Lucaogou formation in Jimsar sag is host to large quantities of bedding fractures which are known to play a critical role in the enrichment, accumulation, and efficient development of tight oil. In this paper, we examine and finely characterize the development of the bedding fractures found in the upper and lower sweet spots of Lucaogou formation of tight oil reservoir through field outcrop and core observation, cast thin section analysis, and imaging log recognition and investigate the factors affecting their differentiated oil-bearing by means of inclusion temperature measurement, TOC testing, physical property testing, high-pressure mercury injection, and physical simulation experiment. By comparison with the linear density, bedding fractures are more developed in the lower sweet spot. These fractures occur in parallel to the formation boundary and have small aperture. Most of bedding fractures are unfilled fractures. Among the few types of fractures found there, bedding fractures have the best oil-bearing property, but the oil-bearing can differ from one bedding fracture to another. The factors affecting the differentiated oil-bearing of bedding fractures include the temporal coupling of the formation of these fractures with the hydrocarbon generation of the source rocks and the spatial coupling of the bedding fractures with the source rocks. In terms of temporal coupling, mass hydrocarbon generation in Jimsar sag began in Late Jurassic. Inclusion temperature measurement indicates that the bedding fractures there formed in or after Early Cretaceous. Hence, by matching the mass hydrocarbon generation period of the source rocks with the formation period of the bedding fractures, we discovered that the bedding fractures formed within the mass hydrocarbon generation period, which favored the oil-bearing of these fractures. The spatial coupling is manifested in TOC, porosity, permeability, and pore throat, with TOC being the main controlling factor. For TOC, the higher the formation TOC, the better the oil-bearing property of the bedding fractures. For porosity, subject to the TOC level, if the TOC is adequate, the larger the porosity, the larger the chloroform asphalt “A,” accordingly the higher the oil content of the formation, and the better the oil-bearing property of the bedding fractures developed therein. In this sense, in terms of spatial coupling, TOC constitutes the main controlling factor of the oil-bearing property of bedding fractures.

Today’s young people (youth and young adults) are routinely understood in generational terms, constructed as narcissistic and selfish in comparison with their predecessors. Despite announcements of a weakening commitment to values of kindness and generosity, there is little empirical research that examines these trends. The Australian Survey of Social Attitudes shows that young people are more likely to be kind but are less likely to think most Australians are kind. This article investigates this tension using focus groups with Australians of different ages (corresponding to major generational groupings) and drawing on the sociology of generations. To differentiate between generation, period and age/life-cycle effects requires longitudinal methods. However, these qualitative data suggest that a ‘generationalist’ discourse of young people as narcissistic is powerful in Australia and that young people are both internalising and challenging this framing. They appear to be responding to common experiences of growing up with the social and economic uncertainties of an ‘until-further-notice’ world and express strong support for values of kindness and openness to difference.

Abstract C. difformis is a sedge which is listed in Holm's list of the world's worst weeds, being a problem especially in rice, sugarcane, tea and maize. It is a dominant weed in direct-seeded rice when it occurs in high plant densities; forms dense mats of vegetation in the young crop and can cause rice yield losses of 12-50%. It is native to the tropics of the Old World, but is spreading well outside its native range. It has a relatively short generation period of as little as 4 to 6 weeks from seed to seed. It can spread along waterways and grow in disturbed sites, lake margins and on river banks.

Kata Kunci : Bonus Demografi,Pendidikan Islam Abstract The bonus is the phenomenon of population Demographics that are interesting to review. The demographic bonus can give a blessing to the people of Indonesia and a great chance to change the future of the nation of Indonesia. Bonus demographics is golden or golden generation period for preparing the new generation in the year 2045. The year when Indonesia enters a century of independence. Demographic bonus is marked with the number of productive age in the age of non productive, with the number of productive age is expected to advance by way of Indonesia set up in ripe opportunities which will arise when the phenomenon through one demographic bonus education sector. Education education in General and Islamic education in particular have a very important role for the life of humanity so that humans can navigate through life in the world and gained a substantial victory. In an era of demographic bonus expected the younger generation not only have the intelligence and productivity, but must also have a strong character. Whether or not the tight oil in the Triassic Yanchang Formation of the Ordos Basin is controlled by structural factors is a controversial issue, the relationship between the structural factors of the strata and the distribution of tight oil is limited to the study of current structures. The traditional view is that structural factors have no obvious control over the formation and distribution of the oil reservoir. Taking the Chang 8 member of the Triassic Yanchang Formation in the Ordos Basin as an example, this paper studies respectively the burial of strata-hydrocarbon generation history of the individual well and the structural evolution history of strata in the basin by using software tools of the Genex burial-hydrocarbon generation history restoration and TemisFlow evolution of stratigraphic structures. It is considered that the hydrocarbon generation period of the source rock of the Triassic Yanchang Formation in the Ordos Basin is from early Middle Jurassic to end of Early Cretaceous. By reconstructing the evolution and structure of the Chang 8 member during the hydrocarbon accumulation period, combined with a comprehensive analysis on the distributional characteristics of the Chang 8 oil reservoir, we found the palaeoslopes and palaeohighs of the Chang 8 reservoir to represent areas in which tight oils were distributed. Palaeo-structural characteristics of the target layer exhibit control over the Chang 8 reservoir. The new theory underlying tight oil exploration, which is based on the recovery of the palaeogeomorphology of the target layer during the hydrocarbon generation period, incorporates the vital roles of key controlling factors over tight oil accumulation, so that the mind-set on tight oil exploration in the Ordos Basin has evolved.

In this chapter, the author presents the case of Mariana, a Uruguayan non-native speaking teacher of English working at Lake Primary School in Uruguay. This chapter describes an action research process during which the author and a colleague reconstructed the experience of introducing a new approach to the teaching of emergent literacy with six-year-olds. In order to generate data, apart from holding a series of interviews and class observations, they engaged in Cooperative Development sessions (Edge, 2002, p. 18) using the framework to engage in “a mixture of awareness-raising and disciplined discourse” as a further means of facilitating the understanding of professional development processes. During and after the data generation period, the author analysed the data and shared the interpretations with her colleague, who examined them critically, adding her own views and clarifying as necessary. In the midst of the explorations of pedagogical experiences, the author and her colleague allowed other discourses to emerge, and were thus able to draw conclusions regarding Mariana's identity as a non-native speaking teacher, her ability to deal with change and innovation, her relationship with peers, as well as her newly-discovered roles as researcher, leader, and change agent.
