lecturer. The strategic plan of an institution is used as a reference to measure if the system used to have meet institution goals when using this approach. The result shows that the measurement using goal-oriented approach become more objective and suitable to the need of used AIS quality improvement for the institution than the measurement with ISO/IEC 25010 only. Keywords— Academic Information System, Functional Suitability, GQM, ISO/IEC 25010

The role of information systems and information technology is indispensable in a variety of fields of work and human resources required to have good quality so it could use the technology appropriately. The library is space that contained a lot of catalogs needed for learning and teachingas media seek knowledge and insight for students and lecturer, then the required information system that can hold all the information about then added data quickly and accurately. Therefore, the library shoidbeable to capitaliz on the presence of information technology to improve the quality of its services. Abstract. Library has one of important resources to obtain information for research needs. The quality of a library information system needs to improve promptly because the information is needed quickly and accurately. In order to present library catalogue data that can be integrated with all central and local libraries, the library information system of Research and Development of the Human Resources Agency of the Ministry of Communication and Information Technology (Balitbang SDM Kominfo) needs to be well developed. The aim of this research is to design a prototype of library information system in order to present library data from central and local libraries accurately. Simulation tests are performed in eight research centers in the Ministry of Communication and Information Technology. The test is performed to analyze the perception of the users about the effectiveness of the system. The results show that the central library and information systems have good quality. Keywords: central library, local library, prototype, information system Abstrak. Perpustakaan merupakan sarana untuk mendapatkan literasi informasi melalui hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan. Peningkatan kualitas layanan sistem informasi perpustakaan yang tersaji dengan cepat, akurat dan aktual mutlak diperlukan. Untuk itu dipandang perlu suatu perbaikan sistem perpustakaan Balitbang SDM Kominfo agar dapat menyajikan data perpustakaan yang dapat terintegrasi antara perpustakaan pusat dan perpustakaan daerah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang prototipe suatu sistem informasi perpustakaan pusat dan daerah agar data perpustakaan pusat dan daerah dapat tersaji dengan cepat dan akurat. Pengujian dilakukan dengan simulasi sistem di delapan balai Kominfo. Pengujian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis persepsi administrator pusat dan administrator daerah mengenai efektivitas sistem. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi perpustakaan pusat dan daerah memiliki kualitas yang baik. Kata Kunci: perpustakaan daerah, perpustakaan pusat, prototipe, sistem informasi
