Abstrak Bonus Demografi merupakan fenomena kependudukan yang menarik untuk dikaji. Bonus demografi dapat memberikan berkah bagi bangsa Indonesia dan kesempatan besar untuk mengubah masa depan bangsa Indonesia. Bonus demografi merupakan periode emas atau generasi emas untuk mempersiapakan generasi baru dalam memasuki tahun 2045, ketika Indonesia memasuki satu abad kemerdekaannya. Bonus demografi ditandai dengan banyaknya usia produktif dari pada usia non produktif, dengan banyaknya usia produktif ini diharapkan dapat memajukan Indonesia dengan cara mempersiapakan secara matang peluang yang akan muncul ketika fenomena bonus demografi salah satunya melalui sektor pendidikan. Pendidikan pada umumnya dan pendidikan islam pada khususnya mempunyai peranan sangat penting bagi kehidupan umat manusia agar manusia dapat mengarungi kehidupan di dunia dan memperoleh kemenangan yang hakiki. Era bonus demografi diharapkan para generasi muda tidak hanya memiliki kecerdasan dan produktifitas, akan tetapi juga harus memiliki karakter yang kuat. Melalui pendidikan islam diharapkan dapat membangu karater ( Caracter Building) yang membentuk generasi emas menjadi insan beriman, berpengetahuan tinggi, berakhlak mulia, tekun beribadah, berjiwa sosial, dan bertaqwa. Kata Kunci : Bonus Demografi,Pendidikan Islam Abstract The bonus is the phenomenon of population Demographics that are interesting to review. The demographic bonus can give a blessing to the people of Indonesia and a great chance to change the future of the nation of Indonesia. Bonus demographics is golden or golden generation period for preparing the new generation in the year 2045. The year when Indonesia enters a century of independence. Demographic bonus is marked with the number of productive age in the age of non productive, with the number of productive age is expected to advance by way of Indonesia set up in ripe opportunities which will arise when the phenomenon through one demographic bonus education sector. Education education in General and Islamic education in particular have a very important role for the life of humanity so that humans can navigate through life in the world and gained a substantial victory. In an era of demographic bonus expected the younger generation not only have the intelligence and productivity, but must also have a strong character. Through Islamic education is expected to be constructed karater (Caracter Building) that make up the golden generation of the faithful, knowledgeable employees become a high, noble character, diligent worship, social status, and soulless. In Britain a new generation of worker co-operatives have emerged that differ from earlier phases of co-operative development in that they have been formed primarily to create jobs in response to the high level of unemployment. All the major political parties favour co-operative development and co-operative support organisations of various kinds have been set up at local and national level. This paper argues that such ‘job creation’ co-operatives and the organisations that support them have come under great pressure to prioritise job creation as against the formulation of effective and secure co-operative structures. This pressure arises because the policies surrounding co-operative development have not taken account of the severe economic pressures the co-operatives face and the consequent effect upon their ability to sustain the co-operative principles of ownership and control of the business by the people who work in it. In the light of the specific needs and problems of the new generation of worker co-operatives the paper argues that the concepts of co-operative ownership and control need to be reassessed, in particular in relation to membership. The distinction between a co-operative and a collective is also re-evaluated together with the need for co-operative structures to be replicated in other aspects of the local community.

This paper suggests the use of cultural expertise as encompassing concept that can account for the natural cultural competence developed in Iran. In earlier times, Zoroastrian law was first based on religious norms and the primary theological division between sins and offenses. Iranians had to adapt to different legal systems: customary law, religious law and secular law. Priests, jurists, judges, officials and translators were the main cultural “experts” and mediators between the people and the normative institutions. The introduction of imami legal theories and jurisprudence in the 16th century together with the reinforcement of the secular political power engaged Iran in a stabilized judicial context ruled by shiʿi scholars, qāzis and mujtahids. In 1919, as a consequence of the new French inspired Constitution, the Ministry of Justice, in order to train a new generation of judges, magistrates and justice personnel, set up a law school. Professors, who can be considered as cultural experts, contributed to the acculturation process initiated in the judicial system. Examples of his continuous struggle are recounted in Ostad Elahi's (1895-1974) memoirs, relating the difficulty Iranians had to accept the change, both cultural and psychological, initiated by the modernization and westernization program put into operation (1911-1935).

Thus, the development of the world of Islamic education, especially Islamic boarding schools, becomes more diverse and varied. Both in terms of the manhaj of thought, da'wah methods, and the forms and concepts of learning in Islamic boarding schools. This fact becomes a new problem for Muslims, for maintaining the congregation's values as Muslims, during the presence of differences in manhaj and methods of view on the da'wah of Islam itself. Therefore, in this study, researchers are interested in reviewing how the communication skills of KH. Soleh Iskandar in building collaboration and cooperation with Islamic boarding schools. Later it was recorded in history that he could initiate the birth of a cooperative forum for Islamic boarding schools in Indonesia. Namely the Boarding School Cooperation Agency (BKSPP). Researchers hope that the achievements that KH has made. Soleh Iskandar can be continued by the current generations of Islamic boarding schools. Baik dalam hal manhaj pemikiran, metode dakwah, hingga bentuk dan konsep pembelajaran di pesantren. Fakta ini menjadi sebuah problematika baru bagi umat Islam, untuk bagaimana tetap menjaga nilai-nilai keberjamaahan sebagai umat Islam, di tengah hadirnya berbagai perbedaan manhaj dan metode pandang terhadap dakwah Islam itu sendiri. Oleh karena itu, pada penelitian ini, peneliti tertarik untuk mengulas bagaimana kecakapan komunikasi KH. Soleh Iskandar dalam membangun kolaborasi dan kerja sama lembaga pesantren. dikemudian tercatat dalam sejarah mampu memprakarsai lahirnya wadah kerja sama pondok pesantren di Indonesia. Yaitu Badan Kerja sama Pondok Pesantren (BKSPP). Peneliti berharap bahwa pencapaian yang telah dilakukan KH. Soleh Iskandar dapat dilanjutkan oleh generasi-generasi pondok pesantren saat ini. Dalam upaya menguatkan fungsi dan peran pesantren dalam membina umat dan melahirkan pemimpin bagi masyarakat. </span></p>

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui latar belakang, perkembangan, serta dampak keberadaan Yayasan Pendidikan Islam Tompobulu di Kecamatan Tompobulu, Kabupaten Gowa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian sejarah yang terdiri atas empat tahapan yaitu: heuristik, kritik sumber, interpertasi, dan historiografi. Data untuk penelitian ini diperoleh dari situs resmi dari Badan Pusat Statistik Kecamatan Tompobulu, serta hasil wawancara dengan beberapa pihak yang berperan penting dalam Yayasan Pendidikan Islam Tompobulu. Beberapa sumber buku yang terkait dengan dengan kajian penulis yang diperoleh dari Perpustakaan Kota Makassar, Perpustakaan Umum Universitas Negeri Makassar, Perpustakaan Prodi Pendidikan Sejarah, serta beberapa situs di internet. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa keberadaan Yayasan Pendidikan Islam Tompobulu memiliki peranan penting dalam dunia pendidikan di Kecamatan Tompobulu. Yayasan ini berdiri sebagai solusi bagi masyarakat Tompobulu yang mengalami kendala dalam pendidikan. Seiring dengan berjalannya waktu, maka yayasan ini juga mengalami perkembangan mengikuti zaman, sehingga  madrasah-madrasah naungan Yayasan Pendidikan Islam Tompobulu mampu bersaing dengan sekolah-sekolah lain yang ada di Kabupaten Gowa, khususnya di Kecamatan Tompobulu. Yayasan ini memiliki peranan yang besar dalam mencerdaskan serta meningkatkan mutu perekonomian masyarakat Kecamatan Tompobulu. Kata kunci : Yayasan, Pendidikan Islam, Tompobulu Abstract This research and writing aims to determine the background, development, and impact of the existence of the Tompobulu Islamic Education Foundation in Tompobulu District, Gowa Regency. This study uses a historical research method which consists of four stages, namely: heuristics, source criticism, interpretation, and historiography. Data for this study were obtained from the official website of the Central Statistics Agency of Tompobulu District, as well as the results of interviews with several parties who played an important role in the Tompobulu Islamic Education Foundation. Several book sources related to the study of writers obtained from the Makassar City Library, Makassar Public University Public Library, Historical Education Study Library, and several sites on the internet. The results of this study indicate that the existence of the Tompobulu Islamic Education Foundation has an important role in the world of education in Tompobulu District. This foundation stands as a solution for the people of Tompobulu who experience obstacles in education. As time goes by, the foundation also develops with the times, so that the Islamic Education Foundation Tompobulu madrassas are able to compete with other schools in Gowa Regency, especially in Tompobulu District. The relationship and Islam democracy in Indonesia has been a topic. The possibility of Islam education is worth taking into account in the arena of Indonesian politics? How is Islamic education position in the world Indonesian government? Until that the Islamic education system plays in the world of Indonesian politics. To  answers to the problems that this article is present. After through the review process, the article has finally found the conclusion that Indonesian democracy, its central idea of sovereignty in the hands of the people, has indirectly opened up Muslim opportunities form a democracy religious. That is, a system and elements Islamic foundations efforts to develop a religious model of Islamic education. This is due the peculiar nature of Islamic education which strongly emphasizes the importance of integral attitudes (tawhīdī) at all kinds of reality. Therefore, the government of Indonesia in the future, all started from Islamic education at this time. Because, the young people who is currently still a role as a student of this State of Indonesia journey.

Map of political Islam in Indonesia is always colored by the government political map. From the pre-independence era, the post-independence (old order), the new order and the reform era. Islamic education is still in a position that is generally not in favor of the empowerment of the people. Education is a tool for which the government used it to escort people and people to the desired political objectives, theoretically it is not wrong if the government wants the product graduate of educational institutions contribute to development. This paper projects Pioneering Poll (PP) algorithm, which inspired by poll around the world is used to solve optimal reactive power problem. In Pioneering Poll (PP) algorithm population is general people and each person may be a candidate or a voter. Definite number of people will form dissimilar groups to set up political parties in the solution space. Advertising movement is the fundamental of this Pioneering Poll (PP) algorithm and it contains three core phases: sanguine campaign, disparate campaign and union campaign. During sanguine campaign, the nominee proclaims themselves through accentuate their positive descriptions and potentials. In the disparate campaign, candidates challenge with each other to raise their status and malign their contender. In extraordinary cases, the candidates that have equivalent information can united together in order to increase the possibility of success of the joint party. Campaign positively grounds the people to congregate to a state of solution space that is the comprehensive optimum. All these determinations lead up to poll day (end condition). On poll day, the candidate who is acquiring maximum votes is proclaimed as the conqueror and it matches to the supreme solution that is found for the reactive power problem. The proposed Pioneering Poll (PP) algorithm has been tested in standard IEEE 118 & practical 191 bus test systems and simulation results show clearly about the enhanced performance of the proposed Pioneering Poll (PP) algorithm in reducing the real power loss with voltage profiles are within the limits.

In recent years, rural villages of India have found a place on the tourist map of the world. Not only does rural tourism provide an additional source of income to the villagers but it also helps showcase the rural life and culture of the people, such as art, crafts, and heritage, etc., of the village and community. At present, most of the states of India are facing many challenges for the implementation of rural tourism projects, which stands against achieving the objective of the project set-up by the Ministry of Tourism, Govt. of India. Some of the problems are very grave and need immediate attention of the administration. The Department of Tourism, Govt. of Odisha, has identified eight villages in the state for implementation of the Rural Tourism project. Padmanavapur, a village in South Odisha is one of them. The author has taken this village to study the impact of rural tourism on the socio-cultural life of the local community. The chapter indicates that the village has a high potential for tourists, but due to the delay in implementation and completion of the project, the stakeholders are not getting the desired benefits.

The article discusses the paradoxical policy of the Soviet government in the 80–90s of the twentieth century in relation to the creative intelligentsia. The author also pointed out that the problem of the threat of loss of national identity was acute at various meetings and congresses of the Kazakh creative intelligentsia before perestroika, during the thaw and stagnation. It is known that with the deepening crisis in society and the escalation of social and ethnic tension in 1986, an uprising of Kazakh students in Almaty followed. This December uprising, which shocked the world, proved that a new generation with a high level of national identity, measured by the honor of the people, came to the Kazakh land. The article also analyzes the views and actions of the young generation, especially the Kazakh youth studying in Moscow, who gave a worthy answer to the political system. And also the actions of Mukhtar Shakhanov did not go unnoticed.

I welcome an opportunity to briefly examine Walt Rostow's contention that we are at a watershed. I am inclined to accept the generic proposition, although it will become apparent that the premises with which we support the conclusion differ.Vietnam can well be the last great confrontation of the postwar era if we learn the lessons of Vietnam as well as others of recent years. Vietnam is providing an excellent modern example of the limitations of enormous military power. In another area, the Kennedy round, which was completed some months ago, there is also provided a classic example of the limitations of enormous economic power. If the people of the United States and especially its leadership can profit from the experiences of recent months on the military and economic fronts, then Mr. Rostow's thesis that we are at a watershed should prove valid. If we fail to understand or misinterpret what is happening, then it is possible that Mr. Washburn and the new generation are in for the kind of difficulties that could arise from a major decline in the affluence and influence of the United States. Naturally, every American might selfishly view such a prospect with great concern; I am sufficiently chauvinistic about our nation's potential for good that I view it with alarm for the world as a whole.
