The 1990s are considered a major force on fashion, music and screens. At that time, in Indonesia various bands were born, developed and reached a golden age. One of them is the KLa Project, which is still surviving until the age of 32. This study aims to determine the experience of group communication in the KLa Project band in an effort to maintain their existence for 32 years in the Indonesian Music scene. The method used is qualitative with a phenomenological approach. The research subjects consisted of the main research subjects, namely KLa Project personnel, namely Ignatius Bagaskoro Katon, Romulo Radjadin, Adi Adrian and Ahmad Ari Suharto. Supporting research subjects were also taken in this study, namely the crew and management of the KLa Project, as well as several other fellow musicians who are related to the KLa Project. The results show that communication between personnel in the KLa Project music group or band is the most important and fundamental thing. The group communication is also dynamic and there is a change in communication patterns during the early formation and journey of the KLa Project, namely from 1986-1987 to 2000, with the communication situation between personnel in 2001.

PurposeThis study aimed to examine the digital transformation of business-to-business (B2B) sales and its effects on the management of value-based selling.Design/methodology/approachThe study adopted a qualitative interview research design. A total of two participant groups—one consisting of sales management professionals and the other consisting of buyers—were created to conduct abductive data analysis to gain a new understanding of B2B sales management.FindingsAs a result of the digital transformation of sales, companies are shifting B2B sales towards value-based selling using a more proactive, continuous process wherein digital value co-creation activities play a big role. Similarly, their buyers now expect more proactive communication about new value propositions, but social media channels are of little importance to most B2B buyers. The management of digital value co-creation activities should be addressed from the sales ecosystem perspective, where non-sellers tend to have a strong role in communicating new value propositions.Research limitations/implicationsThere needs to be further research on digital value co-creation activities in the sales ecosystem, as value-based selling requires that selling organizations focus more on educational digital content marketing and engagement with non-sellers via both marketing and sales activities.Practical implicationsCompanies rarely exploit experts and project personnel when implementing digital sales strategies; however, they often meet with customers personally and network with them. This requires a broader perspective on sales management.Originality/valueThis is one of the first studies to explore the management of value-based selling from both seller and buyer perspectives.

This article considers Function Point Analysis (FPA) as a tool for price substantiation and specification of liabilities for development of digital project, since each new project in the company is analyzed. Information acquired during the analysis forms basis for adoption of critical decisions regarding complexity, resources, frames, terms, expenses, etc. Even strictly defined projects may fall out at later stages without accurate analytical method. Reducing risks of software projects is the most important issue. In general, this starts from definition of exact measures regarding scale, productivity, duration, quality, and other key performances of project efficiency. Advanced methods of analysis, such as FPA, provide clear presentation of each of these metrics related mainly with the amount of project, personnel, expenses and time, which supports management, control, adjustment of software development at early stages of planning.

Abstract Issue Previous migrant population studies have shown that immigrants experience higher level of psychological load than the overall population. This is especially prevalent in those with refugee background. The PALOMA project (Developing National Mental Health Policies for Refugees) was launched in 2016 to tackle this wellbeing cap. One outcome of the project was a PALOMA handbook, which includes recommendations as well as methods and tools for decision-makers, supervisors and professionals for promoting refugees' mental health and preventing, identifying and treating the problems. During the PALOMA project, the need for national coordination, establishing regional Centre of Expertises and support on refugees mental health work was recognized. Results To fulfill this need, the PALOMA2 project (National support system for refugee mental health work and the knowhow dissemination) started in February 2019. The PALOMA2-project establishes a Centre of Expertise for mental health work among refugees. The project personnel includes five regional experts, that each know the specific strengths and challenges of their region, and an expert from the 3rd sector, that ensures that the target group's and the 3rd sector's voice is heard throughout the project. Each of these six experts also pilot two tools from the PALOMA handbook. Lessons As a result of the PALOMA work, the mental health and mental health work with the refugees will be improved. The PALOMA Centre of Expertise will be a place of consultation, influencing, education, networking, developing and work guidance, and it will help all professionals that work in the field. Key messages The PALOMA Centre of Expertise is involved in developing different services in ways that improve refugee’s mental health and equal access for the developed services. The PALOMA Centre of Expertise will be a permanent part of the Finnish social and health care structure.

This article makes an attempt of comprehensive analysis of the phenomenon of youth parliamentarism as a structural possibility of involvement of representatives of the  Russian youth in law-making activity. The authors formulate a definition of youth parliament, as well as describe the organizational and legal framework of functionality of youth parliamentary structures. The authors develop a model of systemic assessment of the effectiveness of youth parliamentary structures based on the five key vectors of activity of these institutions: legislative, project, personnel training, and the organization of socially significant events. The need is substantiated for implementing such methodology of assessment and comparison of the effectiveness of activity of youth parliamentary structures in different regions of the Russian Federation for the purpose of determining most successful strategies of fulfillment of their functionality. The novelty of this work consists in the detailed analytical overview of the doctrinal and legal definitions of the youth parliament, as well as in elaboration of practical approach towards assessing the activity of regional youth parliamentary structures. The main result of the conducted research lie in the original (proposed by D. A. Fedotov) procedure for calculating the key performance indicators and efficiency coefficient. It is proven that introduction of universal indicator of youth parliamentary structures would eventually stimulate the development of youth parliamentarism in the Russian Federation. The authors formulate the assessment criteria for each vector of activity of the youth parliamentary structures. The future implementation of the all-Russian rating model would increase the effectiveness and coordination of interaction between the youth parliaments and civil society institutions

The main aim of this paper was two-fold: first, to design a participative methodology that facilitates lean management implementation in healthcare by adopting the action research approach; second, to illustrate the usefulness of this methodology by applying it to the sleep unit of a public hospital in Spain. This methodology proposes the implementation of lean management in its broadest sense: adopting both lean principles and some of its practical tools or practices in order to achieve competitive advantage. The complete service value chain was considered when introducing changes through lean management implementation. This implementation involved training and involving staff in the project (personnel pillar), detecting and analysing “waste” in value chain processes (processes pillar) and establishing control and measurement mechanisms in line with objectives (key performance indicators pillar) and putting in place improvement actions to achieve these objectives. The application of this methodology brought about an improvement in the management of patient flow in terms of effectiveness, efficiency and quality but also an internal transformation towards lean culture.

Good project management must pay attention to the Occupational Safety and Health Management System (OSHMS), the application of OSHMS will minimize any potential occurrence of workplace accidents. This study aims to determine the level of awareness of workers and project personnel, that is, Company Employees, Supervision Consultants, and Owner and analyze the application of OSHMS in the project of Preservation and Road Widening Project of Takengon City Road - SP. Uning - Uwaq. Data analysis was carried out based on indicators that were grouped into 5 (five) OSHMS dimensions and data processing techniques were carried out by observation and 2 (two) questionnaire stages, that is, questionnaire stage l (one) with direct interviews (open) addressed to key informants and questionnaires 2 (two) directed to all Personnel / HR on the project location. Based on the results of data analysis and investigation in the field, it shows that the majority of human resources at the project location have implemented the OSHMS in accordance with the stipulated provisions and project personnel have been excellent, namely 91.6% of respondents answered the analysis based on the dimensions of responsibility and company commitment has been done, 92.5% of respondents answered that the analysis based on the dimensions of policy and K3 discipline has been implemented, 93.7% of respondents answered that analysis based on dimensions K3 communication and training had been carried out, 94.8% of respondents answered that the analysis based the dimensions of the inspection and investigation of work accidents had been carried out, and 94.8% of respondents answered the analysis based on the evaluation dimensions. It can be proven by the existence of various K3 programs, company commitments, APO Procurement, OSH training, health examination services, and Safety promotions that have been carried out at the project site. However, of course there are still some obstacles to the implementation of OSHMS by sub-contracting workers, this is due to the lack of education, as well as the existence of a culture that does not matter or in other words there is no culture of prioritizing OSH in the workers' personalities
